Before my card was charged, I explained that this unexpected charge meant neither technician would receive a tip. I tip very well wherever I go, and both service workers missed out on a $20 tip because of this charge. To make matters worse, I still have noticeable gel residue left on several of my toenails. With the gel removal charge my total came up to 109. I told her prior to charging my card that if I was charged a $7 fee for gel removal I would not tip $40. She shrugged her shoulders and minutes later try to refund me. Thank you Posh while it lasted, I've been coming here for a while, I'll now be choosing somewhere else to tip 40%
