This is my second time here. I did get this meal last week and there was a $10 difference which was a little shocker. Prices went way up. Menu also changed. $38.00 for this.

Antonio's is THE Italian restaurant to go to in Central Florida. The cozy atmosphere, fantastic service, delicious food, nice view/seating, and marketplace/bakery...is everything you could want when you're dining out. Easily accessible parking lot with signage that states which entrance is for the bakery vs main door. There is a different menu for the dining area downstairs vs the restaurant upstairs. There are different dining sections upstairs, I was seated in the bar section. My party of 3 had a table next to the window with a nice view of Lake Lily. We did the happy hour and ordered an insane amount of food (prices and portion sizes were really good). Our server, Dani, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Dani nailed our drinks. She recommended the Apulia Breeze, it was perfectly balanced and was a very refreshing drink to complement all the fried happy hour items we ordered! She also makes a mean old-fashioned. We ordered: Calamari, 2x sweet n spicy chicken tenders, potatoes soffocato, spicy chicken parm sliders, and the goat cheese artichoke. Bread and oil for the table. Everything was SOOO delicious. The calamari and bread was a crowdpleaser. The calamari was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and had a nice crunch. We fawned over the bread and oil, not a single crumb of it was left after the meal. I really enjoyed the chicken tenders and goat cheese artichoke. My friend said she could eat a whole other plate of the spicy chicken parm sliders. The potatoes soffocato (potato wedges) were huge. Don't let the liquid Gorgonzola sauce for it scare you off, it gave the wedges a good bite and flavor without being overly funky. Overall, would 100% come back to Antonio's and request for Dani to be my server. She kept my drink filled and even ran my friend's credit card down to us in the marketplace when Dani realized she had left it on the table. For under $30 a person, we practically rolled ourselves downstairs to the marketplace and ordered dessert to go (Oreo cheesecake, tiramisu, and cannoli), then we finished off the night walking off the food around Lake Lily. Girls' night, date night, friends outing, family meal...Antonio's can handle it all. And ask for Dani if you want amazing service!

My friends and I came for happy hour and had a great experience! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the happy hour menu offered fantastic value. Our server, Dani, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and was very attentive. We'll definitely be coming back!

Antonio's is always an excellent recommendation. I stopped by here for lunch with some friends from out of town. We ate int he upstairs restaurant and it was relatively uncrowned on a weekday. I ordered the Papardell Bolognese and it was out seating. Slightly creamy and slightly meaty ribbon pasta in sauce. Excellent. The services was prompt and friendly. It probably would have been helpful when we were seated if the staff reminded us that it closed the kitchen at a certain time in the afternoon, as we were there just before it, but ultimately t it did not impact our meal

Hubby and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile now. We finally made it here, and I'm so happy we did. This Italian Restorante has fine dining upstairs and a fabulous restaurant downstairs. The downstairs restaurant isn't just pizza, OH NO! They have sit down dining and besides pizza, they offer an array of delectable dishes. They have wines galore! They have a Deli! The ambiance of the downstairs restaurant is so very charming. When I first walked in the door, the wonderful aroma of food was amazing. You just wanted to take pause, and inhale the aroma. Now, for Antonio's Restorante fine dining upstairs, where we dined. The Ambiance is so charming and you automatically feel so comfortable. Very Italian, but at the same time, cozy, warm and relaxing. They have a beautiful bar area with a lounge. Wow, the bar stools are well padded, seat and back with real soft material ( not vinyl). They have an elevator to transport you to the upstairs restaurant instead of taking the stairs. Everyone we came in contact with was charming, kind and very welcoming. You will see on my pictures that they have a covered outside dining area that is very pleasant, and over looks a lake. Now, for the best part of my review is the food! First of all, I want to commend the Chef, the Sous Chef and all others who were involved with preparing and presenting us with a meal to always remember! Thank you so much! My husband had one of the Chefs specials, "Carne", which is a wood grilled 16 oz Black Angus Ribeye with Caramelized Gorgonzola, roasted mushroom veal glacé and whipped potatoes. Oh my goodness, he let me taste his and my taste buds were doing a major happy dance! I ordered the Braised Lamb Shank with sweet pea Parmesan Risotto. I thought I died and went to fabulous food heaven LOL! The presentation of this food was a site to behold! For dessert, among others, they offered a seasonal Apple Spice Tiramisu that was very light and luscious to say the least. My husband and I have decided to put this fabulous restaurant at the top of our list. Oh, I must mention that the Chef offers delicious specials daily, unlike many restaurants where they serve the same food day in and day out. Fleming's Steakhouse was our top favorite, but now they're in second place! If you enjoy Italian and fine dining, please give Antonio's a try, I guarantee you will return again and again. You will see a picture that I took of our Tiramisu that had a lit candle on it. They did this for us because it was our first time dining here. How welcoming is that?! My husband and I really enjoyed our evening and experience here; everyone made it so special. Kudos to our server, Danielle, who was so sweet, kind and attentive; an absolute pleasure!

Italian restaurant which is an institution in the Maitland area. It's has been quite a few years since my last visit. We sat at the bar for happy hour. Good selection of cocktails and wines. I ordered my fav expresso martini..it was really good. For dinner, I got the chicken picatta..it was good but not the best. The capers had to many steams and dish lacked lemon. We also ordered the chicken florentine..again ok but not memorable. Dessert was great. Overall it was a good evening but I felt I was in a very old restaurant.

What an exceptional dinning experience! So I'm in town celebrating my nephew College graduation. We celebrated it at this Italian restaurant. Let me tell you server & food on point!! Yes we had a prefix menu & everything I ordered absolutely delicious!! I went crazy with their own brand "olive oil" that I just had to get! Which is sold downstairs from the place which is a cafe. Ok seriously will come back & eat there!!!

I was craving chicken piccata and I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I have had it here before and knew it was excellent and tonight did not disappoint. Tender chicken expertly flavored and plenty of capers. I had mine with angel hair pasta which is exactly what I was craving. The lemon butter sauce was so good I used it for my bread instead of the seasoned oil they served for dipping, though that was delicious too. The waitstaff was attentive but not intrusive which I love. It was the perfect birthday meal

It had been on my list to try and stopped by at the cafe to get some lunch. The staff is attentive and happy to make suggestions. I was seated and it took a bit of time to get my server to come and to later take my order. Then it took a very long time to get my food and not sure why. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken (which it should had been easier than an entreeto make) and it was good. Fresh, made to order, good dressing and the chicken flavorful. They have a good selection and you can browse the market after you finish your meal.

The famed upstairs Italian restaurant. I've always driven by it... always wondered what magic Italian cuisine it beheld... and I FINALLY got the chance to experience this place on one impromptu Monday date night. It was surprisingly not as busy as I thought it would be... but as is Monday night at any restaurant. The staff explained to us that the weekends are usually SLAMMED and this was usual for a Monday night. Speaking of the staff, they are incredibly kind and gave some great recommendations for our entrees. We were almost SOLD on getting some steaks as an entree since they cook them in a pretty unique way, but we came to an Italian restaurant and definitely wanted pasta. We started off with an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms. I personally wasn't too impressed with this. The tomato sauce used in it vaguely reminded me of Ragu. The stuffing in the mushroom was great though! What really blew us away though were the pasta entrees we had. I could drink the sauce that came with the lobster ravioli!! The chef special pasta was fantastic! We also ordered desserts to-go (not pictures) since we were full after our meal. The tiramisu was TO DIE FOR. We will definitely be coming back :)

Food was very good at Antonio's and they served huge portions. We went here for an event and the service was top not h. We got calamari for appetizer and it was so good, the seasoning was perfect and so crispy. For the main course, I enjoyed the veal mozzarella with pasta marinara. The veal was nice and tender. The dessert was also my favorite which was the tiramisu. It was so good. The ambiance is nice and quiet. They have a pizza and wine bar on the first floor and the restaurant was at the second floor. The reason why I gave it a four star was because the server missed some of our orders and requests. But other than that, I will come back and try another option in their menu.

The skimpy amount of seafood I got was not good, not cooked well, or served with undercooked potatoes. It shook me. Especially for a Winter Park restaurant. After my five year statute of limitations passed on repeating restaurants, I looked for the perfect opportunity to come back and try again. I found that opportunity recently with a few friends for brunch. Their brunch menu looked amazing, so we made our reservation and came on by. Ambiance is actually really nice. Right off one of the main WP roads, gigantic windows look out upon the street as passersby roam from shop to shop. Inside looks like an ocean-side sea shack, but an upper middle class one. Very nice little ocean-themed chotchkies adorn the walls, very cozy. Service was also great. Very nice server, very prompt food delivery, and they gave complimentary bread with a delightful butter. I always adore free bread. We started off sharing the Seafood Fritters (Four savory puppies, stuffed with lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, grouper, onions, corn, poblano peppers, served with a zesty tartar sauce). If all five of those seafoods really were in there, there must have been only a few molecules each, but there was undoubtedly flavors from most of that list, and they were accentuated with the poblano. Topped with that zesty tartar, and this was an A+ app. I had the Lobster Benedict Royale (Chunks of Maine lobster on fried green tomatoes & house-baked buttermilk biscuits, topped with poached eggs & Hollandaise, sprinkled with paprika & chopped green onions). This was indulgent. Pure luxury. A warm biscuit with a good flakiness, that fried green tomato with the perfect thickness and thin, delicate coating, and those perfectly cooked jumbo chunks of lobster on top, all covered in an unctuous Hollandaise. Exactly as it sounds, as advertised, the perfect seafood brunch item. I also got to try the Shrimp Frittata (Wild-caught Florida shrimp, fresh eggs, spinach, Campari tomatoes, goat cheese, caramelized onions, baked in a cast-iron skillet, with wheat toast, butter & a little mixed green salad). This was a fun dish. Good shrimps, well-cooked eggs, a nice tang from that goat, and of course a nice crunchy toast to help make it even more interesting. I didn't like that random salad on the side. Just get bigger cast irons and make the frittata bigger. Overall, what a redemption. I'm not sure what was wrong back in the day, but this is a five star place now that I will happily return to when it's time.

The potato dumplings were alright, but the seasoning and mix of the sauce was perfect for the chicken. The serving size was good as well and there was barely any bone to interrupt eating it. My girlfriend said that the steak was cooked perfectly medium as they asked. The steak sauce paired really well, and they had enough for leftovers, and enjoyed it even more the day after. The Mac & cheese was alright, we just wish there had been more of a crunch to the cheese. However, we both really liked the shape of the pasta as we don't really see those as often. The cocktail sauce was delicious and had a nice kick to it, and definitely squeeze the lemon that comes with it on the shrimp. Must try: Calamari appetizer, ribeye, beef Wellington, lobster mac and cheese, potato au gratin,…read moreand mandarin cake. These were absolutely amazing and much too much food for two people. I basically got 3 meals out of my ribeye and lobster mac. The calamari was crispy and tender. The bread was so fluffy and delicious. We had to restrain ourselves from eating multiple loaves of bread before the entrees even hit the table. Lobster Mac was FILLED with lobster. Both side dishes were cheesy and seasoned so well. My boyfriend raved about the beef Wellington, he claims it may be the best Wellington and sauce, he's ever had. Special recognition: topping your protein entree the Oscar Style. Lump crab meat, hollandaise, and asparagus....this was utterly amazing and decadent. Still delicious but not on the same level as the must tries listed above: mandarin collar, dirty martini, caesar salad. Caesar salad was just a plate of greens, nothing noticeably remarkable about the dressing or seasoning. The garlic cheese croutons were fun but there were only 4 croutons. We would probably pass on the salad next time. Both cocktails were well-made! Service was fantastic. From the moment we walked in to the end of our meal. I believe our server's name was Jerry and the back server packed our food with more precision than I've ever seen anywhere else. Sebastian the magician started off the night perfectly. He was entertaining and personable. We came here for our anniversary and it was perfect. The mouthwatering mandarin cake was courtesy of the house. Prices on the menu may look high but for the quality, quantity, and dining experience...it's well worth it. The two of us ordered 1app, 2 sides, 2 entrees, 3 drinks, 1 salad, 1 dessert, and had 2 loaves of bread. It was easily 3 meals' worth of food. Can't wait to come back to Christener's!

Let me start by saying that I really, really was hoping to love it here. I've read many positive…read moreremarks and have friends who dined here in the past who had nothing but good things to say. Additionally, it was recommended heavily on a foodie forum I am a member of on Facebook. With all that being said, it was, to our surprise, a huge disappointment. Prior to going, I read quite a few reviews that mentioned the service was either poor or slow but the food made up for it by being outstanding, so that ultimately is what convinced me to keep my reservation. Not only did the service leave much to be desired, but the food did as well. Upon entering the building, the interior of the restaurant gave off old school, classic steakhouse vibes and instantly reminded me of Golden Steer in Las Vegas (iykyk). Sadly, comparing Christner's to the Golden Steer's vintage charm was my first mistake. Thinking the food might be up to par with theirs was my second. The service was lackluster and nothing to write home about, as was the food. I had notified the restaurant ahead of time that we were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and absolutely nothing significant was offered at all to acknowledge our special occasion besides "happy anniversary". But sadly, the food quality was the biggest let down of the evening. The bread was nothing special, the calamari was soggy, my crab cakes were mushy and tasteless, the chateau potatoes very under salted, and my husband's beef Wellington left much to be desired (no golden crust, meat to pastry ratio was off, and it was very rare). The only decent dish we had were the onion rings, but the fact that the sauce it was served with was ketchup, we thought was an odd choice. Needless to say we declined trying anything from the dessert menu as we were worried we would be met with yet another disappointment. While this wasn't the worst dining experience we've ever had, it certainly fell short, didn't live up to expectations and felt severely overpriced for the food quality that you receive. In the middle of our dining experience, we shared a mutual admission that we wished we had chosen somewhere else we had known we loved, like Kres Chophouse or Christini's to celebrate instead. While we appreciate trying new dining experiences, this one simply missed the mark for us and we likely won't be back.

The interior kinda has a hipster-rustic vibe but with more comfortable chairs. Prices seemed reasonable. Service seemed a bit overwheled but again, I think the massive event letting out had something to do with that. I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.
