As of 7/11/24 I still have a hole in my decking, despite paying for a new roof installation. I reached out to the company's owner, hoping to resolve these matters and to utilize the advertised warranty associated with my purchase. Unfortunately, haven't received a response from anyone regarding my concerns on installation, requested paperwork, warranty, or the proper caulking of flashing for my home. Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. While we do not want more roofing issues, I oddly can't wait to hire them for more work! 10/10, no notes, great small business and you won't regret hiring this company.

Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

Remedy Roofing? You'll need a good remedy to correct their anything but certified workmanship and…read moreoverall compliance with industry standards. I contracted with Remedy Goofing after a hail storm damaged our roof and elected to replace the roof with a product called EuroShield. Think of rubberized tile made from recycled tires that comes with a proven 50-year warranty against hail. The manufacture requires a certified roofer to install the interlocking tiles. While Remedy Goofing maybe certified, they did not assemble the tiles in an interlocking manor and often cut tiles to fit bypassing the interlock design. If that isn't bad enough they installed tiles on a near flat portion 0.5/12 slopped roof where minimum industry standards is 2/12. Did I get leaks? You bet I did. I called Remedy Goofing and asked them to come out and take a look. Six weeks later, no response. I called out another roofer to provide an estimate for the repair and they simply said that they won't touch the roof given the poor workmanship and noncompliant installation. I've got photos and happy to share. Would be nice to post them here if it were an option.
