Hot stone pedicure with 4 acrylic nails. I asked for acrylic on a few of my toe nails that were cracked and uneven to accomplish the square nail. This was the first time I requested this service. I ended up with a simi square round nail instead. The acrylic does not look natural at all. It sort of resembles a weird looking bubble nail. The color is pretty, but the overall paint job could have been cleaned up more. I'm glad I asked for regular polish than gel! I also got my eyebrows waxed. She stenciled them so I could see what my actual shape was and what the arch that I wanted would looked like. She didn't rush the service, she didn't make me feel rushed (I highly appreciated that). Greeted with the most uplifting voice you'd think we were at show, no it was my nail fairy Anh. I booked my appointment in advanced and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Now this was my first time meeting my nail fairy and I wanted her to work wonders on this design I had sent the days prior. She said she hadn't done this before but had a surprise for me!! I am very picky with my dip nails! I've been to q nails twice and it's safe to say I've found my new nail home. This last session....my nail technician Anh, talked me in to trying something new "almond shape" an I wasn't ready to go full force, all ten nails BUT I did try the almond shape as two accent nails & I'm completely obsessed! Definitely no regret! I also love that they take appointments on Sundays since I work everyday am only off on Sundays it was very convenient for me! I usually go to a certain salon to get my nails done, but they aren't open on Sunday's. I found this place & was pleasantly surprised. Ann was very sweet even giving me suggestions on how to take better care of my cuticles. I received a mani-pedi & was more than pleased. Their prices are very reasonable. My daughter got acrylic nails & a pedicure done by Francine. She was very good with my 14 especially since it was her first time. My daughter managed to mess up one of her nails while waiting for them to dry. Francine kindly fixed her mistake. They have a really nice atmosphere here. They were very pleasant & knowledgeable in their skill. They only thing my daughter I both agreed is that the nail polish on the sample nails don't appeared different when painted on our nails. First time getting a pedi done with my husband, and I was happy we chose this as our place! Anh was super sweet and easy to talk to. The vibes were very warm and accommodating. We were the last clients for the day and they did a great job of not making us feel rushed or like they were just trying to get us in and out. I've had some sloppy pedicures from before, and she spent her time cleaning up all the edges and my pedi looks fantastic! She even went out of her way to add a glitter top coat for me to see if I liked it, and when I decided I didn't like it, she was so nice about redoing the color for me. My husbands pedi went great, and he ended up asking for a manicure as well. All in all, we had a terrific experience and would go back. Only downside is the interior is just basic and plain, but it didn't bother me too much because everyone was sweet and not trying to push any services on us. In fact, they were trying to save us money.... which has never happened to me at a nail salon before... So yes well deserved 5 stars! Love Anh and her crew. Highly professional, I've been going out of my way to come to them for my eyebrows and nails. Easy to book an appointment if you don't want to attempt a walk in. Great price and they really take the time to make sure that your nails are perfect. And I always get compliments on my eyebrows now that I have someone that actually knows what she's doing. I love sitting in their massage chairs and getting a pedi here. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle but as soon as you walk into their salon, it becomes a tranquil place to relax and unwind. read more

I really didn't even get to experience their nail service but based solely on their customer service they were rude and not at all welcoming I can see why the place was empty. When you go somewhere you've never been before and they treat you like an unwanted pest it makes you never want to step foot in a place like that again.... Very frustrated today with this place!!!! When I came in I asked what the price of a regular fill with gel would be, I was quoted $38. When I asked price when I was ready to pay, the gal added $5 to remove my previous gel polish and added another $9 to repair 3 Nails. When in the world is the removal of the old polish not included???? It's ALWAYS INCLUDED. I proceed to have a pedicure, the gal never asked what level of pedi I wanted, gal just went ahead and gave me the $27 one. So, same as the fill, gal added $5 to the price of my pedicure to remove my polish! So my total for a regular fill with gel and a regular pedicure with polish (not gel) was $85. Ridiculous! And this place is a dump. Take my word for it, don't go here. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, high end community and never pay this outrageous pricing. Also, I was the only client in there, wonder why? Hahaha. The only reason I have them a try is that all the other salons around were so full they didn't have an opening. read more

I originally selected this place due to the rating. Very disappointed. It was average. The gel manicure is wearing down after 1 week.. and i got a light color so its fading as well. The pedicure was pretty good. She shaped my nails very well. A different person did each. I won't be returning because for the same price i could get a better job. I paid $55 total. read more
