Kristin does an amazing job waxing and shaping my brows every time. She is efficient but friendly at the same time. It's a one room shop located down the hallway from the creole creamery. Pricing is reasonable. Easy online booking is available with text appointment reminders. (I once made the mistake of going to a waxing business down the street because I wasn't able to get in with Kristin before a trip, and wow - I was sorry that I went there!) read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a couple of years. I was recommended by the lovely ladies at Esthestique. Online booking is easy, prices are great. The vibe is perfect. I highly recommend! read more

Brow Therapy - Outside sign - Threading Services Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

I booked an appointment based solely on the great reviews. I was nervous, because I thought my sparse brows were beyond help. Kristian immediately put me at ease, assuring me that she could help me. She questioned me about my likes and dislikes, and especially about size and color. She is so adorable, and while she worked, we chatted like old friends. I have jet black hair, and very pale skin, and light eyes. I requested a dark brow, and Kristian mixed up a potion just for me. After a very short time, she wiped away the paste, and handed me a mirror. Wow! This woman is a magician! I have movie star brows! They are absolutely perfect! Every time I've looked in a mirror now, I smile. I didn't think anyone could help me. Kristian is so professional, kind, welcoming, and most of all, she is an expert at her craft. What a great experience! I will be back, again and again! read more

As someone else mentioned before, yes this is Kristian ( from the threading studio! I have been so scared to let other people touch my brows after she left (and for a good reason too!) It's inside of a building with other businesses so you may not recognize it from the street. Her prices went up a few dollars, but its definitely worth when you know you won't come out with botched brows. I was in and out in about ten minutes. She also has a loyalty card where after every 10th visit, you get your 11th thread free! So glad I don't have to get nervous when I get my eyebrows threaded now! read more

This place is amazing. She is amazing. If you are on the fence. Don't be. Book an appointment and bring your mask. She is very clean and very sweet. You will not be disappointed. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for ten years and she's by faaaaaaar the best. If it's your first time it will hurt. But same as how it was when you first started getting waxed. She does that as well by the way. read more

I loveeee this place - it's the only place I trust to keep my brows perfect!!!!!! It's always clean, professional, and quick. Can't get any better honestly. read more

Today was my first time visiting this shop and i will definitely be back! Kristian slayed my brows with the thread/ tint! She was also extremely polite/ friendly, my appointment started on time (which is always a win for me), the space was clean and aesthetic and very welcoming. read more

Awesome job! My brow was really overgrown because it was messed up from another place I went and I wanted to grow it back enough to fix. Unfortunately, I still have a long way to go but I am glad that she saw this right away and gave me a game plan for my brows. She was super quick as well! read more

What Janira W said!! Kristian is EVERYTHING. Trust her process if you want the best brows in the city. Eventually you will find yourself going less often given her expertise at training your brow re-growth. That alone practically balances the slight increase in pricing. She rewards loyalty (make sure you get your card) and has excellent customer service. Her wait time is never long. Her space is beautiful and honestly I've paid more for worse service and I'm over it. Let's support OUR girl! Oh and get yourself an admission ticket to Poppingtonville by getting your brows tinted and thank me later. read more

I enjoyed my experience so much!!! I was accustomed to having my threading done in LA but pros. I happened upon her by chance and I haven't had one regret. She's caring, informative, and efficient. Her professionalism and skills are next level. You will not be disappointed. I'm seven years in and would rather sport caterpillar brows than switch to another threader. read more

Omg yes yall Its Kristian that was at Threading studio. I found her all on my own!! When u loyal u do the research. She killed it yet again. Go Support her. Support us. She got her own. read more

Brow Therapy - Brows on fleek - Threading Services Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

Kristian is amazing and lovely, and just made my day way better by being so cheerful. I got a lash tint and brow threading, and she did a great job at making everything symmetrical. She even gave me lots of breaks and made it less painful during the threading because I can be kind of a baby when it comes to threading, lol. Definitely recommend! read more

The best there is! I've had my brows threaded for years, across Nola and in California. Nobody else is as meticulous as Kristian! I don't trust anyone else with my brows. Not only is her work top quality, she's personable and professional. She remembers little details from our short conversations every few weeks and checks in when I'm back in her chair. Be sure to book ahead with the current covid safety precautions - she books up quick! read more

This place is by Creole Creamery, the next door over. The atmosphere is soo cozy and welcoming. I came here a few weeks ago for brow threading. It was my first time getting my eyebrows done in a few years, so I was nervous. However, she made me feel super comfortable and my eyebrows looked clean. The shape was amazing!! I was so thrilled. Now I'm ready to go back. Will be back soon :) read more

Kristian is absolutely phenomenal. From my experience she takes time out with each of her clients personally, and she knows exactly how to thread your eyebrows to compliment your face. If she can't help, or if your eyebrows need to grow out more SHE WILL TELL YOU. She doesn't just try to take your money. One of the purest spirits I've grown to know and love! Her place is so welcoming and cozy. You'd love her! read more

Love love this place! I am very picky with my brows and I don't let everyone do them but Kristian is amazing! She is a perfectionist! You ask her how you want them and she delivers. read more

Full disclosure, I usually never yelp, especially when I'm not complaining. Brow Therapy is different. Brow Therapy deserves all the stars. After a rather traumatic loss of a singular eyebrow from a salon on the Northshore, I was convinced I'd spend the rest of my life looking like a cartoon character. Then I met Kristian. My eyebrows have never looked better. She's so precise and specific. She's truly the eyebrow angel. Outside of her insane talent, her pricing is extremely reasonable. I will never get my eyebrows done anywhere else for as long as I live. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. Try it. You won't be disappointed! read more

Kristian is so friendly and does a great job on my eyebrows! Very clean and reasonable prices too.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I found Kristian via Yelp after arriving at a closed-down brow studio I found on Google Maps and in frustration search Yelp! I have been to quite a few threading places in the past and Kristian is detail-oriented down to how you place your hands to pull the brow. I definitely feel like she knows what kind of brows are in-style these days and isn't just threading away until the strays are gone... she's instead shaping your brows. I would definitely recommend! She also gives you a buy 10, get 1 free punch-hole card. 10/10 recommend (Also you know it's good when you hop on to do a Yelp review even though you're behind by like 50. My mom's a hairdresser so I know the power of a good review) read more

Brow Therapy - These are my non-filled in, blonde brows 15 minutes post-thread - Threading Services Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

Was charged $2 on top of the $15 brow service for a disposable mask because I didn't have one meanwhile the mask mandate has been lifted. Save your money go somewhere else. They're still checking temperatures too give me a break. would not come back to this place. read more

Fist time was coming about a month ago. I was recommended by a friend and I'm so very grateful for that referral. Kristian is literally the BEST! She's done better than anyone I've been to in the past. I currently live in MS, but I'm always coming home to New Orleans to get all things done (nails, hair, etc) I've definitely added threading w| Kristian to that list!! read more

One of the best threading studios in the city/ state! I accidentally found this place on New Years Eve. The owner, Kristian, use to thread my eyebrows at another studio across town and she opened her own here. I walked into her new studio and felt immediately at ease and excited when I saw her inside. The studio has a positive, refreshing and vibrant energy. Kristian is a amazing esthetician and would recommend her to anyone needing facials, threading, makeup, eyebrow design, eyelash extensions...etc.. This was the best surprise going into 2020!! I will definitely be back! read more

I'm disappointed with the way they treat people. I had an appointment schedule for Monday. Unfortunately, I didn't show up due to two hurricanes in the gulf! Clearly, I decided to leave the city with my family. After calling several times to try to cancel and reschedule and never getting anymore, they took my money for not showing up and was not willing to give it back or put the money towards a future appointment. I have a business too and lost hundreds of dollars giving people their money back so they can safely leave the city. Not cool when other business owners are not willing to help in emergency situations. I didn't make the hurricanes come to NOLA. Even though I'm pleased with her skill set, I will not be coming back. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at Brow Therapy! I was skeptical considering that it is a newer business without many yelp reviews, but I had such a positive outcome that I wanted to share. I just had my brows cleaned up, and they are still looking great a couple of weeks after! I usually get little bumps around my eyebrows after threading, but I actually didn't have this problem after visiting Brow Therapy. I also appreciated the conversation, speed at which I was seen, and the fact that the owner was considerate of how squirmy and nervous I get from threading. I love that this business is in Lakeview next to Creole Creamery! I definitely recommend. read more

I needed some serious help with my brows since I've been trying to grow them in. Kristian did an amazing job and walked me thru my first threading. She coached me on how we will eventually get the shape I want. It took all of 10 minutes and I thought it was very affordable. I was nervous at first but she put me at ease right away. I knew I was in good hands! read more

I love it here. Simple sweet. Low key quiet spot w/ music playing. Clean. Positive atmosphere.

Came in for my bachelorette weekend and needed my brows done ASAP!! I found this place online and decided to take a chance. So glad I did! It was a little hard to find, maybe because we are not local, but I called and they helped us out. The space is so cute and calming, I nearly fell asleep in the chair! I've been going to the same brow lady for 10 years and I have to say, my brows look just as good, dare I say...better! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Kristan has been threading my brows for years now. I get so many compliments!! Wouldn't have it any other way!! She is Simply the Best!!!

The lady was really nice but the work was sub-par for the price. I could have plucked my eyebrows and saved $20 she didn't shape them or trim at all . Maybe it was because 5 people walked in when I was in the chair and she was rushing but it was basic results for triple the price read more
