I wasted a half a day. Paying 175.00 for the being in the same situation that I was before. They should of just say they couldn't complete the job. They came by and couldn't get my key working. After I instructed them on what to do, they still failed. Then to top it off they refused to take my credit card. He wanted me to pay by check. Key is working but still don't have a spare key.
