In town for the New Year and I couldn't be happier .. She took her time and my nails look way better then when I get them done in MEMPHIS. Thank you B! Will definitely be back when I'm in Nola . Found my nail spot away from home .. absolutely impressed ! Oh and let's not forget how clean this little spot is! The fact she wiped down the chair and station between customers and had every customer wash their hands upon arrival - BRAVO !

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to write this review. I have been a customer of B at Classique for over 2 years. She's the best! Not only does she provide perfect gel manicures but she is also very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I enjoy going to her shop. There are also a few more technicians in the shop who do great mani/pedis. They also offer acrylic, dip and solar. A variety of colors to suit your every mood and the shop consistently keeps up with the nail trends. On a few occasions, I needed my nails done at the last minute and B graciously took me. They are generally by appointment only so you can imagine my excitement. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for great customer service and pretty set of nails.

After all, it is the skill level that were truly searching for. And Holly had it. She was personable and precise. My pink and white was expertly layered, super thin and each embraced my natural curve spot on. Also, got an amazing eyebrow wax all in a record time. My new favorite westbank gem !

I gotta give this spot 5 stars! Jessica did amazing, I've only been in NOLA for around 3 months and was so nervous looking for a place to do my nails, I haven't done my nails in almost 2 years and I'm pretty specific about what I like and she did amazing! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I've been going here for over a year now. I was working with them for a whole year to trial how I wanted my nails for my wedding day last April and they "nailed it!". I went here on a Monday during a pandemic. I did made an appointment for just in case. Upon entering the salon, my temperature was taken and I need to signed in. Tables were set 6 ft from each other. There were screens between the pedicure chair and table. Jessica worked on my nails. She was very nice. She was also very attentive to detail. In the end, I am happy with their service and I felt safe. read more

I give this nail salon 0 stars if I could because they did a horrible job with my moms nails. They were blaming her for her nails not turning out how my mom wanted. They also kept changing their prices and charging her for their own mistakes. They cared more about leaving then their customers needs. And I got acrylics done and as soon as they where done my nails started hurting so much. I went to another nail salon with swollen fingernails. Never will I ever go back again. I DO NOT recommend this salon AT ALL. read more

The staff at Classique is always professional, welcoming, and friendly. When I walked in without an appointment for the first time, they did everything they could to accommodate me. I have not been anywhere else since that day and will not go anywhere else. B always does a great job and my nails have never looked better. I love that I can make an appointment to fit my schedule; however, if I need to make changes they adjust it without any issues, and they accept walk-ins as well. Best atmosphere and customer service. read more

Was looking for a nail salon open on Monday as my regular nail salon is closed that day. Read great reviews about Classique Nails so thought I'd give it a try, also it's on the West Bank where I live. Was greeted by B as I walked to the door...very warm. The salon is nice, clean, simple. B started the process of removing my dip gel and is the first nail tech to let the acetone completely remove the old dip gel without using a nail drill to get the gel off. I like that. She did the same with the old gel on my toes. She used a oil product on my feet to remove the dead skin when doing my pedicure. My feet felt amazing afterwards. I switched back to regular gel on my nails. B's sister Jessica did my manicure. We watched a movie on their tv while all of this went on. So in conclusion I have found a new nail salon . B and Jessica are fantastic, can't wait to return. Highly recommend! read more

My sister Nikki has been telling me about this place for a while. I like the fact that they know their clients. I said 'Do you know Nikki'? 'Ohhhhh Nikki! Love her. They ran some stuff down to make me sure they knew her. This was one of the best pedicures I got in life. The massage chair was state of the art. You have to make an appt before going. They really help you select colors and take their time on hands and feet. The owner has been there for 10 years. If I travel to the Wesltbank, it's gonna be for a reason like this or to eat chinese next to this salon. read more

The Classique Dolls, B, Jessica & Heather are the sweetest ladies, who provide a wonderful service. It's great that you can book an appointment, if you have to get in & don't wanna wait. However, they do accept walk ins. I love walked in today & B was just finishing with another customer & ready for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm always pleased with my service, whether it's hands or feet. They have a great variety of colors that you can choose from. If you are ever having a hard time picking the perfect color for you, don't worry they will assist you. The BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I have been to many salons in the city where I have always felt that I have been rushed and my nails have turned out like crap. But here was totally different, I felt so pampered and was actually beyond pleased with the way everything turned out. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I needed it for a graduation and gained so many compliments on my hands and feet. I love that they do appointments and everything was done with perfection and the utmost care. Phenomenal atmosphere and service. This was my first time here. I took my 7-year-old niece here to get a manicure and I had a pedicure. It was our monthly bonding time and she loved her manicure. The pedicure was amazing! This is the best nail place I have been too! I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone. You will love it!! Great conversation and attention to details. Everyone is very friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and great experience. I can't wait to surprise my mother and sisters with a manicure and pedicure here. I highly recommend this place. Each nail tech is so sweet and does such quality work. I suggest making an appointment, especially during the weekends. If not, call first. Every time I've been there, they've been steadily packed. Probably Bc they do such excellent jobs! Bien is awesome! read more

This review is long overdue. I visited several nail salons before calling Classique "my salon" after moving here from LA almost two years ago. I have consistently received fantastic service. The entire staff is extremely professional, friendly, warm and kind. Whenever my 85 year-old mother, who is in the early stage of Alzheimer's, comes from MS to stay with me, I always make an appointment to get our nails done here because everyone is so patient and take such great care of her. The salon is very clean and relaxing, and I know whenever I get my nails done (always gel French mani pedi), I will leave a satisfied customer. There is no other nail salon for me. read more

I used Yelp to find this place, and I was definitely pleased! The photo is from 3 weeks after I got my gel manicure and only one of my ten nails chipped at all! Of course they've grown out, but they're in great shape still, and usually mine won't last longer than ten days or so. I also had a pedicure and she cut an ingrown toenail that's been bugging me for months, and 3 weeks later that toe still feels great. Such a good experience, great expertise, very kind, and I will definitely be going back! read more

She wanted to call me but the nail tech was being rude. She asked them to change her polish on all of her toes and they just added a different color white to the chipped part on top of he old white polish which made the colors on her toes 2 different colors and charged you 5.00 for that ridiculous paint job. She asked them to fixed them and they flat out told her NO! I paid $113.00 total and I don't appreciate the nail tech being rude towards my daughter making her experience horrible. She was afraid to speak up because of the nasty attitude the nail techs had. I'm very disappointed because I am a customer and I didn't expect them to act like that toward her.

Their attendants are habitually late at performing services but once, when my teenage daughter was just 8 minutes late, not only did they deny her service, they insisted that one of her services be deducted from her account. I had noticed in a previous post that someone put an image of a "Notice to Vacate" on the door of the business and it didn't surprise me at all - what goes around, comes around. It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. Fortunately, I have not had to experience shockingly poor customer service at this level by any business. Just dreadful. Hopefully they have changed their policies and treat people as humans.

Let me tell you guys about my girl B! I'd seen this place in passing after I moved to NOLA last year and after reading reviews I told myself I'd give them a try one day. This past Labor Day, I finally had some free time and decided I'd give them go (I called fearing they'd be closed since it was a holiday but they were open and accommodating).I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. When I arrived, B nicely explained that she was all by herself due to the holiday and I immediately got nervous thinking that I would end up there all day since she was finishing a pedicure and had one manicure in front of me. Boyyy was I wrong. Bs work ethic is unmatched. Not only did she provide quick service but it was fantastic service. She moves quickly but pays attention to details! I even tried to get her to take a break because she was doing back to back people by herself but she refused! It was easily one of the best mani/pedis I'd ever received. I was extremely pleased with the color selection. The salon was clean and organized and the pricing was fair. I also decided to get an eyebrow wax and they came out beautifully. Let me say that the service has always been excellent at Classique. I've been to many nail salons in many states and have chosen them over all salons as my home. I have read a negative review written by a young woman named Joy complaining about pricing. She's from San Jose CA. I'm currently in San Jose and can testify that pricing here is much higher. Such a negative review has me questioning the character and intent of this sort of client. This salon has wonderful caring owners who treat every client like family and they do beautiful work for very fair pricing. I guarantee you will be impressed with Classique! read more
