I got my brows threaded. It was super easy to book online. There were plenty of appointments available. The service was done quickly - shaped my brows perfectly. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend for their threading services. read more

Bhavid is great! I'm a long time customer. I've been going so long, I think all the ladies have threaded my brows. This visit was for a Henna appt. The design is something picked & she freestyle somewhat. The color is nice & she loved it. I would recommend them for the henna and of course the threading. Due to the Henna drying time, I did get my brows threaded which the look is clean and smooth. The price was as expected. read more

I've found the one. The one aesthetician who can make my brows turn heads. Haha, kidding. Well, my brows do get compliments from total strangers! I've been going to Bhaavi for at least the past year or so. She is here most of the week. Her prices are a little higher than those of the other aestheticians but her results are Flawless. Every. Single. Time. I've recommended her to everyone I know. I just hope she doesn't leave because my brows and I would be very sad :( read more

I've been coming to this eyebrow threading studio since around COVID, and it's disappointing to say that my experience has steadily gone downhill. Over the past 3-4 visits, I've dealt with inconsistent pricing for the exact same service, with no clear explanation for why the cost kept changing. That alone was frustrating, but the customer service made it even worse. On one visit, I arrived at 6:19 p.m., well before their posted 7:00 p.m. closing time. My guest and I waited for more than 20 minutes, only to be told they could no longer take us. This wasn't just inconvenient it felt dismissive and disrespectful of our time because we come from far to go there. What's been most disappointing is the overall attitude from the staff. The front desk experience has often felt SO rude and unwelcoming, and the technicians have not made me feel comfortable or valued as a returning customer. I'm sharing this because I believe people should know what to expect. As someone who gave this business multiple chances, I can honestly say I would not recommend it based on my recent experiences. read more

Bad customer service. I was paying with two different cards and the lady sighed and tried to embarrass me by asking loudly if I even had the funds when I clearly did. I would not have gone if I didn't have the money. Bad attitude. No patience. And on top of that the lady who did my eyebrows hands smelled like Cheetos. I have bumps around my eyebrows probably from lack of sanitation. They don't even wash their hands before touching customer face. 0/10!! read more

The staff is rude and unwelcoming. They decide which day of the week they want to be polite even to repeat customers. I cannot continue to give business places that give off this kind of energy read more

Any easy 5 stars. I first came to Threading Studio & Spa after going to a different threading studio where they butchered my brows. One of my brows is naturally higher than the other. And the previous threader accentuated it. Bavi saved my brows. She did (and still does) a beautiful job of making my eyebrows look more uniform. When you find a good eyebrow lady, you don't let them go. Bavi is stuck with me! read more

I started going to this place after my threading spot in Clearview mall closed down. You can make an appointment but I always just walk in. There's never too long of a wait. Their threaders are quick and efficient! The price is fair, and I always leave a tip. read more

Coming from NYC, I was spoiled to have threading salons on practically every city block. It is the only way I will do my eyebrows so finding this place was a lifesaver! The staff are amazing and my eyebrows are finally in check after living in LA for over a year. The place is very clean and also offers facials and additional spa services. I will certainly be back! read more

Absolutely amazing first time threading experience. I've always opted for waxing because I'm not one to venture out too much into the unknown BUT I did this time and it was worth it. The whole process takes literally no time if you're a regular but for me, as a first timer, it was much longer but less than 20 minutes. I initially went in to get my lip and chin waxed but ended up getting my lips, chin, neck and eyebrows threaded. All of the ladies there are super friendly and hospitable. What an awesome idea for cosmetic purposes. Now, I will say that the lip, chin and neck didn't hurt at all but baby, them eyebrows had me shedding a tear to two lol but again, you'll be happy with the results. Ladies, if you've never had this before, you owe it to yourselves. You'll be pleased and grateful as I am. The practice is from India and I love it. Highly recommend! read more

I reserved threading services performed on my eyebrows, upper lip, chin and neck. I also booked eyebrow tinting. Once I left the salon, I felt my chin to see if the few hairs that grow there were gone. One was not and I had to go back to have it removed. The technician decided to add lower lip threading and charged me for it. She threaded my upper lip and chin so hard that it left red blotchy spots and bumps that I noticed when I got home. The technician didn't ask me anything about tinting my eyebrows. It was my first time getting this service. She put the tint on to create a fuller brow on the ends. What I got is big, thick eyebrows that I have to wait to wear off. I'm channeling Joan Crawford ov Although I didn't complain at the shop, I won't go back. I can find somewhere else to spend $90 that will give me what I want. read more

Super easy and convenient. I always go to Bhavi and she does a perfect job on my eyebrows every time. I thought when I signed up with my phone number I was told after 10 sessions you get one free but that has never transpired. Either way, as long as Bhavi is there ... I'm there too! read more

Best in Metairie very clean and professional you want find better services anywhere else.

The quality of the service itself was consistent and met expectations. Always professional, nice, clean environment.

The service is great and my eyebrows are slay! I love how quick they get me in! Also the prices are affordable!

Very consistent service. I've been coming here for at least 3 years. I usually only get my eyebrows but occasionally my chin, as well. I like the sharp edge that threading provides for my eyebrows. Their price point is going rate. I always walk-in and never wait longer than 10 minutes before It's my turn. Highly recommend for eyebrows! read more

I enjoyed my experience at the threading studio. I did experience a mix up in who checked in first; however, after clarification the error was addressed and resolved with professionalism. One thing I really appreciated was how the COVID safety guidelines were put in place. This was my first time getting my brows threaded since the pandemic, but I felt comfortable. They all walk ins or appointments. I booked an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minuets to be seen. Only 1-2 people were allowed inside for service, and if you were waiting you had to wait outside. They ensured they sanitation in between clients were practiced, hand sanitizer was provided before the visit and masks were required. They did a great job on my brows, and great detailed was given when they were being threaded. I look forward to going back. An affordable price for a great service. read more

I recently had a horrible experience at Threading studio and Spa. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for any business but I feel like I must ,so that others don't suffer and waste their time at this disgusting place. Mrs Lata and all other staff members are very rude and arrogant. They even don't know how to behave and speak with their customers. Very unprofessional staff at this place. If you don't respect your customers you will never be successful! I had my nose pierced from here they made it too big that nose ring went inside automatically. Next day, I called them to discuss the issue and fix it they said to come to the studio. This place is almost 70 miles from my place. I went there again instead of solving the issue they started arguing with me and my friend in a very rude way. They started blaming me that its your fault not ours. Also owner and staff over there started talking with each other in their local language and saying bad things about us. After this incident I need to visit urgent care to remove that nose ring because they refused to do that. Urgent care people were also surprised after seeing my nose that how come professional people can do this to their customers. read more

Kind staff and clean place I think they are great but they do always have a wait. I asked for waxing my eyebrows and they ended up having to go in with thread and tweezers anyway because she almost messed up the shape but ended up looking great. read more

They messed up my eyebrows. I asked them specifically for what I wanted and they didn't listen and gave me pencil thin rounded eyebrows when I specific asked for high arch. I had grown my eyebrows out to make sure they didn't do them thin and they still made them pencil thin. And when I went to ask the girl what went wrong she gave me so many excuses as to why they didn't come out and why they were two DIFFERENT shapes. Disappointed is an understatement. I will never go back to them bc this is the SECOND time they have messed my eyebrows up if I could give zero stars I would. read more

My wife went back to give this place another try and was very pleased with the service. Her technician did a great job and this time the procedure was pain free. Stopped in after reading reviews on Yelp! I have been looking for a good brow threading since I've moved to New Orleans and I think I've finally found one! Located right across the street from Lakeside Mall in a small little shopping center. They have 4 chairs and 3 were occupied when I walked in. I was seen in 5 minutes and done in 5 minutes. Very quick, efficient, and excellent work. Customer service was fair. My threaded was nice but could have engaged me as a customer a little more. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for brows! The place I usually go to was booked, but I had to get my eyebrows done so I ventured out of my routine. I was a bit hesitant at first because I have VERY complicated brows -- they're short, have no shape naturally, and get very hairy. Usually most places mess them up shape-wise. This place was great. They gave me very natural, thick looking brows that I'm absolutely in love with. They are definitely my new go-to for brows! read more

I get so nervous trying out a new threading studio, but this place is good and I will return. Today they had three different people threading. There was also another person working that may have been doing brow tinting or laminating...I'm not positive. There were a few people in line before me (Friday during lunch) but it went quickly and I waited less than ten minutes. You can make appointments, but it is not required. For brows and lip it was $20. According to the sign on the wall, they also offer ear piercing! read more

Affordable and they shaped my eyebrows just right! Around lots of other businesses off Severn in Metairie.

Went in recently 9/13/2019. Got my brows waxed and while my brows look good, the big burn underneath my left brow does not. When I called them to tell them about it/ask what to put on it because it was painful. The lady on the phone tried to tell me it must have been some reaction to the ALOE. When clearly it wasn't. She told me to put cold water on it and that was it. Next day now 9/14/2019 and the burn is definitely very noticeable and hurts more so than yesterday. The girl that waxed them told me "I do both threading AND waxing." I know most go here to have them threaded, I get that, but I wanted mine waxed. If they offer both and charge for both, they should know what they're doing before offering such a service. This isn't a small patch. This is ridiculously noticeable. Safe to say I will not be returning here for any waxing or other services. read more

We've been going here for years for threading but my 14 year prefers the wax. She went in and got her eyebrows waxed and when she came out her eyebrow area was red on her left eye. The next day it was darker, so we went to her dermatologist who told us that she was burned from the wax. I called the studio to let them know what happened, I was originally told by the owners nothing, other than their wax is never that hot. In return I reminded them it has to be because my daughter was burned. I was then offered 10% off my next wax, I mentioned earlier that I've frequented this place for YEARS and I ALWAYS tip, the threading or wax is usually no more than $10 or $12 so 10% of $10 is $1 which is an insult to me. So I asked her why not offer a free wax or a refund which she refused. So because of that I'll NEVER go back to them!!! read more

I hasn't had my eyebrows done in over a month and I went here for the first time. Quick and efficient! Got exactly what I asked for! No frills but they got the job done

I've been to a fair share of threading salons across the US since I travel a lot for work, and this was definitely below average. I have done quite a extensive yelp research prior to going, and this was definitely the best place to go in the greater New Orleans area. When I arrived, they were very busy, even though it was in the day workday. I was able to be seated after 10 minutes, and the lady was pretty fast. It cost $10, plus tip. However, immediately after I left, I noticed that she had literally threaded skin off my eyelids! I was wondering why it hurt more than usual! Please leave my skin intact! read more

Usually I get great service, they hired a new person and in the middle of my services she handed me off to someone else and she did not complete my service.
