We did a walk through before starting the move and went over what all needed to be moved. They were honest and raised concerns about moving our tv as it's pretty thin, and took extra precautions to pack it. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were extremely quick in loading and unloading. They were quick in assembling and dissembling. They finished our move in lesser time than expected!

At first I was given some bad information from one of the workers there and I gave them a bad review on yelp. Dylan contacted me after reading my review and told me about the discrepancy where my information was taken but not given to the right people. Needless to say, he was determined to make up for the error on the companies behalf. He was more than willing and helpful to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that there was no obligation even after the estimate was given. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and it was a smooth transition from destination to destination. Sam and Tyler were on time, respectful, and moved at a safe fast pace. Sam gave me a courtesy call before they departed and explained all the paperwork thoroughly before I signed anything. Throughout the moving of my belongings they asked questions to ensure it was what I wanted, along with relocating things I preferred in a different area of the house. Tyler was a bit taller so he was able to place some stuff on the shelves I wouldn't of been able to reach on my own. They both advised great ideas that gave me the opportunity to decide what would work best for me around the house. Horrible! the driver 'forgot' our big valuable sculpture when we moved from Olympia out of state…read more It is heavy and they charged a lot as part of a Huge moving bill to transport it. After two days of chaos with them in our house packing and loading, the driver Rushed us that he finally walk through, wouldn't go out and check the sculpture area saying he already got all that. The delivery was a moving nightmare. The truck and driver showed up at 8:15 am, due at 8. By 8:45 No crew was there so he called and was told that the company they hired to move us in "forgot" to send the message hiring the crew. After 10 am 3 people who spoke NO English showed up: a small man complaining of arm pain all day, and two small women in their 20s who couldn't carry anything heavy. Nothing was put where it should have been as they couldn't read labels or get the tag numbers right. The driver told them to flip over our big expensive cherry dresser on the concrete porch but there was NO blanket or padding on that side so it has huge gouges. and the driver said he "Forgot" our sculpture. Many items were scratched, they broke 3 legs off a big upholstered chair and the move in crew broke the 4th leg. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID! Hire anyone else!

The first job was helping my dad move from Roy to Maple Valley -- everything went perfectly. The second time, they helped load and drop off a 17ft truck full of donations, which saved us a ton of time and effort. The third time, they disassembled and hauled away an old canopy, cover, and wood floor with care and efficiency.
