He held on to my $4500 deposit from April 7th until May 3rd when the work finally began. The pool sat in a demo state from May 3rd until May 15th when the plumbing work began. The pebble tec was completed on May 22nd. A 2 week process took 6 1/2 weeks. Arman refilled the pool and did not return to complete the required re-entry process. Oh ...and I have a GREEN pool that looks like a dirty lagoon instead of the midnight blue I ordered. Do with this information what you will. He talks a good game but does not deliver what he promises. UPDATE: 6/8/25 I received a call from the subcontractor who did the plumbing and tile work. Arman still has not paid him despite the fact that he was given the final cash payment over a week ago.
