Great, friendly and quick service and has been able to help with several complex problems over the years.

I just wwnt there to have some keys made. It was fast, and the person helping me was very pleasant. The keys worked well.

Green Valley Lock & Safe is my go to place. I used to go to Lowes and Home depot when I need a key made. No more. I'm tired of being told they do not have the correct blank. Now I just go to Green Valley Lock & Safe. It is a longer drive but they have never let me down. They also have great accessories. read more

Went in and had two remote keys that I bought online cut for my Toyota SUV, they came out perfect, charged $5 per key. Although they could not program them they referred me to another locksmith who can program car keys and costs a quarter of what the dealership was asking. The two fellas this morning were very honest, friendly and helpful, something that is getting more rare these days. I definitely recommend them for anything locksmith, keys related issues. read more

Wanting to purchase a duplicate electronic key fob for my car, I called six locksmith companies and three car dealerships - I'm in the habit of doing my due diligence when it comes to dealing with tradesmen. All the locksmith companies, with the exception of one, offered varying prices, services, and conditions. Without exception, they seemed to be making it up as they went along. This involved wild swings in prices, hidden exceptions, and a rush to obtain a commitment the dealerships were somewhat more professional, but their prices, as it turned out, were 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 times what turned out to be reasonable - that's where Green Valley lock and safe came in. I spoke to a fellow named Dale, who was refreshingly, knowledgeable, reasonable, and straightforward. This company will be my first-call for all my related locksmith needs. My advice is, do your DD, as most people don't, and they know it. Dan read more

Visited Green Valley Lock & Safe to get a set of keys cut during the holiday season. This is the cleanest and most organized locksmith store I have ever seen. The shop has a retail space with keys, locks and accessories and another room filled with safes. Demarcus helped us out and he was very friendly and efficient. Great customer service. Convenient Henderson location. Easy parking. Highly recommend. read more

I visited this location to buy a screw driver that was being sold outside the store with some other items that were being sold. The gentleman at the front counter for nice and professional. The gentleman was having a heated political discussion where he began trashing President Trump! I left the store immediately without purchasing the screwdriver because I was extremely offended by the nasty rhetoric that I heard. I recommend not using this business!! read more

I have been a good client of this Locksmith for 15 years... I am a property manager, so I make a lot of keys ... Today I called in twice and asked them to please stay open for another five minutes as I was on my way in to make a key and they would not wait for me... They close at 4:30 PM I got there at 4:33 PM and they were walking out the door refused to still make me a key ... I feel this is really bad Business... After 15 years of loyalty to this business, they couldn't wait a couple minutes for me... It still doesn't make sense to me ... but this is who they are ... they lost a good customer today read more

I have a floor safe that was locked when I bought my home. I hired a company to find the original combination, but the combo must have been changed by a previous owner. I had contacted numerous other companies who either said they could open the safe and replace the lock but couldn't, or who gave me higher quotes, but no one was able to get the job done until I contacted Green Valley Lock & Safe. The replies to my questions were quick and I was able to schedule right away knowing the cost upfront. Some other companies wanted to charge me over $100 more. They scheduled me for a two hour window and showed up right on time. Dave told me what he would be doing with my safe and my options for replacing the lock. He was in and out quickly and left my safe in working order and the area clean and tidy. Unfortunately there wasn't any treasure in the old safe (dang). I would hire Green Valley Lock & Safe again. read more

Had a Broken Key that only works because of special chip on the remote on a Toyota Camry . I purchased a few online and took them over to The Green Valley Lock & Safe and they cut me 2 new ones. (no programming included as it takes a special program) And cheaper than going to a dealership to do it all with Programing for $300. Smooth 2020 in progress. Thanks Guys read more

Needed a new mail key. Specialty key that kiosks and Home Depot could not recreate. They made me two keys. 10 minutes. Reasonable price. Friendly. Will be back. read more

I needed a longer key for my pool gate and they had the key and it cut in mins. Quick service!

Helpful guys and good selection. They seem knowledgeable about keys and lock systems.

They sent an employee who seemed affable but had no regard for either common courtesy or safety: He chose to enter our home maskless, even though we were fully masked. He spent a half an hour or so reviewing the scope of work, left and never called back with our estimate. When we called to request and estimate, Green Valley Lock & Safe said they'd get right back to us. Not. They once again had no regard for customer service. When it comes to home security, the threshold for trust and reliability is deservedly high. These guys fall way short. Keep shopping. read more

We have used GV lock and Safe for 20+ years! I am never disappointed. They're prompt, super helpful, and very fairly priced. Highly recommend for all your rekeying needs! read more

I've used Green Valley Lock & Safe for many years (close to eight years) for our business. The service at both the store, and when they come out to the locations are great. Green Valley lock and safe, friendly staff knowledgeable and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Wow! What service....... My front door handle was not working properly so I turned to google for help. GV Lock and Safe includes the services they provide and lists out repairs too. It was obvious I was in the right place! From the lovely receptionist on dispatch, with her friendly and likeable voice, to the very professional George who showed up with his tool belt around his waist and a huge smile - I was impressed and delighted. George showed up within 90 minutes of my call, fixed the door handle, made sure it was secure and went on his way. I can't imagine using anyone else for matters of security. Thanks GV Lock and Safe. You are awesome!!! read more

I've been here twice and Mike was rude both times. There won't be a third time. Mike thinks he is God's gift to locksmithing but he's just a crabby old geyser. I saw a Grade II Schlage deadbolt at Home Depot for $40 and I was driving by Green Valley Lock and Safe so I stopped in to compare the price. It was $98! When I told Mike about the Home Depot price he said it wasn't the same grade. When I told him it was Grade II he responded "whatever." Well I posted a photo of the Home Depot product, enjoy Mike! read more

Had to get some keys cut that were difficult to fit in the Chi Machine. They were very helpful helping me look up and disassemble the keys, and getting them put back together correctly. I also think it's extremely helpful that they have an actual business location to walk into, when so many similar services are just mobile. read more

If anyone needs a key duplicated of any sort, come to this establishment! I went here to get my car key duplicated (as the casing on mine snapped) and the employees were nothing short of helpful and caring; they had a wonderful, positive attitude! I was in here for less than 10 minutes and even confirmed with them prior to coming in that they could copy my key for me! Much better than some places quoting me $100+ when I already had a key ready to be copied. Thank you guys so much for helping a girl out! Will definitely be returning for any key needs in the future :) read more

I stopped in today to inquire about class 2 or better double cylinder locks for my front door. Not only did they have class 2's in stock, these guys are THE BEST! Extremely friendly and informative and funny! Without any hesitation they brought out two different lock sets. So happy to find a place that treats a new customer like an old friend. Apparently the grumpy guy mentioned in a couple of the reviews is no longer working there, so please, ignore the negative reviews about this place. read more

i have been to the store twice for different jobs and each time they found an excuse not to do the job. first one was the duplication of a 1992 Firebird ignition vats key and the second was a re-key of a Tacoma glove box lock. Neither of these jobs are extremely complicated but for some reason, they didn't want to do it. i took the jobs to ABC locks and they had no problems with either job. in and out in 10 minutes. for real simple jobs they would be okay i think but for anything more complicated, i would look elsewhere. read more

I have a unique lock with a damaged key. Went to 3 different places and no one had the key. Green Valley Lock & Safe had the key, were fast and accurate with the key copies and charged me a fair price. read more

I would also give zero stars if possible. I called to inquire about getting a large safe moved and the guy Mike was rude over the phone. If a company is rude when you're simply asking if they want your business, the answer is an obvious "No". Here's an update. I had my wife call back to get a quote for moving the safes. They were almost double than the company I used; The Safe Keeper. I'll be writing a fantastic review for them. Read it if you are looking for a company to move your safes. One of the better experiences I've had during this stressful move. Thanks! read more

Brought in two motorcycle key blanks to be copied from an old original. The fellow at the counter immediately stated he didn't like cutting keys they didnt sell since they could not guarantee the work. I understood the rationale, but the person kept going on how people frequently bring their own key blanks only to be upset that the key didnt work. He also commented on how poor the original key was due to its age (the reason I was making copies). I told him I would not make a sound if the keys didnt work, that I just wanted to try to make a copy, and if he had a key blank that would work, I would purchase it from their store instead. They did not stock the key. He begrudgingly copied the keys and repeated the disclaimer. Alas, when I returned home to test the keys, they both worked, except the gas tank requires some fidgeting to open. So in the end, good technical service, kinda shoddy customer service. Based upon this encounter, I would likely hit up a different locksmith next time. read more

I accidentally locked my only garage door opener in the garage after washing my car. I was not given a key to the door by my land lord and since it was Saturday, I feared it would be Monday before I saw my car again. Using a locksmith can be a stressful experience. Not only are the conditions upon which you're requesting help usually embarrassing, but there is undeniable sense that you're going to get ripped off by some sleazy organization. I called Green Valley Lock & Safe because they were close (and none of the locksmiths in my area had reviews on Yelp). I was told it would be about a half hour before anyone could show up. Surely enough, 25 minutes later I received a call that the tech was at my garage already working on the lock before I got outside. It was a very tough door to get open, the lock had been damaged and he could not pick it. Not giving up, the locksmith resorted to wedging a metal hook into the garage and disengaged the lock the opener had on it. It was a tough job (in 90+ degree heat) but the locksmith never remained friendly and positive. I was charged $100, standard fair I would think for the amount of time and effort needed. Expensive mistake to make but at least now I have a locksmith in my phone book that I feel I can trust and use in the future. read more

I would recommend these guys. These folks. I asked for an appointment between 2 and 4. The tech called me at 3:10 and arrived at 3:20. He was professional, I only wish I could remember his name. I will use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you. read more

Security is very important to all households and businesses! I searched out and found! What a awesome store, no pressure sales, very professional, very informative, and mostly you can trust them. I bought a few key security measures for the house "Secret" :) and they showed up on time, great installation, gave me more ideas, and was honest about other ideas I had. Not even a attempt to up-sale and just straight forward honesty. I will utilize them for my care homes "sick and the elderly" and other business entities. Totally recommend you stopping buy and have them help you protect your home or business! Safety and Security is Number 1! read more
