I sent a request to schedule an appointment on Yelp and received a response within a few minutes. I…read morescheduled my pedicure for 2 days out and was able to get my requested time of 4:00pm. There was no wait time when I arrived. This place is the epitome of good customer service. I was offered something to drink (multiple times) and cellphone charging (if I needed it). The shop is very modern and clean and I was glad to see the big, comfortable benches for the pedicures, as opposed to the chairs. At some places, the chairs aren't big enough for my height. There was a vast selection of pedicures to choose from and it was tough making a decision lol. I went with the Orange Mango (I think that's the name). It was niiiiice and fresh oranges were placed in the water. Also worth mentioning is that the foot tubs are huge! The lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job and I was very impressed. The price point was a tad bit higher than other options in the area, but I feel it was well worth it. I'm looking forward to returning!

This was my second/first time visiting. The first time I arrived I had to make an appointment plus…read morepay a fee which I was told the money would go towards my appointment. (That was a bit off putting but I did it anyway because I felt a bit pressure to do so). I was seated right away and offered a beverage. I wasn't given a menu of options to select type of service I wanted nor did I know what type of service that I would be receiving. (Again, that was not proper and I should have been asked) Top Coat is clean enough with nice music playing in the background but I would have preferred something more relaxing for my pedicure to help me relax. I'm not really into pop, hip hop, etc. When I come to the nail salon this is the time to get pampered and relax. I did however enjoy my pedicure even though it wasn't as relaxing as I would have liked. I will give them another try because I do believe that this place works hard to provide excellent service.

Recently I had to find a new nail salon doing to my current one being under fire for unhygienic and…read moreunhealthy practices. I decided on Fleur De Nails & Spa, and I was not disappointed! When walking in I was greeted, and was instantly seated and given colors since I was doing gel. Granted I was the only one in the salon, but still being greeted and welcomed in was very nice! I chose the 3rd level up of pedicure which was the deluxe and it costed $52. Keep in mind for $52 I think that was a great price. She did the hot stones, pumice, some type of scrub and really messaged for about 20-30 minutes. She didn't rush on me but instead took her time. She was also very gentle, and never too rough which can't be said the same about my last nail salon. The basic express one is I believe 32-33, I can't remember exact price. I'm very quiet and they respected that, and didn't force any conversation upon me which made me really happy. I also got acrylics in an almond shape and they came out fantastic! I showed him a picture and he replicated it exactly how I wanted. I'm not sure on the price of the acrylics, but it's definitely not anything crazy. My total came out to $120, and I used the ATM because I do believe they prefer cash. He of course gave me the option for card, but it takes two seconds to pull it out of an ATM. I left a $20 tip because the service was awesome, and I enjoyed my whole time there. They also do a reward system, which I received the card today for it, since it was my first visit! I highly recommend this nail salon. I definitely plan on coming back!

This was my 3rd and final visit to this nail salon. My first two visits were so pleasant and…read moresatisifying. Today, not so much. I presented a picture of a potential design that I wanted for my nails. I gave the tech (YuYu) multiple options. She ultimately helped pick the one I 1st wanted and was "most intricate." I asked her MULTIPLE times if she had the time/could to do it and she said "if you have the time I have the time." There were times during the design that she seemed unsure of it and had another tech assist. They had to redo some of it multiple times. I then told them I did not like some of it and we changed things up. I would like to Note that they did spend a lot of time, but of no fault but their own. They did not seem very sure of themselves or how to do the design and instead of speaking up and explaining that, after I asked multiple times, they continued. They did ask me if I liked them and I did tell them yes to some nails and no to others, and repaired. At the end of it all, and close to closing time I paid and walked out. In the sunlight I saw some imperfections to the builder gel and how I could see my old set under the refill. I went back in and explained that I did not like that you can see the old set. I also explained how I felt the two designs they struggled the most with appeared messy. I asked if it could be fixed and how could we fix the fact that you can see my old set of nails under the new set. She explained to me that "we do this all the time and no one bothers." I told her I did not like that I could see the old set and had I known it would be so translucent like that, I would have asked for a darker color. This is the color that the tech recommended. I took her advice as she is the expert. I could see and understand her frustration and I apologized and she told me it was okay she wanted me to be happy. As it went on she began to get more frustrated at which point I asked her to just remove the entire design then, since she said all my nails would appear with the old set under the fresh given the color she applied on top. She started speaking in her native language. I started to feel uncomfortable, asked to just refund me for the design and let me leave w unfinished nails. She became very confrontational and started disrespecting me in a way I have never been spoken to by a business. She told me I "lost all of my dignity, was disrespectful, rude, the worst costumer, a problem since I walked in, and "if I didn't want to pay or couldn't afford to just say that." Like I said this was my THIRD visit. It was no issue with payment, the issue was with the quality of work. I acknowledged many times that I was grateful for the time they spent on my nails, but the quality was not there. I also expressed if they could not do such a design, honesty would have been better than trying to basically fake it to you make it. She accused me of wanting things perfect. I explained I just wanted what I paid for. I asked many times how can we make this right and that I just wanted to leave because they were making me uncomfortable. The team continued to insult me and my mother, saying rude, unprofessional, and derogatory remarks. There was another client there who observed all of this and I was fully embarrassed by the actions. They did end up refunding me for the design. I had to walk back in and ask a question about the refund and could clearly see and hear them talking about me to said client. Which again, highly unprofessional. This salon preached professionalism, satisfying their customers, expert work, and top customer service, all of which failed during this visit. I was always willing to pay for my nails, I even asked for a partial refund on the design due to the disservice. From reading past response, I fully expect to be attacked by writing this, but my review matters just as much as yours. Please learn to accept criticism and maybe you will thrive. please beware if you have an opinion. Won't be received well and you will be belittled. Do not recommend. *I never once yelled or got loud, but they did* worst experience ever, please consider supporting another small business!!!
