Unknown to me, they failed to install those circuit breakers. Silly me, I trusted their glowing reputation. I got a trailer with bad wiring and ended up burning up a wiring harness in the dash. It cost me $2200 to have it replaced at the dealer. I sent them a letter with a copy of the bill requesting reimbursement due to the fact they failed to installed the requested circuit breakers. With no response after a couple weeks, I called and they just blew me off. Said it wasn't their fault. Hmmmm. Well, whose fault was it!?

Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run
