A very sweet gentleman told us we could sit anywhere and brought us menus right away. He took our drink order and came back a few minutes later to take our dinner orders. We added balsamic vinagrette dressing but didn't check when we left and got a second French dressing instead. That's about the only flaw for Franco's, and that happens anywhere. Calamari: Quite good. It had gotten a little cold by the time I was able to dive in, but if I ordered that fresh at the restaurant I bet it would be amazing hot out of the oven.
