The owner is amazing. Very professional and this is my go to place for nails. The atmosphere is a spa feel, clean and inviting.

Recently I had to find a new nail salon doing to my current one being under fire for unhygienic and unhealthy practices. I decided on Fleur De Nails & Spa, and I was not disappointed! When walking in I was greeted, and was instantly seated and given colors since I was doing gel. Granted I was the only one in the salon, but still being greeted and welcomed in was very nice! I chose the 3rd level up of pedicure which was the deluxe and it costed $52. Keep in mind for $52 I think that was a great price. She did the hot stones, pumice, some type of scrub and really messaged for about 20-30 minutes. She didn't rush on me but instead took her time. She was also very gentle, and never too rough which can't be said the same about my last nail salon. The basic express one is I believe 32-33, I can't remember exact price. I'm very quiet and they respected that, and didn't force any conversation upon me which made me really happy. I also got acrylics in an almond shape and they came out fantastic! I showed him a picture and he replicated it exactly how I wanted. I'm not sure on the price of the acrylics, but it's definitely not anything crazy. My total came out to $120, and I used the ATM because I do believe they prefer cash. He of course gave me the option for card, but it takes two seconds to pull it out of an ATM. I left a $20 tip because the service was awesome, and I enjoyed my whole time there. They also do a reward system, which I received the card today for it, since it was my first visit! I highly recommend this nail salon. I definitely plan on coming back! read more

Quick fill in needed. Very clean and super quick. A little pricey for a fill in, but I was a walk in and they got to me immediately. I never wear color and I keep my nails athletic length. This is my 3rd visit since Mother's Day! I took my boyfriend 2 weeks ago for a pedicure he loved it, and now my turn again! The place has ample amount of parking and located on Jeff Hwy near the car wash I frequent. When entering you are immediately greeted and feel welcomed. It's bright and clean, and spacious. The decor is elegant with nice chandeliers in the center of the building. The cabinetry is nice and modern. Very inviting place. Mask are now suggested for Non vaccinated clients but not required for anyone based on parish, state and CDC guidelines. When they were required the rule was enforced. (Mother's Day weekend) there's still social distancing signs posted to please keep 6 ft apart. There's a huge selection of colors and brands to choose from when selecting polish and the front of the store. No one yells across the room "pick your color" they walk over to you. The pedicure chairs are modern and comfy. I observed the technician sanitizing between clients and a bag is used in the bowl for cleanliness as well. The staff have been friendly to me every single visit. Complimentary drink was offered when I sat in the chair. I chose bottled water. Coca Cola last time. There's at least 5 diff selections of pedicure options available to choose from I've had Diamond, Signature (bf) and Deluxe. The Diamond is that great treat you give yourself for a hard month at work on your feet, it's pricey so not a frequent option for myself although I wouldn't mind! It includes a leg, foot massage and hot stones and all! Decadent The Deluxe is one step above basic but still includes a scrub soak on your feet. Idk if it's a councidence but I've gotten the same technician "Anna" for each pedicure and she is great! Gentle, friendly and does an amazing job on polish, and on my cuticles and dry callus areas on my heels. David was my nail technician. He just refilled nails I had put on by someone else. He did an amazing job. He is so gentle, and precise on the shape, he's friendly and makes conversation with you, about work for me since I just left the hospital and we talked about our shared interest in Covid 19 vaccines that we've both received. I look forward to returning. I've now bought them 4 other customers, my mom, daughter, sister and BF! I may need a referral bonus soon So if it's nearby stop in walk in and appointment I've been treated fairly and professional. You won't be disappointed! read more

I've been coming for about 2 years, and I'm NEVER disappointed. The salon is very open and bright. PreCovid19, the salon was always set up in a spacious manner, so with the social distancing regulations, it is even better. I absolutely love it. Everything is so clean and organized. A while back I remember Emily doing my lovely pedicures. I haven't had one here in a while. David is my nail tech. He pays so much attention to details. He does a fabulous job, and my nails ALWAYS look great. This last time I came in for something a little glittery to uplift my mood. I picked this glittery polish but it look so much better than the bottle's color. The shape of my nails are perfect. The length is just right for me, and the thickness will make the nails last through the vacation with the toddler. Although I have visited other nail salons, this is MY FAVORITE! read more

Me & my mother came in about 5:30 and it's 8:30 and we still waiting. They are worried about everything else with a guy that is building a new sign while they have 7 people waiting they not worried about their people that come in & trying to spend a lot of money. We wanted 2 dip and 2 pedicures and took us and hour just to get our pedicures! Plus a lady & her daughter sat for 30 mins waiting and they didn't speak to them ever and they walked out. They do horrible business. The lady that did my toes was horrible she painted my toes like a 1st grader plus other people next to us complaining about them. So disappointed. This is my third trip to this nail salon because I had such excellent service the first two times. I had a mani/pedi a week ago but didn't care for the polish color I picked. I had a special date and needed a manicure so I decided to get a polish change on my toes and a manicure. The lady taking care of me seemed upset that I didn't want another pedicure and I explained I had just had one at their salon a week earlier. The lady working on me and the other lady working in the salon began talking in their language so I have no idea what was being said. I should have put in my glasses but I was busy checking emails and the polish change didn't take long. She was rough filing my toes down (which they didn't need at all) and hurried through the process. Then she moved me to do my nails. She was so rough cutting my cuticles I winced twice and she looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't realize how bad my toes looked until I got home. Uhhhmmm... what was THAT?! I wanted a mani/pedi on my birthday to pamper myself, and it was relatively slow on Sunday and they have decent pricing so I decided to stay. So glad I did! I have natural nails and the basic mani/pedi package was $40. I swear I have paid at least 50 at other places to get what they considered a basic package! This was my second time to this salon. The first time my experience was really good. I didn't have an apt but they took me right away. The tech was very nice and she did an amazing job. I was in and out in 45 mins for dip. My second visit was not so great. I started with one tech then switched. I told the first tech the color and effect I wanted who failed to tell the second tech. After I noticed I didn't get the chrome effect I asked her if she was done because she didn't do the Chrome and I asked for chrome. The tech had to undo and redo a portion of the dip and add chrome. I was very disappointed with the end result. Not only did I not like the shape because it was more oval than almond but I had bumps and rough texture on the finished nail. Very sloppy. read more

Soooo I had a wonderful experience. My friend and I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday at 2:30pm. When we arrived, we were immediately kindly greeted and seated. I had a deluxe pedicure done by Kim. I had a manicure by Vee. Both came with a heated lotion massage, which was extremely pleasant and soothing. I would high recommend this salon. Pedicure today was so disappointing. There has been new management since I started coming here about 6 years ago, and it really shows. When I get a pedicure, it is not only for my toenails, but also for a relaxing experience. That was certainly not the case today. The employee rushed through my pedicure. (The business was not crowded.) She cleaned out the bowl while I was still sitting in the chair! And even pushed my feet over to the side twice so she could reach better under my legs! I had turned off the chair massage because I was tired of it, and she turned it back on. Why, I do not know. To indicate that she was finished with the pedicure, without a word to me, she picked up my purse and carried it over to the drying area. My daughter Kourtney recommended this place to me because I had just had my nails done less than a week ago at Hannah's Nails and 4 of my nails lifted. This nailshop redid my nails and they look terrific. The nail technician took her time and made sure my nails were done correctly. So let me get started by saying I'm very picky and insecure when it comes to getting my nails done (mani and pedi). From the moment I walked in for my appointment the ladies were very attentive and friendly. I decided to get the Pearl Pedicure which I must say was well worth it versus the deluxe. Doesn't smell like a nail salon inside. Very updated decor. They've been open and under new management for about 6 months. If they keep going the way they are now, they will do great! A huge factor that caused the unevenness is the fact that the tips that I previously had on, that should've dissolved, are still partially on my nails. I have been coming to this shop consistently for awhile now. For the past couple of months my experience has gotten consistently worse. Do NOT let the new guy do your nails unless you have time to be there for hours. It took him two hours to do a basic manicure and dip powder. The last time I went I made an appointment after work allowing enough time for them to finish my nails without having to stay late after work. Once again, I'm stuck with the new guy. He had just started another woman's manicure when I got there. After waiting 40 minutes to start my manicure, I requested a wax. I figured I might as well since he was busy. Normally the younger girl does waxing and she is very good. However, the new guy ended up doing it. It was the worst wax experience of my life! He burned my face, waxed area I didn't ask for, and used regular paper instead of wax strips which just ripped and stuck to me. Then he kept going over same areas because he didn't do it right the first time. I finally got up and told him to stop. I asked for aloe vera gel to soothe my skin and he tried to put hand sanitizer containing alcohol on my face! Enough is enough! I will NOT be returning to this nail salon. read more

After reading thru many Yelp reviews on nail salons in the area, I decided to come here. Yelpers were right on! Fleur De Nails & Spa worked out well for me. I came here around noon on Black Friday and was seated right away. (They got busier afterwards and there was a small wait for others.) The place is very pretty, nice ambiance. There were no chemical smells either. The ventilation was good. I would have preferred more relaxing music - something serene and calm, but that's ok. I got the basic pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The basic pedicure included a soak with fresh flowers and lemon slices (NICE!), a leg/foot massage with lotion and hot stones (EVEN NICER!) and the other typical pedicure procedures. I was very satisfied. The eyebrow wax was quick and fairly painless. All of the staff were super friendly. I will be back for sure! **NOTE** They are open on Sundays, which is awesome! AND they have a frequent buyer card, which is pretty cool, too. read more
