I went to the Genius Bar to get help for an issue for my MBP. There were a lot of people there so I was worried about waiting too long. But if you have an appointment, which I always recommend, you'll get through all those people with flying colors. I talked to Amy from the Genius Bar and she had to take a look inside. Apparently it was an easy fix. She then ran a diagnostic on it to make sure everything ran fine. Which it did. She explained everything in layman's terms and got me back to my day. If you need help, you'll be lucky to have Amy on your side. Thanks for everything! read more

I had an appointment at 1:20 on Wed November 18.. the wait was in,t 10 minutes but, there service kicked off the second I walked in. I was there to get a battery replacement on my i7. As I entered I was checked and double checked before entering the store to make sure I was following social and business guidelines on CV19, once I wS in line a young man came over insured my appointment and that nothing had changed to my reason for coming in. He walked me through the process to check my battery and explained that Apples recommends If your battery life is less than 80% it time to get a replacement. Mine was at 77% so he continued to process my appointment and told me it would be a few minutes. About ten minutes later a young lady by the name of Heather asked me my name and confirmed my appointment. She asked me to follow her to a work station, pulled of a stool foe me to Sit on and she proceeded to the other side of the table keeping a safe distance. We both had face masks on and was NOT AN ISSUe, as she spoke clearly making sure I could understand her. She had excellent customer service skills as she continued to explain In detail every step of her process and always asking if I had any questions along the way. She had my attention and was very professional. She has me read my service agreement and I did ask a couple of questions. She has the answers and explained some options I had. She double check the battery's condition then said she was going to check the phones operating system if she could. She explained she could do it remotely and would only take a couple of minutes. Once complicated she said that the hone was in great condition and it would take about one hour to replace. She booked the service, she verified the time it would take to get it switched out. She said it would be just under one hour. I told her I would get lunch then come back . She recommended a few places she felt would very good so I did. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. Incredible service, professional, polite well mannered and made me feel good to be there. I felt that she was there to do whatever it took to get me back in business . I really appreciate all her help and will recommend her to anyone that wants this experience too. Thank You again. read more

Review based on my "Walk In" experience. I understand perfectly I am a walk-in and do not have a scheduled appointment, but don't tell me its going to be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minute wait, when its actually a much longer wait. I waited an hour and was told by an employee they are ahead of schedule and should get me in next. Don't come by after another 30 minutes and tell "It shouldn't be long now." After we asked how much longer it would take, one of the employees at the genius bar told us another 15 minutes or so. We told him, we were told about an hour and fifteen minute wait and that they were ahead of schedule. The employee told us there was still people ahead who made there appointment from home (In a demeaning way). The intelligent thing would have been to suggest we schedule an appointment rather than waste our time. Instead of waiting for who knows for how long, we left unhappy and very disappointed at the way the scheduling is managed. read more

All I have to say is James is rude. Disrespectful and argumentative. He's not customer service trained and it shows. Brian was excellent in explaining everything about Apple Watches and Apple products in general. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Apple store in the Temecula Promenade ROCKS!!! My 10yr old son saved his own money for over a year and a half and finally had enough money to buy the Ipad 2! The sales Expert and other employees were genuinely surprised and happy that a my kid saved for so long and were very patient with him (and us). They detailed the product and features, frequently making sure we didn't have any questions along the way. After he paid for everything, the employees lined up in a processional and gave my son a standing ovation as he walked out of the store. The store was busy and all eyes were on him. Maybe they do this for every kid that makes a big purchase, but we were so so touched. The level of service and quality of Apple products are by far....second to none. As I mentioned, the store was a bit crowded (obviously other people feel the same way I do), but it was definitely worth the short wait time. All in all..a fantastic experience and we are an Apple customer for life! read more

This store is AWESOME!!! The store manager, Thomas Montanez, knows customer service! I had an issue with an Authorized Apple Dealer, Adorama (do not ever buy from these guys!!), and Tom was able to get me up and running with a working, MacBook Pro. I was never an Apple person before this, but after the customer service I received from these guys, I'm going to buy all my Apple products directly from the store, no more authorized dealers; even if they are listed on Apple's own site (which Adorama is...). Beyond helpful, they really have their stuff together. read more

I knew it was going to be a great visit when I got the parking spot right in front of the store. I pumped the parking meter full of nickels (best way to protest parking meters is to use nickels) . Walked in wanting to purchase a new MacBook Pro. Was immediately greeting by Page (*Note: Page without an "i"), who ran down the features of the 13" MBP she had in stock. While trying to make up my mind, and ignore some clown in Crocs babbling about Tilted Kilt, I picked the computer and she had them bring it from the back room. Page rang it up on my card and emailed me the receipt. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Besides being pleasant and well versed in Apple's products, Page is a very fetching young lady. Oh, what a day... what a lovely day! read more

I go in the Apple Store thinking it should be pretty simple, I dropped my phone in the toilet. Last year I got the new I 10 and one month later that phone gave up when I got a new phone as the same as the previous phone they sent me home to make the transfer of my old contacts myself. It was a tough job For me since I don't use the computer much. But I did it. Oh and one big thing they felt like I should've had the iCloud to back my stuff up with because I lost some pictures. This year they tell me that the only thing my back up saved where's my pictures. So when I get home I can't reach half of my clients. What a mess! I believe I will be going back to Costco for my next phone. read more

Don't even waste your time coming here for a repair for your iPhone. They just like to waist your time and give you false hope. I took my phone here in July to have the battery looked at. The diagnostics showed that the battery was going bad which is common after 2-3 years apparently. So they order the part and told me to expect a call to come back for the repair in 3-5 days. On the 5th day I get a call and head back to the store. Turns out I can't get the repair done because no one told me my phone needed to be backed up first. So I head back home after increasing my iCloud storage and continuously try to back up my phone to the iCloud. After 2 days of trying this and always having it end after close to 6 hours because of a corrupt file I choose to go get an external hard drive and back it up manually (this took 4 days to do since it had been 3 years since the last backup). Now that the back up is complete, I call the Apple Store to make sure I can come in for the repair. What do you know, they don't have the part anymore! It's going to take another 3-5 days to order the part again but first they need me to come back and have another diagnosis ran in order to get the part ordered. They even told me that even if they had the part in stock, they wouldn't be able to hold it for me. If someone needed it and was there first then they would give it to them even though I had a previous work order. At this point I am fed up and talk to a manager. We finally come to a consensus that they will order the part for me and have it in the shop for when I come back from vacation and they WILL hold it for me. So fast forward to my repair appointment... I show up prepared with a backed up phone and iCloud turned off as per their request. The repair is scheduled to take 1.5 hours so I leave them my husbands number so they can call if needed. After 2.5 hours we show up expecting to pick up my phone. What do you know, they DIDN'T do the repair! Nor did they call me when a problem arose. They said they didn't do the repair because it appeared that my phone had been comprised by water. (Side note: my phone has never had any water damage and works just fine aside from the battery going bad which is common according to Apple). They won't do the repair and insist on me getting a new phone for $300. I told them that I will not be getting a new phone since it works just fine and I just need them to put the new battery in. They refused! They didn't even bother to call us to tell us the repair wasn't going to take place. We tried for 15 minutes to get them to just do the repair and wave the warranty and yet they still refused. They wasted so much of our time up until this point and when we finally got my phone back they gave it to me completely dead. (Thanks! The least they could have done was charge it for the 2.5 hours they had it). We ended up taking my phone to We Fix on Winchester around the corner. These guys are lifesavers! They had my phones battery in stock and repaired it right then and there. Even had a full battery when we picked it up and it only cost $45 compared to apples fee of $79. Don't bother with APPLEs crooked way of operating, just go to We Fix and you will be way more satisfied! read more

I pretty disappointed with the customer service from Joseph when I walked into the front door. This is the only apple store anywhere near me so I have to go here. Look I'm not expecting them to roll out the red carpet or anything, but come on. It was about 10:20am and he informed me that there was a 30-40 minute wait. Which isn't a problem. Now trying to make this work with also having to take one daughter to ballet, another daughter to a sleepover and another to tennis practice. I asked him if I could put my name in and then come back. He said I would have to check the wait time then. That I was not able to put my name in. He was absolutely NO help. Because I've put my name in and walked around the mall and then have come back on like 3 or 4 other occasions. So I let him know he was NO help and said have a good day and left. Now again since this is the ONLY Apple store anywhere even remotely near me, I have to go back and "check the wait time" to get help. Ugh read more

No help....No Luck. Can't get help on the phone as you can't get past the "robo-tree" phone system. I feel like I'm just circling the water hole with the other cattle, waiting for something to happen...and it doesn't. Couldn't even get an appointment on the phone. So, I thought that I would go to the store in Temecula, CA. Employees were rude and indifferent, as though I was doing them a favor just being there. I was redirected several times, and then was told to call for an appointment. Never got help with my phone problems. I see by the accompanied comments that I'm not the only steer in the herd with problems. Buying an Apple phone was a huge mistake. I'm sure that it works well, but I wouldn't know. What a mistake. I am really angry. service sucks. Last week I went to the local apple store last week to get a battery replacement for my iPhone 6. they said it would be an hour wait and they would text when they put me on queue. My wife and I went to lunch, but within 15 minutes they texted. I finished lunch and returned to the store. They said another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I left. Today I tried scheduling an appointment on line, but the first available was three days hence. so I stopped by. they told me it was an hour wait. OK. Then theysaid the "appointment would take 30 minutes to fill out paperwork! and then and 1 - 1 1/2 hours for the repair. TO REPLACE A FRICKIN' BATTERY! you've got to be kidding. when they charge as much for a phone as a computer, and the company is worth $1 TRILLION, they should be able to do better than that. I will likely go to a local battery store that will make the swap in under 15 minutes for less. read more

I have walked into this store on two different occasions and have walked out. A 2 hour wait is ridiculous especially when their product is defective. You need more employees. I was not greeted at door and felt invisible in the store. Some of your employees are rude. After both these mishaps I walked into Verizon and they were able to help me. I learned my lesson never go to the apple store order online and deal with Verizon instead of them. I guess if your not dropping money they don't care about you. read more

My second visit to this apple store was a much better experience than the first. When I first came here it was to buy an upgrade for my imac, this was around the time this store first opened.the guy I spoke to told me that I couldn't upgrade my system with the disc they had at the store, so I drove all the way home(40 miles) and when I got home I called apple. They informed me that the guy was an idiot and he told me the wrong info..so I drove all the way back and purchased the upgrade I was originally going to buy and it worked fine! On my visit today I had to have a mac genius check out my imac because I had problems with my harddrive..I was helped by a nice lady named Darcie. She was quick to diagnose my problem and had me in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. And she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my computer in for a defective screen. The rep stated it's a known defect they had with my model computer. They proposed to take it for 5-7 days to have it repaired. Not sure why I didn't receive a recall notice when I purchased it almost 3 years ago. I have apple care so I would assume they would replace the unit. Instead they have to send it to northern CA to replace the screen. Why wouldn't they send out a recall shortly after I purchased it. Now I'm out of a computer for a week. I spoke to Marla the manager which in turn was worthless, rude and unprofessional. read more

I should have read the reviews on this place. Note: I am a walk-in, nevertheless, their customer service needs some serious help. The lady that first helped me was considerably nice, but had no clue. She marked me in for an appointment and told me it would be 15 min. I thought "Awesome!" But no. 50 min pass and I finally get a text message to come in, that they're almost ready to see me. I walk-in, several different employees walk passed me with their noses in their iPad, trying their best not to acknowledge me. Finally I track one down and she tells me to wait in a corner standing. I stood their for 20min before I have enough and go ask someone how much longer it's going to be. Well, this guy throws me the biggest shade, and said "Oh, well you were a walk-in so...". I replied saying that, it doesn't matter if I'm a walk-in or not, I checked in and I've been waiting way longer than the time they gave me. He said I can wait, or if I leave, my now appointment will be cancelled. Really disrespectful, and I'm disappointed in this Apple store. By the way, I'm still waiting in the store. read more

We chose this Apple Store due to it being closest to our house. We are both very displeased with the service we were provided. My husband made an appointment for his Mac book. We showed up on time, the gentlemen in the front led us to another man who then told us to have a seat at a table. We patiently sat there as we waited and watched everyone else get helped. No one acknowledged us as if we didn't exist. We waited around for an hour before we decided to leave due to the poor service we received. We stuck around for so long because he needs his laptop fixed for taking notes during his college classes. We will never use this Apple Store again. read more

Another thoroughly unsatisfying and unpleasant experience with a bunch of hipster posers at Apple. Yeah, I need to make an appointment because your crappy $400 shit breaks. Well, I tried to make an appointment, but my shitty iPhone kept dropping the calls and then it went dead after an hour of use. Then I tried on my crappy iPad, but it wouldn't connect with a server. I hate Apple and their shitty customer service and their expensive cheaply made products. If I wasn't stupid enough to have 3,200 songs on iTunes, I would tell you to shove your crappy products right up your ass.
