Love this place, always available for an appointment and very responsive. My eyebrows look great too

I come thread my eyelashes every two weeks or so and I've never had an issue. I've had different girls work on my eyebrows and I've haven't had one mess them up. The wait is usually 5-10 minutes depending on the time of day. I definitely recommend! read more

Now that State employees are being asked to report to the office a minimum of two days a week, I can no longer get away with hiding my untamed eyebrows behind a screen for 40 hours a week. Therefore, I had to find a local establishment for threading. Fortunately, my beautiful and resourceful wife found AP Threading, which had perfect Yelp reviews and located less than five minutes from our home. My wife scheduled back to back appointments for us and we anticipated the day of our appointments. While heading to the establishment, my wife and I had a little concern regarding how the eyebrow technician would style our eyebrows. Yes the reviews were good, but there is always the chance that you can walk out with eyebrows that are thinner than preferred. Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by Ramandeep. At the time the establishment was empty, so Ramandeep immediately sat my wife in her chair. After asking her styling preference and observing a photo that my wife provided, Ramandeep went to work. My wife was very impressed by her eyebrows and how well Ramandeep mirrored the eyebrow style that my wife provided via photo. As Ramandeep ushered me to the chair, she did a great job of acknowledging patrons that were arriving for their appointments (she was also taking walk-ins). I confirmed with Ramandeep that I did not want to arch my eyebrows, just a simple clean up. During the process Ramandeep did a good job of inquiring about my pain tolerance and made friendly conversation. Less than ten minutes later I was emerging from the chair with perfectly cleaned up eyebrows. Ramandeep's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated...we look forward to our next appointment! read more

0/10 customer service! I went there a few days ago but I noticed that my eyebrows are uneven and I can't even fix it with a brow pencil! When I went back to fix, they told me that I took their time last time with my eyebrows, specifically stating what I wanted. Even though I paid about $10 tip, the other lady who works there told me she doesn't have time to fix my eyebrows when she had no customer and refused to give me refund for their bad service! read more

The best eyebrow place in Elk Grove, don't bother going anywhere else! I can't say enough amazing things about this eyebrow service! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The owner and her assistant are professional and welcoming. The space is clean and relaxing, you can tell they take pride in their work. But let's talk about the results: my brows have never looked this good. The attention to detail is unmatched, every hair was shaped perfectly to flatter my face. I've been to several places along Elk Grove Blvd over the years, and I can honestly say this is the ONLY place I'll trust with my brows from now on. If you're thinking about trying a new place, stop searching. read more

10 out of 10 oh my goodness the best threading business I've ever went to all of Sacramento. I came very last minute the day before my birthday an I was very detailed about how I would like my eyebrows Shazia is who provided my service and her attention to detail is impeccable. She did exactly what I asked for and I love them. I'm definitely returning. read more

I came into this place without knowing what to expect! I was a regular at a different eyebrow salon - Beauty By Thread, and the woman I used to go to all the time (pre-pandemic) no longer works there! It's been hard trying to find someone who knows exactly what I want. The atmosphere here is very clean, relaxing, and the temperature inside was nice and cool. Raman took me in here at AP Threading and I explained to her that I have one eyebrow naturally more sparse than the other, and my brows have become uneven due to previous plucking/bad threading experiences. She didn't make me feel bad and she was so nice to have small talk with! She worked with my natural shape and made my brows look so good compared to what we started with! This place is now one of my favorites :) read more

I cannot contain my excitement! Raman is so so wonderful, in her work and as a person. I've been coming to see her for my threading needs for over two years now! Like way before she opened her own location. I kid you not, Raman is literally the only person I trust my brows with!! She's precise and consistent every time. Also! She offers a ton of other services too for the lip, chin, sideburns, face, etc! This plaza has plenty of parking spaces available. It can be a little hard to spot because there isn't a sign put up yet. She's open six days a week, and Sunday's are appointments only! I promise you won't be disappointed; hold me to it (: read more

I've been going to Raman for a year now and I love the way she threads my eyebrows! My mom and sis also go to her anytime they're in town. It's very easy to book your appointment and if for any reason you can't make it, you won't get charged. read more

This was the only place I went for a year and after yesterday I will no longer go here.. making someone wait almost a hour and having other customers go before you when you've been waiting there longer than all of them is not good customer service. Appointment or not, I was there for at least 30 mins waiting before any appointment arrived. Keep in mind that whole time I was waiting the lady worked on only 1 person. Drove from North Sacramento to Elk Grove and left without getting my service done. Very unhappy customer read more

I was new to the area and needed to get my eyebrows done quick. It's hard to just trust anybody to do your eyebrows but I decided to give AP Threading a try. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Ramandeep made me feel confident in her work. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows or if I had a picture for reference. I just told her I don't like them thin and she described how she would make them. She also knows how to keep a conversation which I enjoyed. The previous eyebrow threads that I have gotten have been painful but she was very smooth with it I hardly felt a pinch. I will definitely be returning read more

Today was my first time here, first thing I noticed when I signed myself in was all of the return customers that signed in before me. It's definitely for a reason as this place is amazing! I have a scar on my left eyebrow due to stitches so no hair grows there. I've gone to several places before and they've all done a decent job working around it but this place is by far the best. You can't even tell I have the scar now and my eyebrows match each other (something I've never had before because of the scar). Definitely my go-to place from now on! read more

Recently moved to Elk Grove and was super scared when it comes to getting my eyebrows done at new places but I highly recommend this place. Ramandeep was extremely nice and polite.
