However, I did call the phone number and the owner Dave called me and apologized for what happened and said he would rectify the situation so I give them five stars for them. Being good people and not just ignoring me like most other places would do. Dave, I thank you for calling me and you seem like a really nice guy and I absolutely will give you another shot when my comforter needs to be washed again LOL. Also to add, it is very clean in there and the machines wash things very quickly. My brother recommended it to me and him and I are both clean freaks and very weird about using laundromats since we have our own washer and dryers, but large comforters don't fit and wash well in our own. They do an amazing job and we drop off laundry every Friday and pick it up on Sunday. You can bring your own detergent if you have super sensitive skin or they have some as well. Suit is fine but I'm not impressed with the shirts. I requested them folded (which means laundering, not dry cleaning apparently) so I could put straight in a suitcase. Not so much. A couple I'm going to have to wash and retreat collar stains that don't look any different from what I dropped off. Folding job could be better. Though being in plastic sleeves is a nice touch. All for $33.25. I'll take suits here again, or try a different place altogether, but will stick with doing shirts myself. Addendum 4/5/16 I'm pleased to add another star to this review. After my last disappointing experience, one of the co-owners contacted me to apologize for the issues I had with the shirts I had brought in for cleaning and folding. I appreciated that Dave reached out within hours of my review posting. He asked that I give them another chance to correct their mistakes and offered to clean my next items free of charge. Customer service is obviously a priority for them. I took in five shirts (same number as last time) late last week and picked up today. Much improved result on hangers. Shirts looked better/cleaner overall. Collars, plackets, cuffs and back pleats were nicely pressed (no starch). One of the shirts was French cuff, crisp edge to that. The sleeves didn't have much of a crease, but my husband isn't bothered about such things. If you prefer a sharp crease, you may have to specifically request it. I still don't need dry cleaning services often, but will continue to go here when I do.
