I never leave bad reviews for businesses but I feel like it is my duty to say this so that the owners are aware. I scheduled a lab draw online with appointment out about one week. The next day I tried to add an additional test into my schedule but the portal would not allow me to do so (okay no big deal, I'll add it when I get there) when I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment I signed in, took a seat in waiting room & started to go to the website to look up the 2nd test I wanted to add. A young lady calls me up to the desk & says what are you here for? I said well I can't remember the exact name of the test but... and she cuts me off, "we literally have thousands of tests here I need to know the name" I'm trying to tell her I have a confirmation number from my appointment being scheduled & she can look up the exact name of the test, she keeps saying she needs the name & can't look it up, another (way nicer) lady in the back corrected her saying they have "hundreds of tests not thousands " and I say well if you give me a flyer or something I can point it out. She's huffing and being sarcastic like I'm dumb for not knowing the test name. I say go her let me go to your website one moment and I'll look up the name.. she again is saying how there's so many tests there's no way for her to know. I'm shocked she can't just look it up by my name. Mind you I'm fasting, hungry, no coffee, I have a ton of personal stuff going on & this woman is treating me like trash. I tell her, "there is actually another test I wanted to add, I say you don't have a flyer I can look at?" She rudely says no. Also no one else was there but me, so I was not holding up a line or anything. I tell her again okay one moment let me go to your website. I'm thinking this is ridiculous. She finally says oh, did you say you have an appointment? I say yes that's what I've been trying to tell you. I'm so flustered I can't find the 2nd test on the website. The "nice lady" in the back suggests the 2nd test I may be looking for. The one she suggested was only $50 but the one that I saw at home was $100 so I don't think it was the right one I wanted but I just agree & pay it because I'm so flustered. Once I set back down in the waiting room the rude one goes to playing on her phone as she holds my drivers license (I found that odd and unprofessional) I can also hear the mean girl making fun of people that come in not knowing what they want - WOW . Then the mean one calls my name, she will be the one drawing my blood. GREAT - i thought this horrible woman is going to pull out the biggest needle to use on purpose. SURE ENOUGH. It was the worst most painful draw I've ever experienced. I have donated blood dozens of times. I always get compliments on my veins by medical professionals & they comment how easy it is to draw from me. But for some reason this is the first time in my life it hurt like hell. THEN she has the cruel audacity to hold the needle at an angle . It seemed to take so long I started squeezing the ball even though she told me to release my grip. I did three big squeezes to speed it up as fast as possible it was horrible. Now I have a huge silver dollar sized bruise on my arm and look like a drug addict. Thanks a lot. I had family photos this weekend and had to cover it up awesome. I'm sad about all this because I just discovered this business & was so excited. if you choose to go here I suggest driving out of your way to use any location but Glendale AZ. I hope this review helps the management address training and professionalism so future patients don't have the same experience. EDIT: It's now four days since my appointment . The bruise on my arm is now 3" long and 2" wide. I firmly believe the person who drew my blood did this on purpose out of spite. - also i noticed her playing on the phone with my drivers license when i took my clipboard back, so it was prior to paying. I haven't had blood drawn since I was a child and I have severe anxiety. One minute I am being sat down in the chair and the procedure explained. The next minute I am telling the tech of my anxiousness. The next minute she is engaging in conversation to get my mind off the test. And I kid you not, 2 minutes later I barely get to finish my sentence and Melissa tells me we're done filling 2 vials. I didn't believe her. A paper cut hurts worse than the puncture. Rude rude rude. Drove down from Prescott to have a lab done as this is apparently the only place that does this particular test. Receptionist greeted with us with, "can I help you?" I told her I was here to get a lab test done. Seemed like the only appropriate response as this is a lab. Anyhoo... I handed her the slip and she said, "we can't do this today." She went on to explain that this particular test can only be done Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 4:00. I asked her why that information was not in the website and she told me I should have called. What's the point in having a website if someone needs to call and confirm that the services advertised are actually available? So after an hour and a half drive on a Saturday morning, we turned around and went home. It would have been a lot easier to swallow if the person at the front desk was at least halfway pleasant or knowledgeable. She was not. read more

I would give it ZERO stars. the front desk self proclaimed manager (rude short blonde hair) was insanely rude from the second I walked in the door. my school has them under affiliates and she kept interrupting me and saying that she doesn't know what I'm talking about and where does she mail the payment to? with insane attitude and anger. almost lIke a parent belittles a child. my school looked into it and doesn't know why I was told that because they looked and are still affiliated with them. I think this was her personal choice to be rude that day. as a student I don't have time to waste and this was a terrible experience by far. she should consider working somewhere where she doesn't have to interact with people because she seems to be unhappy with her life and project it on others. read more

The staff at this location are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Threating to call the police just because I had questions about my UA and allowed me to take a photo of my drug test then got mad and said it wasn't allowed in the first place well there's no sign that states you cannot take a picture of the results yelled at me . I was genuinely confused by the staff's behavior and why I was being treated in such a way. If it's not allowed then they should've stated that when I first asked to take a picture? Don't break the rules then get mad at me for not knowing it's not allowed. Screaming and yelling at me to leave I was shocked and asked to speak to a supervisor after that wasn't even present. The location I sent to I went 11 am 3-19-24 the front door was lock no sign on door everything showed lab is open not answering phone call had to drive to another any time lab for 10 miles they said you have to go back to location with order I went back that was open later and got it done just wants to report this lab have zero customer service and respect to client and she said we were open after all done i told her please put up sign if you temporary close and she said there was sign two different story !!!!!! Tracy made this a painless experience. This is my second time getting my blood work done here. She is really good at getting the needle in the first time and you really don't feel a thing. The results come back super quick and they have a wide variety of tests. They also do drug screens and prefer you show up two hours before close. The prices are reasonable for cash pay and you can choose any test you want done. Thank you for offering this service without having a doctors order for labs. It was easy to make an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday morning 10/8, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. The price is reasonable for a blood draw. $40/person. This is the extent of the positives I can express for this lab. Here is where I was disappointed. We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic, and this is a health care facility. You would think they would be taking the utmost precautions, but I had a different experience here. It's not like it's a store and you can social distance, or leave if you're not feeling comfortable. You are less than 6 feet away from a provider, very close to them actually, to the point where they are very close to your face, when you get blood drawn. We had an appointment and I needed these labs done that day so we had to stay despite: 1. The front desk person/tech was not wearing her mask properly. It was not covering her nose at all and hanging down from her face. (I didn't get her name but the initials on my receipt said "km"... see picture attached). My kids and I are very high risk and are now going to quarantine just in case. This is very irresponsible. For this alone, I can not recommend this lab! 2. They offer you pens to use that have not been sanitized. Other urgent care clinics or labs will have a "dirty" pen bin and hand you a "clean" one. My confidence in this lab's sanitation isn't the best. The blood draw was painful and I left with a bruise. I have very, very good veins- there's no reason for this except incompetence. The tech wasn't exactly rude but not very warm and friendly either. I'm hoping our labs are done properly and we get accurate results at this point. read more

I had to have a 2 part TB test and Drug Test completed for school. I never had to wait very long for any of these to be completed. Tracy was so refreshing and professional. She handled all of the tests with ease. She even called to ensure I received the proper paperwork for school. Will definitely return if I need labs/tests in the future. read more

Today I came Into any labs to take a urine test. From the moment I walked in I waited at the counter for about 15 minutes after singing in just for her to tell me they stop testing after 4 even the I showed up at 3:50 she then got frustrated with me and said "fine just sing this then" I paid for the test and once my name was called I went in an came straight out she then started using the dipsticks to test it then out of nowhere started smelling it like crazy multiple times which made me super uncomfortable and weirded me out it was absolutely disgusting to watch and I felt very violated she then told me I had to take it again I continued to ask her why and she said because it "smells weird" never in my life have I ever experienced such a thing. I've taken multiple drug tests and have never seen that happen I told her I would re test but it would take me a while and that I'm on a time crunch so I sat in the lobby chugging water as much as possible but couldn't feel anything coming so I told her I would be able to try again but I don't think I can fill the whole thing and she said "no I won't count it you need to wait or leave and if you leave I will contact your company and give them the opportunity to reject a retest" which made me even more mad so I asked for my money back and she continued to tell me all sales are final. I asked if she could send it into the lab to test if was real and she told me no and dumped it down the toilet After contacting my boss and explaining to him the situation he said they still have to send it into a lab and the lab with tell you if the urine is real or not and also told me to complain to a supervisor cause that is unprofessional and non scientific. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that she's the supervisor so I asked to speak to a higher up and she said there was none and that I would have to talk to the owner so I asked for the owners information and she refused to give me it saying it "personal info". I have never experienced anything like this I will never return and I will reporting this to corporate and the BBB. She had pink hair looked about 60 years old and had a very bad attitude. read more
