I was a walkin. They were able to take me within 15 min. Offered a beverage from an extensive list of choices. The manager and the lady who waited on me were very pleasant. I only treat myself to a pedicure rarely but they made me feel like a queen. It was a massage chair and they were playing movies on the screen. I will be back! read more

Bummed to say this place is using cheese graters- which is and has been illegal in nail salons in Louisiana and basically every other state. Almost every pedicure cart has them included the cart used for my own pedicure. Before I could ever say something my text was going to town on my heels with a grater. It's 2025- the safety of the clientele here needs to be way higher than it is here. I would have rather left with rough heels than feeling like there's micro cuts. I wouldn't recommend the pedicures here which automatically cuts my review in half. Manicures seem fine but really vary on who you get. I can't say I'd be back, but if you skip the pedicure and get the right employee to do your manicure you would probably rate it as a 4 star shop. read more

During my manicure and pedicure, the nail technician seemed indifferent at check-in and appeared reluctant to provide service. Her demeanor became increasingly rude, and her attempts at conversation were awkward and uncomfortable. She avoided eye contact and spoke harshly, arguing when I pointed out that she was using a nail color I had not selected. When I asked her to remove the color, she raised her voice and roughly handled my hand. I took the employee's physically and verbally aggressive behavior during the service as a threat, so I abruptly left. I am a frequent visitor to the center and a regular client at other businesses in the area. However, I do not plan to return to your salon, nor will I, in good conscience, recommend it to others, given the behavior exhibited, which I assume is accessible, as there is no intervention. read more

The proprietor greeted me and offered me a beverage right away -- I was early and he managed expectations for timing. Once it was my turn - I chose a Volcano pedicure -- the tangerine/orange scent was really nice. Went here for my graduation nails. I've never had a nicer gel experience. The man who helped me helped me pick colors and glitters to pick the best one. And he was so careful to make each layer was even and thin and even used a small acetone brush after each stroke to make sure it was clean. Just the gel with no manicure took over an hour to ensure the cleanest gel application. I was so impressed with the service and I'll always come back. l got taken advantage of, they didn't tell me the price overcharged me $75 for the nails that are normally $45 I told him I was on Social Security ,& couldn't afford 2 be overcharged, especially on my birthday who does this? I found out later they overcharged me so I wouldn't come back. pure evil. i've already reported these people to the Better Business Bureau. I found that due to my ignorance of nails and what to get, I aggravated the staff, left with a messed up, smashed looking, gritty feeling dipped thumb nail (the others appear to be smooth) that I mentioned while still there and was told that it was okay; it is not okay! I will not return. The shop is very posh looking though and I witnessed another customer (noticeably a regular) get stellar customer service so reluctantly I rate them with 3 stars. read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I went in for a self care day, and they were so rude to me. I asked for solid gel on my toes and a simple rhinestone on the bottom. Firstly, the lady didn't know how to do gems, and it took four people total to teach her as she was using me as her guinea pig. Then, when she asked me if I liked it or not, they looked randomly placed and super crooked as if a 12 year old did it. It honestly seemed like she didn't care. I then asked her to center the gems since they were charging me extra for them, and they charged me for the gems that SHE messed up on. Then when I got my nails done, the lady made several extremely rude comments about me wanting it done a certain way. Personally, if you are charging me a couple hundred dollars I am going to have high expectations. I get my nails done once a year for mental health days, and I was honestly shocked by the way this lady was speaking to me. In addition to horrible customer service, my nails have horrible retention. I genuinely don't know if she purposely did it bad because she was annoyed or they are just actually this bad. The application is horrible. The gems starting falling off the day of. By day 3, I had lost majority of all the gems. And barely a week in most of them have broken. I have never had nails break this easily before. I am honestly just very disappointed I wasted my money here and was not treated kindly with respect. I will never be going back to this nail salon ever again.
