I wouldn't recommend the pedicures here which automatically cuts my review in half. Manicures seem fine but really vary on who you get. I can't say I'd be back, but if you skip the pedicure and get the right employee to do your manicure you would probably rate it as a 4 star shop.

I do find that they tend to overbook themselves. When this happens, it's obvious that people get frustrated with the wait, especially when the person books an appointment for a specific time. I will say that a nail appointment takes almost a full hour. Despite the long time that can be spent at the salon, there are some great nail technicians. I get a dip manicure and a pedicure every three weeks. I love the ladies who work at Rose's- very friendly and they get to know their customers. They are very good at their jobs. I often get complimented on my nails- they look so great when freshly done and stay looking great for several weeks. They are very gentle with my feet, which can be sensitive at times. I have very dry skin and feel like I have baby soft feet when they are done. All the ladies do a great job but I love Hannah's dip manicure best. Highly recommend! (Both my daughter's go to Rose's, too!
