Their attendants are habitually late at performing services but once, when my teenage daughter was just 8 minutes late, not only did they deny her service, they insisted that one of her services be deducted from her account. I had noticed in a previous post that someone put an image of a "Notice to Vacate" on the door of the business and it didn't surprise me at all - what goes around, comes around. It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. Fortunately, I have not had to experience shockingly poor customer service at this level by any business. Just dreadful. Hopefully they have changed their policies and treat people as humans.

I had…read morebeen doing my own brows for months by tweezing and trimming and needed a shape up that would hopefully lead to me finding my new go to brow place. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.
