Visually impressive but very far from real chef quality pizza. The dining room is chaotic albeit bustling. The more exotic slices seem to be carelessly stacked with mass produced recipe contents lacking careful culinary balance. Way too much crust often dry and chewey. First timer. I ordered Mac and cheese. Simple. I saw it was the bartender who was doing the serving. Well I guess she was busy socializing and eventually brought it out. Couple bites...barely warm! While my husband ate and finished i tried getting the bartenders attention, unsuccessfully for the entire time. When I finally did get her attention she came over I told her what happened and an apology ensued but no compensation at all. Took it home reheated. I dont recommend reheated mac and cheese! First timer, the lady and I wanted a quick slice before we headed to the palladium for a concert. I'm not sure why it's taken me this long to stop in there, had some unwarranted bias against the place. We walked in and picked out some slices with the help of the staff manning the glass case. I got two square slices of pepperoni, they were so good o forgot to take a picture. We ordered through a delivery app. The pizzas were quite good. I got a GF pizza with bacon, feta, chicken and extra cheese. It was pretty good with a crispy crust. My family got their own pizza, mozzarella balls and buffalo boneless wings. All together it wasn't bad, but the mozzarella balls were very small and didn't come with too many at all, about the equivalent of 3-4 sticks. The pizzas were also a bit light on the sauces. Pre-Covid this place was fantastic but it's definitely gone downhill in quality in the last few years. We went the other night to eat in. There were 3 adults & 1 toddler. My toddler got the kids slice of cheese pizza & fries. My husband and I each got a couple of slices and my mom ordered a salad. We got the mozzarella bites for our app - the flavor is good but they came out a little cold. The slices for my husband and I were brought to the table first. My toddler kept asking where her pizza was. It took a few more minutes for hers to arrive which was frustrating. It was probably because the fries were fresh but I would have rather those come out later than have my 3 year old wait that long for a slice of pizza. The salad for mom took forever, the rest of us were pretty much done eating by the time her food arrived at the table. My husband always enjoys his chicken, bacon, ranch pizza & the chicken honey mustard I get is always a hit. However, I got the Mac Attack, too, and it tasted off. The pasta on it was cold. Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio's - Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio's in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn't have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn't show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I've now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won't cover another pair this year. I'm simply asking Antonio's to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great--it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I'll know they made an effort. I've been a loyal customer, but I'm very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action. read more

We all really liked Antonio's Pizza by the Slice! The brick oven crust and pizzas made daily was fresh and able to customize upon request. We had two slices of pepperoni, a pepperoni with mushroom and a slice of deep dish pepperoni. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. read more

Having learned of the recent winner of the Worcester area 2023 pizza competition, I tried their pie and thought it was absolutely wonderful, certainly the best I had had in many years. I recently met a fan of Antonio's on Chandler street, in Worcester, across from Foley Stadium. She claimed that Antonio's was much better and that, they offered single slices. So the same day, I drove up to Antonio's drive up window and ordered a single slice of plain cheese pizza. Without question, their pizza is good and is better than 90% of local area pizza joints, which sadly are mediocre. It had a good uniform crust, but without the wonderful blackened crust bubbles more typical of a yeasty crust. The sauce and the cheese were good, but not special. Antonio's may likely have other Italian fare that would elevate my rating. These comments only relate to their pizza. Pizza rating : 8 of 10. Please give Antonio's a try. The second time at this location. My daughter had a doctors appointment and this is her go to lunch. Not a problem with me cause there's usually a food. There's usually a good craft beer selection. My go to is the Buffalo Bob. My daughter has upgraded to a kids pepperoni with fries. She gets an orange soda. She doesn't drink soda and thinks there's too much carbonation. One of the best pizzas I've even had. They have so many selections. My favorite is the tater tot pizza. It's a bit different but it's delicious. I also like pepperoni, Hawaiian and this one is not pizza but their shrimp scampi skillet appetizer is to die for. The staff are very nice. They do musical bingo on Thursdays and it's so much fun. Of all my years living in Worcester, and for this restaurant to be right down the street from my house, I've never stepped foot into Antonio's. Whenever I picked up food, I would always go to the window and pick it up. I finally had a chance to sit down and Antonio's and appreciate the restaurant. The restaurant itself is big, very roomy, lots of seating options including bar seating and outdoor seating - which is always a plus. My friends and I had stopped in to grab some pizzas before the final Game of Thrones episode. We sat at the bar as we waited for our food to finish being prepared. There were a study group of customers coming in. People were there with their families, some came in with their teammates, others were just picking up. It's nice. The real review is about the pizza though. I've always loved Antonio's pizza just because of all the toppings and pizza creations they offer! And the crust is pretty good too. It's got that crunch but it's still light and fluffy. I love that they have gluten free and veg options. I'm lactose intolerant and they have dairy free options. Their avocado quesadilla, eggplant and roasted red pepper, and spinach pesto are all delicious! Always mix it up lol. It's definitely a great restaurant to support and enjoy.
