Not a good experience with anti pesto. Lack of communication, key people are not available with constant call out. Sorry but I would not recommend this company. read more

Antipasto is fabulous Elijah did a superb job. Thank you for the effort you put in to taking care of my house

Thank you Anti Pesto and Brando and Roy for doing a thorough and professional job. You did a complete rodent remediation on my residence. It was hot work and you didn't stop until everything on your to do list was completed. Very impressive! read more

I'd seen their trucks around the area and right in my own neighborhood. Catchy name is great too, so when I began to encounter a few too many six-legged houseguests, uh: pests...I along with my dear Queen Bee decided the time was now. I placed the call and was quickly connected to a lady named Jody, who is in charge of home accounts (versus commercial ones) and their related services. She asked a few similar questions to those I was asked at the beginning of the call, but with greater detail. So we opted on their yearly plan rather than a onetime treatment...our house IS in a semi swampy area after all. They have me a window two days out, and I received a reminder call the day before...great. An hour or so before our 3-5pm window, the tech calls. A couple of reschedules had to happen...can I stop by now? Yessir!!! Long story short: very thorough, quite professional and pleasant. He answered all our questions, treated every square inch both inside and out. Plan has him coming back every few months for another outdoor treatment...also on demand inside AND outside if more critters show up. Okay: I was quite impressed by the level of knowledge, courtesy etc. Would I recommend? Certainly, but not just for the above stated reason(s). I also add the fact that it's a family run local business rather than some mega-corporate monolith. Finally: did I say I love the name?? Oh, dear! read more

I am so happy after using their service for the first time today.. would love to update after a couple weeks to make sure everything stays gone but so far so good. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got right to work inspecting the house for all the different species of insects the previous owner so kindly left us to deal with. They were able to get me in right away for this appointment and I felt very well taken care of. Will defiantly be referring friends to this company read more

We used Anti-Pesto for 6 years and thought we were getting good service. $20,000 later in repairs to HVAC and pipes under our house we realize that we were getting terrible service. I strongly suggest you move on to the next rodent company on your list. These guys really don't know what they are doing. read more

New Account customer. Had a variety of questions during installation of Sentricon termite stations and all issues were answered in a timely manner. Andy Russ, and Justin, were great in dealing with my concerns and did so in a professional manner. Great customer service and they made me feel like I was their only customer! Thank you to Jodi in the office as well! Looking forward to having Anti-Pesto Bug Killers Inc. providing our house with the protection that's needed here in Florida. Thank you all!! read more

I was recommended Anti-Pesto by a neighbor. I called and received professional and friendly service. I had an appointment for a week later. The appointment setter even called me back with answers to a few questions I had. Dan Morris came out to assess my home (townhome) for termites after a neighbor a few units down alerted me to an issue he was experiencing with termites. Dan was on time and friendly. He even made it a point to be sweet to my pups which adds HUGE bonus points. Animals can be very territorial and sometimes fearful/anxiety ridden so this extra level of care meant so much to me. He thoroughly inspected the house, all the closets and the attic and provided me his professional expertise. Didn't try to sell me any additional services or anything. I highly recommend this business and will be consulting with them for any future pest control needs. Book with confidence! read more

Excellent service. They show up if you have the slightest concern. We've used them for years and will continue to do so.

BUYER BEWARE! Bait stations were installed (11/21) but never monitored. The Anti-Pesto contract states they will inspect these stations as deemed necessary. Well, how are they gonna know it's necessary unless they inspect the stations? Nothing was updated on my online account since I had a manager out to our house (2/22) to tell me why the stations are not being monitored. What a rouse. Took our $699 install fee and $28 monthly fee for a year with no inspections done. STAY AWAY! read more

Anti pesto has done an excellent job since they taking over keeping our house pest free. I highly recommend this company for all your extermination needs! read more

Just a fantastic experience with these folks. Service is very effective and delivered profesionally. Kully takes the time to explain my service and never tries to sell me unnecessary extras. He explains options and provides information. I have not seen a pest in months! read more

I've been using Antipesto for a few years now. They've been nothing but pleasant and effective! I even had an emergency service recently and they were very responsive and super nice about it. Highly recommend! read more

We always have received great service at a reasonable price from anti-pesto pest control. We've been with this same service for about 10 years. Last visit the technician asked if we wanted a free attic inspection, which we did since it was free. The inspection was done on time and well. I expected some type of up-selling as a result of the inspection but the technician said everything looked fine and nothing further was needed. How great to have quality, dependability and a company you can trust. read more

We had a rodent problem that was just a mystery. It just didn't seem that there was any way they could be getting in our home. It was very professionally handled by Anti-Pesto. The entrance was hard to find but they kept after the problem until it was eliminated. I had nothing but friendly, professional interaction with all their employees. They were just so helpful, punctual and informative. read more

We have been customers for about 6 months. Was very impressed with the first visit, very detailed. We have not had any major issues. Every time Anthony comes out he is very professional. My plan allows for them to do an inside service at any time. I was off for 2 weeks during Christmas/ New Years and figured why not ask them to come....they were able to come the same day I called. Excellent service, price and customer service read more

We've had Antipesto as our pest control for almost a year. In that year, we've almost never seen bugs inside (the 2 or 3 we have seen are dead) and they've done an excellent job of controlling the wasps outside as well. Every time we've called about something their staff has been very courteous as well. They are worth every penny for pest control! read more

This company is just wonderful. Reliable, no need to call when we are due for a visit. The fellow that comes here is Shane. What a great worker. Very personable and does his job well. Keep up the good work. read more

We've been using AntiPesto for years. Wouldn't use anyone else. Prompt, efficient and effective!

Have used Anti-Pesto for many years. Have been very satisfied. A few times we had minor issues with the tech's, but Howard was always on top of it, and made it right. It's a good service company, where the owner is accessible and committed to doing things right. read more

Service with Anti-Pesto is enjoyable, simple and courteous. I like that I get reminder call ahead of time, that way I can remember to unlock my gate for my tech. My technician Bobby is so friendly and kind, my mother was house sitting for us once and became sick, Bobby told her where she could go to a clinic. He is so thoughtful that even three months later when he came back for service, he asked if my mom was feeling better. That just shows me that not only does he care about pest control service, he cares about customer service. read more

Dan was sarcastic and condescending. Entered my home without permission when I was not present! Gave me countless excuses of why they wouldn't come back out and do the consultation, with me present which is the legal way to do it, without charging me the annual membership an $195 fee plus $50 a month for an entire year! They brushed me aside and made me feel as if there was never going to be time for me. I played phone tag with the girls in the office for almost 2 weeks and everytime I called in they would tell me they had to call and check with Dan every little thing, even just to be put on the schedule. Took one or 2 days sometimes ror a response. Dealing with Dan has been an absolute nightmare!!!! He is rude and controlling. His demeanor is condescending and constantly interrupting and speaking over me. Even raised his voice to cut me off when I was explaining my concerns. I had to hang up the phone because he made me feel so uncomfortable. Minutes later I received a text saying the owner would call me ... still waiting for that call and to be honest I never want to hear from them again. If you do decide to call this company stay away from DAN!!!!! read more

Didn't catch the man's name that came out to do the inspection, but was told they can't resolve the issue and wasn't very friendly about it. I don't recommend this company. read more
