Tiffany's is my go to for a quality manicure and pedicure. I've been going here for two years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Service: They provide great customer service with a welcoming and friendly environment. Each visit they offer me a refreshing beverage. Most times when I come I am immediately seated for my service. It is rare that I have to wait to be seen. I also appreciate how because I am a loyal customer my nail tech knows exactly which nail service is best for my nails and my style. She remembers the colors I love from past visits which is something I always forget. Cleanliness: The nail salon is always clean. I am someone that hates public restrooms but this one is always clean. The pedicure and manicure stations are always cleaned and wiped down. For those of you that worry about mask the nail techs wear mask while providing services. Atmosphere: It is light and bright. Always something interesting to watch on tv (hgtv or food network). Customers are usually friendly as well and share warm smiles. It's truly a relaxing environment that I enjoy every two weeks. Overall: I love Tiffany's nail. Made a last minute appointment about an hour or so prior to closing and didn't feel too rushed. They lady took her time and gave a decent experience to me for the most part. It was pretty quiet and peaceful in there and the price is about on par with other places. They do have nice chairs that work as expected and quite comfortable. Would go back again. read more

The classic pedicure was exactly what I needed. A quick and efficient service to keep your toes looking well pedicured. The technician took her time with my cuticles and made sure my toes were filed to perfection. My acrylic nails needed only a polish change for this visit but I will for sure opt for the full experience next time. I also added the luxury of nail design for only an extra $15. The salon is nice, clean and very mellow. The service I went in for was a classic pedicure with polish. She burned my feet with the water then laughed. When she did my pedicure she didn't buff my heels or remove the dead skin off anywhere on my feet. I do a better job in my shower. My pedicure was done properly which is the reason for the 2 stars (that tech was good).... I should really give 1 star though because of the damage that was done to my nails by the other tech who did my full set. She absolutely RUSHED through the service (certain customers seem to get different treatment...) and did not fill the acrylic all the way to my cuticles (my nails looked like I already had them for two weeks, right after it was done) and she filed into the middle of my nail bed. Whenever I come into the shop I feel rushed and as if my money isn't green like other customers. I got sat down with no one to come help for at least 30 minutes, I don't mind waiting at all, however as soon as a Caucasian customer came in, all the workers JUMP to assist her. The workers ALWAYS confuse me with another Black girl (this happens more than I can even count). And the last girl I asked a question while I was there was just so rude, and nasty with answering me, I just couldn't understand why I was being treated that way. I really wanted to love this shop until I realized a couple of weeks later my nails were drilled paper thin and was splitting the nail bed. Your nails should never be drilled when you are getting dip nails. Those also have a small amount of dip colors. read more

It was nice this salon had a fancy chair for my six-year old granddaughter. They sat us next to each other. We had an early appointment and were sat right away. They were polite and efficient. My pedicure did include a scrub and lotion in my legs. However, it was not a very soothing-type of massage that is expected for a pedicure. We were not offered anything to drink. The cost was reasonable. However when I got home I noticed the polish on my toes was not done well. Polish was not close to edges and put on thinly and sparingly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This place is so incredibly relaxing. I stopped by to get a manicure and from the moment I walked in, I felt pampered! The decor and atmosphere is beautiful! All of their options for pedicures are great but I chose the Luxury at $65 and it was worth every penny and more. The staff is all so friendly and accommodating. They welcome you when you walk through the door. There are beverages available including coffee, wine, water, and Diet Coke. My pedicure was nothing short of amazing. It included a nice glass of white wine, rose petals, hot towels, a mud mask, and an glorious 12 minute message that felt like 30 minutes! I really felt like she took her time with me and did a quality job of grooming and messaging my feet. Janet took care of my dead skin, and cuticles and really messaged my feet like she KNEW I HAD A LONG DAY!!I've never felt more pampered at a nail salon! They have a permanent customer with me.
