That should not happen with a quality product, especially at this price point. While I understand accidents can occur, there was no misuse on my part that would justify the frames breaking so quickly. What I find most concerning is being asked to pay a $50 shipping and handling fee for a warranty replacement--especially when the item has to be sent out multiple times. As the customer, I should not be responsible for covering repeated shipping costs related to a defective or failed product. A warranty is meant to stand behind the product, not shift additional costs onto the customer when something goes wrong so soon after purchase. I would expect a full resolution without out-of-pocket expenses in this situation. I hope you reconsider your stance and work toward a fair solution.

She confirms it is, and proceeds to tell me how my eyes are unable to focus and how unhealthy and abnormal my eye focus ability is before preying on me to try and get special readers and adjusting my prescription to fit that bill. Beware!!!! This doctor wrecked my left under eye area. I went to his office for under eye veins…read moreand he assured me he had a lot of experience. What a mistake this was! He left me valleys under my eye because he used the laser too high. He also used laser right under my nose and I had a scar there, but he made the scar five times worse. I really wish I had my veins as I was able to cover them with makeup but tragically I cannot hide these velleys/indentations he left me with. I'm writing this review to spare others from making the same mistake I did. Please think twice before it's too late. I wish someone would have warned me.
