They accommodated me as a walk in today, and did not disappoint. I finally found the perfect emerald green dip color I could never find at other salons. They were able to get me in for a dip nail & gel polish on my toes last minute and I'm so grateful. The color, shape, & service was great. I'm so happy to be back in the neighborhood & they will be seeing me often.

I wanted dip with chrome tips. it came out way too light because they selected the wrong base coat. They should know how chrome works if they offer the service. My only option at that point was to paint gel over the dip in a color that I didn't plan for or necessarily want. They did offer for me to go to another location on a different day to get what I originally asked for which was not helpful considering I had an event the next day. Disappointed overall despite their efforts to fix the problem.

If I'm paying my money I should be able to pick and choose who I want to service me. To give an ideal how much bull I've take off this business. On one visit I was a dime short (10 cent) I had to break a twenty dollar bill to give them the dime. Another visit I got individual eyelashes that fail off in a day are two. Hanna always put the malfunction back on the customer. Remember that I have given her business by telling my co-works, family and friends about her business. One would ask why I gave them this "Many chances". I can explain I have very thin hair on my eyebrows. I am very picky about who wax my eyebrows. Also, my big toe on both feet have skin that grow deep around the nail. if they don't take time to get it out I'm back it less then a week. When I sat down, as a walk in, too, they put a lotion glove on, so my hands were super moisturized. They also gave you a small hand massage and hot towel treatment!
