Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I went in to get my car keys cut, and they only charged $20 per key--such a great deal compared to the $65 each another company quoted me. They also offered to program the keys, but I let them know my boyfriend could handle it. They were totally understanding and didn't try to upsell me at all, which made me feel really comfortable. I left already impressed with the service and pricing--but then my car battery died in the parking lot. Anytime Locksmith was recommended to me by another locksmith to help with a key fob problem. I went to the easy-to-find brick and mortar store, located at Tropicana and Spencer, at about 4pm on a Monday Holiday. Anytime Locksmith was open! The locksmith was friendly and professional. He immediately went to work on the key fob. Turned out that I had messed up the contacts inside the fob during a recent battery change. The locksmith fixed the contacts (took less than 1 minute), tested the key, and sent me off at NO CHARGE. He also took his time and taught me what to do if the key fob battery went totally dead. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving. Our safe would not open. The code did not work. Wires were bad. Adam walked us thru the repair with the pix we sent him. One of the few places in town that can make keys for RVs and just about anything. He is a little pricy and does not give any discounts but worth the price if you need something special done. He was very friendly, however if he does not know you right now, you are not allowed in the shop. You have to wait outside and if you are having a lot of work done, a lot of keys, you either have to stand outside or go sit in your car. He is honest, good at what he does and I would definitely recommend this place over any quick key place because he is a true professional and knows how to do it right the first time.
