I would love to rate Apex higher since James and his helper did an amazing job. My problem was with the non existent customer service and follow-up. After the $15,000 contract was signed, I have had to make all of the contact. The shower doors were also ordered in the wrong size and had to be reordered. After 15 days of hearing nothing, I called all morning and the phone just rang. I finally called their phoenix office and they eventually got through. Then, I was told "Oh, the doors just arrived today!" ( I doubt that) Then they wanted to install them next week. So, Five Stars for great product and installers. Zero stars for sales and customer service and follow-up. read more

Today James D. and Rick O. installed our new Apex shower and we were quite pleased with the results. In May of 2024 we had a tub removed in another bathroom and a walk in shower installed and James D. was in charge of that project. We purchased 2 showers & they Were installed yesterday actually Over the last 4 days & overall It turned out pretty Good !! The installer did a Good Job !! The salesman was good BUT could have been much Better if he had shown me all the color options & faucet Fixture options !! The Supervisor who came out & did the final measure was also Good !! My main suggestions is upgrade The Delta Faucets & Have better Literature of product you offer !! We have purchased over the years 3 acrylic showers in different homes 1 Bath planet in 2011 2 showers & 1 tub from Jacuzzi & now 2 showers from Apex .. Over all 3 stars ...I understand they Just are about to open a good size Showroom with all the product which would have helped me see All the different options !!Also color Chip samples need to be larger so You can see if it's gray or more tan On the colors !! We did a remodel of a guest house. Apex came out to measure and install a glass shower wall in the master bath. John Davis from Apex was professional, asking questions about things I hadn't even considered when selecting what I wanted. He showed me pictures of various installations already done with frame and frameless glass walls. It took me awhile to decide what I wanted and he was very patient with me. The installation was on schedule and went smoothly and is beautiful! I couldn't have asked for anything better than what was installed. I would recommend and use Apex again. read more

We called in Apex for an estimate to remove and replace a shower that was incorrectly installed by another company. They were on time, professional, and did an excellent job! We did have to wait a number of weeks for the shower to be manufactured; partly because it needed to be larger than normal due to the damage caused by the other contractor. Knowing that we had waited months on the other contractor who botched the job, they pushed our install up ahead of schedule and completed the work in only half a day! I wanted a standard entry with glass doors, but my husband is disabled so they recommended a low threshold entry without glass doors - and are we glad that they did! The new shower is so much easier for him to use and is large enough to accommodate a shower chair with no problem. I would highly recommend Apex for all your bath remodeling! read more

March 2021.From across the house I heard a loud noise like a bucket of rock and sand being dumped. I ran toward the sound to find glass covering the shower and bathroom floor. One of the shower doors had just shattered. I swept up 50 lbs of glass. Reporting the issue to Apex spawned a litany of phone transfers and inability to find files. I was told, Quote.."glass does not just shatter". end quote. True it had been 16 months since installation but IT HAPPENED! Promised call backs failed till, days later. I was told the Phoenix V.P. said "Impossible". No request of information or offer of inspection. I could see this company was not going to guarantee its product or installation. Still....IT HAPPENED! So I did some research. "It doesn't suprise us when glass breaks because glass breaks," says a spokesman for the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Shower doors spontaneously exploding, with perfectly rational explanations, has happened to thousands of people and is well documented. An almost invisible chip can give way to temperature changes or even vibrations. A defect during manufacturing called "nickel sulfide inclusion". A piece of foreign material gets trapped inside the glass and over time can cause the glass to shatter for no obvious reason. read more

Who ever you have decided to buy from, ask if you can go to their building where their business is. That's a lot more important than trying to read reviews. Before you put a deposit down, or if you did you'll have 72 hours business days to cancel, go and see our building at 4755 S Coach Dr Tucson, AZ 85714. That will open your eyes. What happens if something goes wrong on your job with these companies can't give you an address? They can hide behind their telephone. That's very risky. With us, c'mon down anytime you want. When you come here, you will see one branch of a $33 mil business since 1995. If this doesn't mean anything to you, then go ahead and Risk on a company without an address. Benchmark Tucson contractor. We ordered about 20 windows from Apex. Installation happened on time, crews worked cleanly and were very respectful in our home. Pricing was more than competitive after comparing estimates from two other contractors. One constructive criticism: communication. Some windows had errors in them, cracks, wrong design, etc. and nobody would tell us until after the crews were here or had already left. Willing to overlook because the rest of the experience was entirely positive. Even had a slight discount for paying upfront. Strongly recommend. read more

I've had the same experience as other reviewers with their "warranty" and customer service. I put in a request for repair under warranty in March of 2020- their technicians came out to my house, said they didn't have the correct size window but would order it and return but never did and it is now August of 2021. I have made numerous calls about this and each time they take my info, say they can't find my file but will look it up and will call me by the end of the day, which has yet to happen. read more

I had someone come out because I wanted a quote on how much it would cost to renovate my shower. I don't know if I just misunderstood the salesman's sense of humor, but I felt he was insulting my home and bathroom. He said my current shower was ugly (which if I'm having someone come give me a quote on renovating my shower, obviously I know it needs work). Just felt like that comment was unnecessary. He also said something to the effect of he knew when he saw my home that I wouldn't be purchasing anything. Overall felt very insulted and judged. I know my home isn't the nicest on the block, but it's my first home and I'm doing the best I can. I've been wanting to upgrade my bathroom since I moved in and was curious about what the cost would be. After that interaction, I'll probably look at using a different company. Which is a shame because everyone else I spoke to from Apex was nice, but I don't want to give my money to someone who thinks my home and the job is beneath them. read more

These guys are bit incompetent. I have had to schedule repair/warranty work with them 3 times. Each time I had to call to find out why they aren't showing up when they say they would. Turns out they hadn't even ordered the materials needed although it was pointed out that this was the cause several times. They also blamed on changeout of personnel and inability to find work orders, etc. All excuses. This is the worst customer service. They say they are working it and very nice, but results completely lacking. Beware of working with them, especially if you need any repair or warranty work. read more

This company was a big disappointment. The owner, Keith Regina, came out to finalize measures on a Friday and promised to get a contract and product info to me that day per our discussion at the job site. That didn't happen. Starting on Monday I repeatedly tried to contact him via text and voicemail. After 3 days I finally called John Davis who was another Apex contact/salesperson that had sent me a quote. No return call from him either. Then on the 4th day I get a brief email from John saying "sorry for the delay, see attached contract". I'm literally trying to give them money and couldn't get a phone call from anyone. My husband always says, "if something starts out bad, don't expect it to get any better". After dealing with Apex for almost 2 weeks trying to get a correct estimate and order 10 windows and 1 sliding patio door I took his advice and went with another company. Do yourself a big favor and go with a company that provides excellent communication and customer service. read more

Very Happy and kept more money in my pockets!!! Called Keith for a quote for windows. He came by and took a look. Very Nice dude. Said he would do the best he can to give me the very best deal. Call back with Great news on the price for the windows installed! Thousands less than the quote from the other people that knock on your door to sell you windows! I said deal. Keith explained the steps and it would be a process to have the windows made. A week later they came by to remeasure the windows to make sure a perfect fit. The windows were ready, so I scheduled to get them done the following week. The crew was AWESOME! They were Friendly, Professional, Clean, and efficient as possible. I grilled up some Hot dogs and soda's for these hard workers! Love my new Widows but more important the wife loves them! Time Frame: 3-4 weeks I already gave Keith's info to some friends! They installed a shower door in our new home a year and a half ago. We started to have issues with the hinge. I have contacted them a half a dozen times to see what can be done about the problem. While I have received some automatic email responses, hey have not done a good job of getting back to me to resolved the issue. read more

I was referred to Apex Windows and Bath by a friend of mine when I mentioned I was looking into dual pane windows. I had called around and shopped for estimates and decided to give Apex a call. Andrew was very professional and invited me down to the showroom in Rita Ranch to show me the different products and took the time to explain the differences between them. I had their team come out to measure my windows and received a written quote later that day. I was impressed with the bid which also included installation. It was several hundred dollars less than one company I looked into, and THOUSANDS less than renewal by you know who. I slept on it and promptly placed the order for the windows and slider the next day. Once they arrived we scheduled the installation. The 2 person installation team showed up on time as expected and went to town. They did a fantastic job and I am very impressed with the final product! I couldn't be happier! We have been waiting for screen doors for 6 months. Our contractor called them and they said they measured, but we never let them in to measure. They delivered screens the wrong size. They have been notified several times by our contractor, and still no response. Gave them our phone number to make an appointment to re-measure, but they have not contacted us. After speaking with our contractor again today, it seems Keith at Apex is ignoring him so I felt compelled to warn other prospective clients. read more

OMG are they terrible. Contractor selected Apex to do all the shower glass and mirrors in our new home. There is not a single one that did not have significant issues. One mirror supporting frame is bent. The walk-in shower sliding door was not properly caulked so it leaked when you used the shower. The casita shower door has a blemish in the finish. Now the worst. We have had 5, glass shower enclosures replaced in the master bedroom walk in shower. Each time they installed the glass it was scratched. They bring another on and it is also scratched. They tried polishing out the scratches and they stained the tile floor. I'm mad the home builder selected Apex, but at least he had the leverage to get them to come back and back and back and back to try and fix. We are suppose to get the mirror and casita shower fixed today. Stay tuned. We have wasted many hours waiting for them to show up and do another lousy job. read more

Billing department is terrible. I paid for the installation on the following Monday. A few days later I saw that they refunded my money back into my account. I called to let them know of the error and was told they will look into it. Three weeks later I receive a phone call while I was at work and had a voice message to call back a Tracy. When I called back there was no answer and the voice mailbox belonged to a Nancy. Later that day I saw in my account a pending transaction for the funds. Leaving a voice message to call them back, then processing the funds without speaking with me first is poor service. I was kind enough to notify them of the error, but I was treated like it was my fault the first transaction didn't process. This was an unauthorized transaction and to know that they keep your credit card information is also very concerning. I will not use them again for future projects and hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Everything else was great, the price, the window, and Jason with the installation did excellent. Keith was very nice but did not take care of this issue even after I emailed him about what happened and how disappointed I was with the billing department. He apologized and said he would talk with them but I never heard back and the transaction was approved in my account the next day. read more

I contacted my salesman, Keith, he gets back to me a few days later. Mike is supposed to be contacting me...nothing! The 2 workers were very good- worked hard and showed me things. The worst customer service and company in the industry, I was called a liar when after they came to my home and repaired a leak not once but twice and couldn't repair it, I called customer service and spoke to a Shawna who told me that thier technician who came out said there was no leak? Are you kidding me I have the work order to prove it. Now on top of that I needed someone out to my home by 8:00am and I gave them 365 days in order to schedule it, yeah you guessed it they told me they couldn't do when I know that they absolutely could of done it and if needed could of even done it on a Saturday. Shawna with thier customer service department needs to find another line of work since she definitely doesn't know how to deal with customers, there was also another gentleman that I spoke with prior though I don't remember his name but he was also no help. By the way now this 3rd time when they came out I made sure that when I signed the work order it clearly was written that thier technician found and repaired a leak. I'm hoping I don't have to have them out a 4th time. Shawna needs to come out into the field so she understands and sees the product that these technicians are working on and maybe then she'll appreciate an honest customer and think twice before she calls someone else a liar. read more

If you have purchased a new home and these are the guys doing your bathroom shower enclosures and mirrors beware!! 5 tries, 30 days after closing, and still waiting! Out of plumb shower, door opening the wrong direction, chipped mirrors. They don't seem to stock anything, which requires another week to reorder when they do discover their mistake. Don't know about their remodel reputation, but if you are buying new construction, check your bathrooms carefully during the final walk though. read more
