The estimate included every detail. Work began within days and was finished after two days. The workers were polite and hard working showing great patience with changes made during construction. Nothing was sloppy as even precise cuts were made where needed. Double and single gates included steel posts for extra strength. A baseboard along the entire fence keeps animals from digging under it and holds back ground where it was uneven. On top of all this the price was reasonable and competitive. To be honest, I was kind of over it, and did not call him back. Lo and behold today Brandon shows up at my door in person to apologize again! He asked to look at the plants that were destroyed, and with in about an hour he was back at my house with a gift card from Flower World! After reaching out to Sky Fence and 5 other well-known Seattle companies, only Sky Fence said they could meet our custom design and quality needs. The other companies offered a range of prices for lower-quality fences, while Sky Fence provided a single quote with the highest standards at a competitive price. Using a few sketches we provided, Sky Fence built a beautiful fence that matched our requirements perfectly. Jacob and his team did an amazing job, even installing the fence on top of a concrete wall. Communication throughout the process was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with the work they delivered. Finding skilled people in Seattle is hard, but occasionally you find some amazing people. My only complaint is about the contract. It was hard to read, lacked detail, included stock photos that didn't match our design, and had no itemization--just a final price. It felt like signing a promise to build what we asked for, thereby taking a leap of faith, which made me a bit uneasy. Still, Sky Fence absolutely delivered, and I would hire them again without hesitation. A few before and after photos attached. They were the first to respond to my request for fence repair and I sent them photos of the damaged fence and some overall measurements and they emailed me a quote. The fence was between me and our neighbor, so we were splitting the cost between us. My neighbor wanted to get 2 more quotes and also wanted General Rot to come out and see the fence in person and verify the quote so there wouldn't be any surprises. They happily came out and confirmed the quote. General Rot came in with the lowest bid and we went ahead and scheduled them to do the work. Roman was great to work with and he and his crew did a fantastic job and explained everything along the way. They were able to use all the fence panels, but cut off the rotten ends of the 2x4's at the bottom that would connect to the new post. I really liked that they use screws instead of nails.
