Bad customer service. I was paying with two different cards and the lady sighed and tried to embarrass me by asking loudly if I even had the funds when I clearly did. I would not have gone if I didn't have the money. Bad attitude. No patience. And on top of that the lady who did my eyebrows hands smelled like Cheetos. I've been coming to this eyebrow threading studio since around COVID, and it's disappointing to say that my experience has steadily gone downhill. Over the past 3-4 visits, I've dealt with inconsistent pricing for the exact same service, with no clear explanation for why the cost kept changing. That alone was frustrating, but the customer service made it even worse. On one visit, I arrived at 6:19 p.m., well before their posted 7:00 p.m. closing time. My guest and I waited for more than 20 minutes, only to be told they could no longer take us. This wasn't just inconvenient it felt dismissive and disrespectful of our time because we come from far to go there. What's been most disappointing is the overall attitude from the staff. The front desk experience has often felt SO rude and unwelcoming, and the technicians have not made me feel comfortable or valued as a returning customer. I'm sharing this because I believe people should know what to expect. Bhavid is great! I'm a long time customer. I've been going so long, I think all the ladies have threaded my brows. This visit was for a Henna appt. The design is something picked & she freestyle somewhat. The color is nice & she loved it. I would recommend them for the henna and of course the threading. I reserved threading services performed on my eyebrows, upper lip, chin and neck. I also booked eyebrow tinting. Once I left the salon, I felt my chin to see if the few hairs that grow there were gone. One was not and I had to go back to have it removed. The technician decided to add lower lip threading and charged me for it. She threaded my upper lip and chin so hard that it left red blotchy spots and bumps that I noticed when I got home. The technician didn't ask me anything about tinting my eyebrows. It was my first time getting this service. She put the tint on to create a fuller brow on the ends. What I got is big, thick eyebrows that I have to wait to wear off. I'm channeling Joan Crawford ov Although I didn't complain at the shop, I won't go back. Absolutely amazing first time threading experience. I've always opted for waxing because I'm not one to venture out too much into the unknown BUT I did this time and it was worth it. The whole process takes literally no time if you're a regular but for me, as a first timer, it was much longer but less than 20 minutes. I initially went in to get my lip and chin waxed but ended up getting my lips, chin, neck and eyebrows threaded. All of the ladies there are super friendly and hospitable. What an awesome idea for cosmetic purposes. Now, I will say that the lip, chin and neck didn't hurt at all but baby, them eyebrows had me shedding a tear to two lol but again, you'll be happy with the results. They messed up my eyebrows. I asked them specifically for what I wanted and they didn't listen and gave me pencil thin rounded eyebrows when I specific asked for high arch. I had grown my eyebrows out to make sure they didn't do them thin and they still made them pencil thin. And when I went to ask the girl what went wrong she gave me so many excuses as to why they didn't come out and why they were two DIFFERENT shapes. Disappointed is an understatement. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for any business but I feel like I must ,so that others don't suffer and waste their time at this disgusting place. Mrs Lata and all other staff members are very rude and arrogant. They even don't know how to behave and speak with their customers. Very unprofessional staff at this place. If you don't respect your customers you will never be successful! I had my nose pierced from here they made it too big that nose ring went inside automatically. Next day, I called them to discuss the issue and fix it they said to come to the studio. This place is almost 70 miles from my place. I went there again instead of solving the issue they started arguing with me and my friend in a very rude way. They started blaming me that its your fault not ours. Also owner and staff over there started talking with each other in their local language and saying bad things about us. After this incident I need to visit urgent care to remove that nose ring because they refused to do that. I enjoyed my experience at the threading studio. I did experience a mix up in who checked in first; however, after clarification the error was addressed and resolved with professionalism. One thing I really appreciated was how the COVID safety guidelines were put in place. This was my first time getting my brows threaded since the pandemic, but I felt comfortable. They all walk ins or appointments. I booked an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minuets to be seen. Only 1-2 people were allowed inside for service, and if you were waiting you had to wait outside. They ensured they sanitation in between clients were practiced, hand sanitizer was provided before the visit and masks were required. They did a great job on my brows, and great detailed was given when they were being threaded. I look forward to going back. An affordable price for a great service. read more

Stopped in after reading reviews on Yelp! I have been looking for a good brow threading since I've moved to New Orleans and I think I've finally found one! Located right across the street from Lakeside Mall in a small little shopping center. They have 4 chairs and 3 were occupied when I walked in. I was seen in 5 minutes and done in 5 minutes. I get so nervous trying out a new threading studio, but this place is good and I will return. Today they had three different people threading. There was also another person working that may have been doing brow tinting or laminating...I'm not positive. There were a few people in line before me (Friday during lunch) but it went quickly and I waited less than ten minutes. You can make appointments, but it is not required. Quick and efficient! Got exactly what I asked for! No frills but they got the job done

Went in recently 9/13/2019. Got my brows waxed and while my brows look good, the big burn underneath my left brow does not. When I called them to tell them about it/ask what to put on it because it was painful. The lady on the phone tried to tell me it must have been some reaction to the ALOE. When clearly it wasn't. She told me to put cold water on it and that was it. Next day now 9/14/2019 and the burn is definitely very noticeable and hurts more so than yesterday. The girl that waxed them told me "I do both threading AND waxing." I know most go here to have them threaded, I get that, but I wanted mine waxed. If they offer both and charge for both, they should know what they're doing before offering such a service. This isn't a small patch. This is ridiculously noticeable. Safe to say I will not be returning here for any waxing or other services. read more

The other girl did not know how to finish so they wanted me wait for the first one to finish the other person she was working on. I usually tip 30% but was this even worth any tip? We've been going here for years for threading but my 14 year prefers the wax. She went in and got her eyebrows waxed and when she came out her eyebrow area was red on her left eye. The next day it was darker, so we went to her dermatologist who told us that she was burned from the wax. I called the studio to let them know what happened, I was originally told by the owners nothing, other than their wax is never that hot. In return I reminded them it has to be because my daughter was burned. I was then offered 10% off my next wax, I mentioned earlier that I've frequented this place for YEARS and I ALWAYS tip, the threading or wax is usually no more than $10 or $12 so 10% of $10 is $1 which is an insult to me. So I asked her why not offer a free wax or a refund which she refused. So because of that I'll NEVER go back to them!!! read more

I was hesitant because i HATE threading (they offer wax as well but wasn't available today.) but Bali took great care of me! Very sweet and as gentle as she could be considering! When I arrived, they were very busy, even though it was in the day workday. I was able to be seated after 10 minutes, and the lady was pretty fast. It cost $10, plus tip.
