Everything was perfectly folded and everything was in its place in size order and grouped together with like styles. The staff is always amazing and friendly! Any time you need to find another size or even if you need them to check another location or online they are always willing to help!! Lane Bryant is my go to for fashion. They keep up with current trends as well as classic pieces. The prices are reasonable and their sales make them even better! They carry size 14+ and empower women to feel beautiful no matter their body type!!

I am not one for invasive sales associates, but zero effort was made at this store. I asked two associates at the counter whether they had other bras in the same size and style (different pattern). It was like crickets. They did not show me any other options or even point me to where they were. At that point I knew more about them than they did. I also asked if they had a pair of pants in the same size and waistband but a wider leg. Again, they had no clue what they carried and what they didn't. These were basic black pants that they always carry, not a weird line or style. I gathered up the things I had planned on buying, and their cash register system was down. No apologies. I asked if they had any coupons. They didn't know. The entire experience was frustrating because it was quite obvious they did not want to be there. I left the store without purchasing anything and bought what I wanted online.

Yes, they are a bit higher than what you might find in Walmart, Target, or Kohl's, but the quality is definitely there and, at least in my opinion, these clothes justify the higher cost. I have used both their mail order and have visited two of their retail establishments, the one in Hoover, Alabama (just outside of Birmingham, Alabama) and the loc a ton in Jacksonville, Florida. Both of these stores were great experiences and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue. Nor have I had an issue with my orders done off the computer. My only complaint is that I wish there would be no drawings of certain items in place of photos. Honestly, it's a bit of a letdown. Come on, guys, use photos. There was a decent selection of clearance items, and I was surprised to find that there was quite a bit of Christmas clearance left (when I was there in March). The store itself was pretty clean. Everything was organized relatively well, but there were a couple items out-of-place - that's pretty standard in retail, though. It was easy enough to find what I was looking for, and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything I was hoping to find was in-stock, and everything was easily priced and wrung up correctly at the register (including my clearance purchases). My only complaint was the check-out time. It was horrendously bad. I easily waited over 15 minutes. It wasn't a complete lack of employees, though. They opened up 2 extra registers once the line kept growing, but when the new lanes would be opened, the employees would privately ask the last people in the current lines if they wanted to move to the new lane, so it ended up not helping those who had been in the line the longest. The employee was nice enough once I finally did get to check-out, though, and she wrapped up my glasses and everything in paper to help protect them for the ride home. It doesn't seem like this check-out problem is a regular occurance, so I'll still be okay coming back to this store in the future.

I could find no one in ANY department to try and get service in shoes. I saw 2 people working the check out area but no other employees and I did 2 full laps around the store. So I called and left a complaint which I'm sure had great effect. That was sarcasm in case you missed it. So just now I thought I'd give them another chance. I called the store directly and my call was sent to someone in shoes. Great again. After a 5 minute wait a very helpful person took the information about the shoes (online said they still had the 2 or) and she said she would go make sure they were there and I would hold. 10 minutes later I get customer service again and I said I was holding for someone in shoes. She was talking but evidently to someone else because I couldn't understand her, but she eventually got back on the phone and asked for my name and number someone would call back. I declined her offer. They made what should have been a simple transaction for $68 into a pain in the butt purchase for $85 ( the sale is over of course) but I guess it doesn't matter because it's NO SALE period and there would have to be a very compelling reason for me to ever shop at Kohl's again. There's at least 5 other stores in the area that also have the shoes for $85, I'm going to try one now.

Come to find out the girl working still couldn't spell it correct, and there is no way after they place the order to change it. Also, girl placing the order said don't tap the card, insert it or you get double charged. So I inserted my card and entered my pin. The next day there are 3 charges coming out of my account. I called the store back explained what happened and she told me that it's a known issue for the double charge and I shouldn't have inserted the card. I said you told me to! She then proceeds to tell me she can't fix the extra charge and I have to contact Levi customer service. 10 days later I still do not have the refund. I have spent 4 different times talking to these people and spent over 3 hours chatting with them and still no refund! I finally called my bank and initiated a charge back and had to have my debit card cancelled in order to get anything back. Your customer service absolutely sucks in the store and the main call center.
