We were on our way home from the Carson area after just a nice family day out when my husband hit a trailer hitch that had fallen off of a truck ahead of us (he tried to avoid but contact was inevitable). Thank goodness we were in the slow lane in order to merge onto the freeway towards Long Beach. The hitch blew both tires on the driver side leaving our car undriveable. Our family was stuck on the side of a very busy freeway on ramp where there is little room for cars to merge let alone a non-operative car to sit off on the side of the road (even though in the emergency lane it was still pretty scary). We called have AAA and were told someone would be by in about 40 minutes. Sergio from Anytime Leyva Towing came to help and was there in no time. Sergio was amazing, he was very friendly and his main concern was making sure our family was safe. Sergio went above and beyond to ensure we were not stranded on the side of the freeway. We tried to get an Uber with no avail. We had two drivers cancel on us after waiting around for close to an hour. Sergio even spoke to one of the drivers giving her the most specific information possible on where to find us. When Uber failed Sergio came to our rescue ensuring we got to a safe location for pick up. He was amazing and we so appreciate the fact that he actually cared enough to make sure we felt safe and secure the entire time. Thank goodness for Sergio, we appreciate all he did and will be forever thankful for everything and all his help! read more

Was very patient, helpful, told me everything he was doing with my car...made me feel at ease. Then we had a lovely 2 hour drive to my car dealership and he made me laugh and put me at ease. I was stranded and requested a tow thru AAA. The guy that showed up was very rude. He asked me to help him move my car because it was not in a safe place. The car was in a residential area and he had enough room to pick the car up from the front and or back. I was waiting in the hot sun for 4 hours. I have never been asked to help move my car. He was upset that I didn't want to help him and he left!!!!!! read more

This company was called from my insurance road assistance. Very long story I'll make short, in my agony of trying to fix my broken Prius while in Compton, I had to call a tow company. Miquel from Leyva Towing rescued me last night after the nightmare with California Motor Club through AAA. I waited over 6 hours for a tow, in an unsafe location, because the first tow company AAA sent refused to tow me the 48 miles I needed after accepting the call and showing up to my location. Their reasoning? Their drivers shift was ending in an hour an a half. I had the exact opposite experience with Miguel. He was professional, kind, courteous, knowledgable and considerate. He knew I had been waiting a very long time and offered me his orange so I would have something to eat. After dropping my car late at night at Americas Tire he gave me a ride the few miles to my home and then waited to make sure I was safely inside before leaving. He provided outstanding service and, although this tow company is an auxiliary company for AAA, they should be a first choice. I plan to let AAA know what an outstanding job they did. The driver Saul is really rude. My tires were slashes on the right hand side, already hitting rim. The driver just stares at me from his truck. I initiated the conversation on what to do, he said to take it out in the streets. I did moved it to the middle, then he as staring at me without saying anything, then I initiate the conversation and he wants me to park it to the other side of the street and I said no. We stared at each other, then he said it would be easier for him for I to move and I told him he has open space in the middle of the street as we agreed. No customer service, no empathy, and no communication. If you see Saul, request another driver and wait, the wait would be worth it. read more
