We finally decided to move forward with a scaled-back version in late 2023. Garden View replaced our curved, multilevel brick patio with a modern paver one that is much larger and nicer. They also squared out our driveway and replaced most of our plants and trees with nicer versions. In the process, we also discovered that there were a number of foundation problems with our garage and office and they did all of that work too.
