My daughter went in there on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 to get a full set, polish change on her toes…read moreand her eyebrows and lip waxing for prom and they did a wonderful job on everything but her toes. She wanted to call me but the nail tech was being rude. She asked them to change her polish on all of her toes and they just added a different color white to the chipped part on top of he old white polish which made the colors on her toes 2 different colors and charged you 5.00 for that ridiculous paint job. She asked them to fixed them and they flat out told her NO! I paid $113.00 total and I don't appreciate the nail tech being rude towards my daughter making her experience horrible. She was afraid to speak up because of the nasty attitude the nail techs had. I'm very disappointed because I am a customer and I didn't expect them to act like that toward her.

When I arrived, I told them I needed my appointment time respected because I had work after they said ok. I ended up having to leave without polish! And they still charged me almost full price for refill +gel... after I pointed out the fact that I was leaving with no polish they dropped it by $7... but usually charges $20 for gel. How I leave with no gel & no regular polish + the wait! AND still charge me like there's a color on my nails?! I tried talking to them about the price being unfair because I am not polished! And my time was not honored and I was met w attitude! Professionally, they should have given me the choice upon arrival to 1- be flexible about the time or 2- reschedule... Last time I was there was late, and we were all getting our last minute Mardi Gras nails. She ordered enough Crab Rangoon to share with everyone. My first visit, I wasn't expecting much. But my nails looked great, and everyone was just so friendly. Even the other guests feel like family.
