Megan Myers the owner of the company is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't do good work. They come over, do quick sloppy "cleaning" and your pool will still be dirty. They have caused damage to my pool and pond. And when you call and complain, Megan will tell you they are right and you are wrong. Untrustworthy business. Owner megan is sketchy. And refuses to cooperate with her clients. She charges for services and then does not provide the cleaning half of the time. Her excuses are constant. Be careful, they tried to bill me for months for services that they never rendered. I hired a new company because I felt like they were billing for services that they were rendering. I removed the key from the lock box, removing access. All gates were locked tight, 60 days had passed, and they had not been paid yet; they were unable to get to the pool. REALLY. If you are using them, you may want to have a camera near the pool equipment to make sure they really are coming when they bill you. Unfortunate for sure, I hope my experience is isolated. read more

Danny and his crew did an amazing job of transforming our heavily stained white plaster pool back into its old white clean self with an acid wash. Careful and thorough, I would totally recommend these guys. Very knowledgeable and happy to discuss all aspects of keeping the pool in great condition. Peak Performance Pools has been Amazing. The owner has the best customer service and response time. I found her on YELP.The winds blew last week my pool was 100 percent covered in leaves we had an apt for an acid wash on Sunday. I wasn't sure if they would still be able to do the acid wash due to the amount of leaves in the pool. They came out with an extra guy got all the leaves out and did the best acid wash. I was absolutely shocked with how well the communication was the entire time and the guys worked really really hard and got all the stains out of my pool. Megan didn't charge me extra she stuck to her price quoted even tho it was a few hours more of work. I would definitely recommend her company. I have now signed up for weekly service. read more

We have used Peak Performance for about a year. Megan (owner) is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and always quick to return my calls/texts. From the start, as a first time pool owner, she helped answer all our questions (there were many questions!), addressed all our concerns, and made the whole pool maintenance process easy for us. Recently, our pool pump was not working. I called Megan right away and she troubleshot the problem with me over the phone. We came to the conclusion that it MAY be the electric company not sending enough power to the house (as there were voltage issues earlier in the day). I called the electric company and they informed me the problem would be fixed by the end of the day. Because we had a pool party scheduled for the very next morning (ah!), Megan didn't want to take the chance that it was just a voltage problem and wanted to rule out that there were any issues with the pump. She then immediately sent her crew out to check and ensure everything was ok with pump equipment. Equipment turned out to be fine and once the electric company resolved the issue, all was back to normal. Thank you, Megan!
