8 year old pool but Clean as a whistle!

Angel and his family are AWESOME. I have been using them for about 2 to 3 yearand I have all but great things to say about them. 1) Honest 2) Prompt 3) Fair 4) Precise. My pool and spa have not looked this good since it was new. From repairs to servicing, I trust them.

I had this pool service since April 2019 and Angel and Genoveva were a pleasant couple to deal with, when it came to the service. However, as a paying customer, I feel I deserve to receive the service I hired this establishment for. I wasn't paying for half a service and I was not told, that services depended on who was scheduled at my home. I read the website and no where on the website did it indicate that employees followed "different protocols". I was paying their monthly price and I think I deserve to receive the services listed on their website and nothing less. I had an innocent with an employee, Jose, for not doing his job according to the website and I contacted Genoveva and the matter was resolved when Abraham began cleaning my pool. Months later, Abraham told me that someone made a complaint about him and he asked me, if I had any complaints about him. I told him "No, I didn't and that it wasn't me". Abraham, answer, "I didn't think it was you." Not long after, I was told that Julian was replacing Abraham and that he had found another job and moved on. Which, now, I think it was a cover up. When I lost Abraham, Julian, started coming and after a few weeks, I felt the service was not the same. When I called Genoveva and she told me that she would talk to her "SON". At the time, I did not know Julian was their son. Weeks continue and I still felt the same, but I let it go, since Julian was their son. Yesterday 7/12/23, I got a call from Genoveva and "she asked, if I was willing to accept a loaner pool vacuum to "HELP" Julian". Asked if this vacuum, vacuums the walls and she told me no, only the bottom. I told Genoveva that I had a new vacuum but didn't connect it, since I started paying for weekly pool service. During this conversation, I brought up the same issue I was having before with Julian. I guess it hit a nerve and as a mother, myself, I understand we don't want to hear anything negative about our children. I told Genoveva that I had looked at my camera's video and saw when Julian entered the backyard and when he left. Advised her that during this entire time, Julian never swept the pool walls nor the steps of the pool and the only thing he did was vacuum the bottom and vacuumed the leaves. Anyways, Genoveva and Angel didn't want to hear my complaints and by the end of the call they both made the decision to stop my pool service on the day I was to receive service, even though my month was paid in full and they told me to find another pool service provider. Later that evening, I received a part refund. However, Genoveva and Angel need to understand, during working hours, Julian is a paid employee and he should be held accountable for his job performance just like any other employee, like Jose and Abraham. Customers are not here to cause problems or start complaints. We just want the services we are paying for and the services your company website says it provides. Just like you or any other person would like to receive or expect to receive, when we pay out of pocket. Customers makes complaints, Only, when they feel they need to. Getting rid of the squeaky wheels, doesn't solve your problems. You'll just end up with less clientele and other yelps. It's a shame that your not holding your son to higher standards, or to set an example for other employees. When other employees find out they will start performing half a job because your own son, did. They are also not being supervised. It's also a plus for your son and employees, when you turn and place blame on your customers when we come to you, as the owner with our concerns. I was really dissatisfied with the treatment I received after all the years I gave you business. I always did my part by agreeing and paying for every recommendations needed regarding the pool, just to help keep it clean. But, its also my duty to inform others through YELP, so they could either keep their mouths shut and just pay. Or find another pool provider, if your not getting the service you are paying for. My pool service was Wednesday 7/12 and by today, Thursday 7/13, all around my pool walls are "Yellow"!!! I don't think, I was wrong for bring my concerns to the attention of Genoveva and Angel, the owners of Pacific Coast Pool Service. Especially, since this problem was voiced about a year ago. This time, I just wanted to view my video for 2 weeks straight and to have evidence to provide and show that their son was not sweeping the walls. However, I go back 2 previous weeks, I will find the same. I'm just happy I figured out how to post pictures, so everyone could see for themselves. And I have reason to complain. A pool doesn't get this way after being service a week go, Wednesday. I'm catholic and I know for a fact that God knows and sees all, the truth! This is your family business and your reputation.

The owner Angel was literally an angel for helping out with replacing a filter on my clients property within 24 hours on a Sunday! Super professional and responsive. I will definitely use his services again!
