Today, someone else did my brows and I don't recall them ever doing mine but I had high expectations since everyone who work(ed) here were good. But this lady messed up my eyebrows. As you can see, one is thinner and one is thicker. I came in for a clean up and it doesn't even look like they cleaned it up. She also didn't ask me if I wanted aloe vera, she just put some without asking. I've been going to this place since 2021 and every time someone did my brows they asked if I would like some and I said yes every time. Not only that, after she put aloe vera, she continued to do my eyebrows.

This time around, my fiancé and I came in and there were 2 other people ahead of us. Perfectly fine we waited. The girl that was working was a bit younger and slower. It was finally our turn. She started off okay, but then got really slow and was doing one area at a time really slowly. It hurt a lot, and she cut both of us. She asked us to hold our hands on our eyelid and forehead area above the eye brow, which was completely normal but she had trouble with pulling the hairs, because she must've gone back at least 3 times back to the same spot, after she had left the area. She pulled so hard that we both had open bleeding cuts when we left. She was really young and inexperienced. I wanted to give this place a shot after my normal place closed down, but 2 times in a row is a miss for me. Usually when getting my eyebrows threaded it's usually a quick in and out service, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.

Amy helped me get checked in and choose a facial, and was the one to provide my treatment. She also offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited to be called in. I got the AquaGlow facial and it was a great first experience! I felt incredibly welcome, the music was relaxing, and whenever I'd ask, Amy would explain the process to me no problem. She was very kind, professional, and hospitable. For my first time ever getting a facial this was an amazing experience. My skin looks and feels so clean and hydrated, I learned more about what's going on with my skin, was given suggestions for maintenance, as well as a complimentary face mask to apply tomorrow night.
