Very, very hostile place. I saw two employees have an argument outside and a few minutes later the employee who was attacked get fired. I don't know how someone can support a business with such backwards practices. You should NEVER be yelled at and told to hit a co-worker and then when you calmly walk away be fired for it! We bought a T@B trailer this past January from them. From the moment that we initiated contact they have been thorough and professional. Chris our salesman and the service staff were patient and awesome explaining how to use and set up our gear. We are currently in Alaska and had an issue with our water system. A few weeks back I responded to an add on CL on a used camper. Got tired of dealing with no responses from private party and unhappy people. So I tried this outfit. Don responded to me in a timely manner. To my disappointment, it was not a good fit for my truck. With no pressure, he just suggested for a comparism, look at these. So I did. With a few that I did look at before, I was very surprised at how nice these were. I decided to pursue a bit further, again no pressure. I was blown away, I can make it happen. So I went for it. Only concern was I had an older Dually. I am pretty easy to work with, and since I have built many items in the past, I asked if we can modify it? He then introduced me to Steve and the crew in parts and service department. Wow what a fantastic group. From start to finish, what a great group. Attention to detail, wow, I thought I was thourough, these guys are great. Even from the front desk, great people. We got our chance this weekend to use it at the racetrack. We stayed warm, avoided the down pours, made dinner, slept well, watched movies and had fun. Oh, and did awesome as well. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Apache RV. Our salesman Don, was great. We never felt pressured, and he got us a great deal on our used tent trailer. He even rearranged their schedule so we could have our orientation a week early. Kevin from the service department was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and made sure we understood what he was showing us. I'm guessing most other RV dealers don't offer that type of service free of charge. I just got my ultimate family traveling setup for my RAM Megacab HO diesel from Apache Camping Ctr, Everett, WA. I live in Alaska and this totals 8 thousand miles to get exactly what I wanted. Initially, I called many dealerships around the country, but when I spoke with Chuck at Apache I knew I wanted to do business with Apache Camping Ctr. I had the pleasure of working the owner, Karl who is an exceedingly honorable and knowledgable individual. Terry, the shop guru was very focused and clearly took his job seriously. I am going to be taking my wife and kids around the country with this setup so I wanted the very best in terms of safety. I cannot agree with the few other posts here... I found the service department to have terrible customer service. Many phone calls and e-mails with pictures (requested by the service department), over the course of weeks, and Apache simply would not respond. When I telephoned the manager acted surprised by my complaint - but I doubt that will have any tangible impact on their performance. In my opinion, Apache Camping is not a reputable business, avoid frustration and seek your needs elsewhere. read more

On October 17th, 2017 we visited Apache Camping Center in response to a recommendation from a friend. Immediately upon entering the office we felt welcomed, and our salesman Don Minteer was soft spoken, patient, and he consistently had our best interests in mind. After showing us a number of light weight travel trailers we chose a slightly used 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie as it met all of our criteria. However, we were not sure whether our V6 Ford Explorer could handle the tow so Don suggested we schedule a test drive as he wanted us to be totally satisfied with our purchase. In the meantime he held the travel trailer for us with a very small deposit. He was kind, patient and very flexible with us and made our purchase go smoothly and without pressure. Upon closing our deal, Apache Camping Center washed and detailed our RV, and Jacob gave us a detailed walk through of the runnings of our new travel trailer. I am a complete newby on camping (went once with a friend and loved it) I went to the dealership to look at the Cruise Line 175BH which was listed as 21ft; unfortunately, that is hitch to bumper, living space is really ~17ft. However, I felt in love with the larger passport 39ml. I purchased it. However, later that day, I received some comments that the ~4,150 pound dry weight was too much for my path finder 2015's 5,000 pounds towing capacity. I called the dealer and disappointed I changed the order for the 175 BH. Next day I talked to some folks that have towed a passport 38ml with a PF 2015 and they had no problems. I called the dealer and changed to a 38ml. Later, I found out about the hintch weight is 475 pounds and the max hitch weight is 500 pounds plus propane tanks, I will be above and could be subject to liability. Talking to my wife, she made me realize we will eventually need another vehicle so it may be best to wait until I have the second vehicle so I will no longer be contained by the towing capacity of my PF and I will really buy the camper of my dreams. I had them prepare 3 trailers for me and end up cancelling the order. I felt like a total idiot (I am a engineer so I know I am usually not), I called to cancel and I asked to pay whatever fee or expenses were associated; Don told me they appreciate my business and will not charge me anything and will refund the full deposit. I know they could have legally forced me to complete the sale which may have made my camping experience miserable with a trailer outside my current towing capacity or a small trailer that does not satisfy my family's needs. I can't wait to come back to Apache Camping Center with a higher capacity vehicle and buy a better nicer trailer of my dreams without depending on a limited towing capacity Don Minteer was my sales rep. He is an absolutely amazing guy to deal with. Amazing place and great selection. A trustworthy dealer that worries about the customer satisfaction first. read more

Buyer beware, The units are quality and we had a good experience the first time we purchased, but when we sent a few people their way I was disappointed to hear that the folks I sent there did not have a good experience and bought elsewhere. Fast forward a few years later we decided to go back to a travel trailer so we gave Apache RV the first shot. The sales staff was helpful enough but seemed put off that we were not going to sign papers on any given day as we were doing our homework and figuring what models we liked. When it came time to deal they gave us one offer and it seemed a bit high so we cast our net wider and contacted other dealers in the state that represented the brand we had chosen. Needless to say the other dealers were way lower (Try $5k) than Apache. I sent a note back to our salesman Chris with a counter which they flatly refused. Had he been straight up with me and just said sorry that's the best we can do at this time I would not be here writing this review. Instead he chose to BS me by saying that our trade (2013 Artic Fox 1150) was not going to make them money and that they were discounted way off the MSRP. I guess when I see them and others selling our exact same unit for $30K and I was asking $21K that there is no profit right? We wound up dealing with another dealer in the state that will get five stars for no BS and a fair deal. I will still use their service department as they are usually good. read more

I couldn't be happier with the care and customer service I received from the very beginning clear through to repairs being done later. We purchased our first (and hopefully only) 5th wheel in early spring. True to my nature I researched 5th wheels for months with internet websites,books, magazines, visiting dealers, and talking with anybody that ever had a 5th wheel. Every time I went into the Apache dealership (and it was often for many months), Don Minteer took all the time I needed to answer my questions and also give me tips on what to look for and asked additional questions for me to think about so that he could get me into the right recreational vehicle. His help was invaluable!! We thought early on about getting a trailer and then after much discussion settled in on a 5 th wheel. Don even helped us narrow done what we wanted and needed in our purchase of a truck to haul our eventual purchase. Even after we got the truck, it was many, many more visits before I GOT THE CALL! "YOUR 5TH WHEEL HAS ARRIVED!!". I left Don with my must have and would like list. months earlier.He came through in a BIG way! We purchased it immediately and they added some upgrades per my request without any problems. Mark in the service department could not have been more accommodating from installing the items requested,thorough walking us through it and explaining things a 100 times, to fixing issues that came up months later. Kevin in the service department was also wonderful to work with and did not gouge us on cost. I went to Apache because while it is small, friends of ours bought 3 times with them and I know why!! We've used Apache Camping for maintenance on 2 camping trailers. Both times we were satisfying. The last time was the best. I brought the camper in because I thought it had a leak in the fresh water system. Even though they were super busy, they checked it out and tested it completely. They were extremely thorough and helpful. They showed me why I thought it was leaking, put everything back together and had it ready in no time. I cannot remember the last time I have experienced such great customer service, and what is more, there was no charge for the services. We called on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about an electrical problem we have been having with our 10 year old tent trailer. Told to bring it down that day. Karl Baker and two other mechanics opened the camper, found the loose wiring, fixed it, and also fixed a broken railing on the outside of the camper. And that was it, all within a half hour or so, no charge. Absolutely will be coming back for repairs and probably when we decide to upgrade to a bigger camper. Amazing. read more

I needed the surge brakes on my tent trailer fixed. The service dept. had no openings except for 5 weeks out. I made the appointment. 5 weeks later, when I brought it, in they told me they don't fix hydraulic brakes, only electric brakes. Well, at least they told me then instead of letting me drop it off & calling me later. They recommended I take it to Les Schwab, curiously not mentioning their competitor, Poulsbo RV, which is practically across the street. read more

We bought a 29 foot Forest River her and regret it. We bought a little over a year ago and everything is falling apart. The air conditioner only lasted 1 season and it died. The electric stabilizer had turned itself on while we were gone and drove the feet into the ground until they completely bent beyond repair, Both switches that control those stabilizers had quit working. The sink is falling through the counter. And when we brought it to our campsite in Goldbar and hooked it up to water the bathroom tub leaked all over. WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE. HAVE YOU RV CHECKED OUT BY OUTSIDE SOURCE BEFORE BUYING. OR DON`T BUY FROM THEM AT ALL. WOW, BRAND NEW TRAILER AND EVERYTHING DIED OR BROKE RIGHT AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRED. read more

My husband and I purchased a Livin' Lite 11FK trailer about a week ago. Karl Baker was our salesperson. He did an excellent job. He showed us the trailer and answered all of our questions. He let the trailer do the selling without any high pressure techniques. He was very personable. The negotiation process was a bit arduous, but in the end we feel like we got a good and fair deal. We went through the new buyers inspection and tutorial process that went well for the most part, too. We tried the keys in the door, both sets and they worked at the dealership. When we got home however, the door was locked shut and no key would open it. I emailed Karl at about 6:45pm and did not expect him to call me back right away but he did. I had visions of having to tow the trailer all the way back to Everett to get it fixed. Instead, I'm very pleased to say, Karl picked up a new lock set and drove to our home in Bellevue THAT NIGHT! He quickly determined that our lock was broken and swiftly replaced it with a new lock. I gave him the keys to the old lock and about a half an hour later we realized that we still needed those keys to the old lock, for the bathroom. I called Karl and asked him to please mail the keys back to us as soon as he could. Instead of doing this, he turned right around and delivered them in person. What a guy! We are very grateful and appreciative of Karl's professional service. His commitment to customer satisfaction is inspiring. We had never owned any type of rv before. We were looking for a truck camper. This was our first stop. We were shown all they had on the lot, way out of our price range. We said thank you and we were going elsewhere. We were told there was one more, used, just came in and would fit our short bed. We were very, very naive and they figured it out. We were shown how to hook up and fit on truck. Never ran water or refrigerator. Said they had inspected it and it was fine. I noticed a soft spot in the floor and questioned it and was told that it was fine that there wasn't an issue. Did I mention we had never owned one before. We were excited, our first camper (we have tent camped our whole lives but getting older, wanted more comfort) so we happily went on our first camping trip. Hooked up, couldn't get the refrigerator to work the whole trip and the pipes leaked terribly. We sent an email to the sales person stating how disappointed we were. We got a response back and was asked to bring it in. When we got there were we treated very rudely and coldly, pulled into office and explained that we need not send an email like we did, all we had to do was call them and they would help us. I was treated so badly, no one would give me the time of day, not even the secretary. The original sales person wouldn't even speak to me. I was then taken into service and he showed me that you had to level the camper for the fridge to work. I was surprised and he explanned that this wasn't shown to us so we didn't know. To no avail, I was told again not to write an email but to call. I explained that there was a leak in the pipes and we had to put a pan under the lip of the sink and couldn't run water down the sink. They had no openings for a few weeks. I made the appointment, brought the camper back in. I was in the waiting room between 4 and 5 hours and when he finally called me back I was told that that they ran water through it and they couldn't recreate the leak. How did that take 4 hours???? I explained the leak is there and I was told again they couldn't find it. I took the camper home, ran water through pipes and it filled the pan half way, no problem. Definitely a leak, so now they wouldn't fix anything for us and treated us extremely unfairly. We used it for first camping season, 5 camping trips and at the beginning of next season decided to trade it in for a trailer. We went to Tacoma RV. Picked out what we wanted, asked the questions we now knew to ask and brought the camper down for trade in. When they checked it over they called us in and explained that there was a soft spot in the floor, meaning they couldn't resell it, it very, very unsafe and should never have been sold to us in this condition. They had to scrap it. We explained where we got it and what they sold it to us for (I'm embarrassed to say, we were so foolish and stupid) and we were told that we had been taken for sure. We feel Apach took advantage of us and when we did complain we were treated so terribly we couldn't get the camper fixed and didn't know what to do. WHAT EVER YOU DO, NEVER BUY FROM APACHE. IF YOU DO, DONT GET ON THEIR BAD SIDE. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOES WHO DONT KNOW BETTER. (In some fairness, we should have done more reading but I don't think it would have prepared us for the liars and deceives that we ran into) read more
