This was a real treat for dinner. On the Patio, quiet and a surf n turf dinner. A special for Sunday night. Great service from Felicity. FUN server. This is a dinner place to come back to.

I have always loved Anthonys, no matter what part of the state we are in. Service, perfect, views of water and boats is always relaxing. And of course the best seafood you can get. Don't forget the clam chowder.

No doubt best restaurant in this old fishing town. The vibe at night of steel and glass and a hundred reflections off the bay was proper Seattle region. The open kitchen clanging pans and wine racks and fish print booths was classic old school. Go here on a first date. And a second. And a last. Take your visiting family. The prices on steak and seafood are high for Gig Harbor, but about half of what you'd pay in SF or Tahoe.

It was a special occasion visiting Anthony's for the first time, especially with my mum-in-law from France. We appreciated Jackson R R's friendly service, which made our experience memorable. The front could be warmer, but overall, the atmosphere was lovely. The patio had a stunning water view with calming sounds from birds, boats, and nature, making it a relaxing spot. We enjoyed good wine, a spicy Bloody Mary, and ordered calamari and mussels, which were very good. The highlight was the seasonal huckleberry ice cream with sauce for sharing. We had a great time and look forward to exploring more!

We dined here the Sunday before Christmas. Although we have always had good food and service at an Anthony's restaurant, this fell short. Our party of four ordered items typically very good. My hubby's scampi were overcooked and dry. My clam linguini had so much sand I had to send it back. Service was a little slow but not awful. The experience was just so-so. We probably will go to Bremerton the next time we are in the mood for Anthony's.

My godmother and I visited this restaurant on our recent Saturday out. I'd never been here before, but had heard good things about it. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day and our waitress was very nice. My only issue with her is that I could not tell if she were pregnant (which didn't matter), but her clothes didn't fit well and her whole stomach was hanging out. It was very weird to see. I don't even know if she noticed. Maybe that's just me being petty. She took our drink and appetizer orders right away and we got them within about 15 minutes. I ordered the crab and asparagus dip and my godmother ordered the fried calamari. Both arrived hot and delicious. They were so good! I also got strawberry lemonade which was kept full, so I really appreciated that. For mains we ordered the cioppino, which came with an extremely hard piece of bread and a salad, and seafood pasta. This is where the problem was. None of it was edible. When the waitress came back to bring our check, our plates looked the same way they did when she first set them down. My cioppino was cold! I was literally afraid to eat it because I was afraid I'd get food poisoning from the seafood. The salad was nothing special and was mainly lettuce and a tiny bit of dressing. My godmother did not like her pasta at all. She also said it was cold and it looked congealed on the plate. The waitress asked us if we wanted to-go boxes, but there was no way was I bringing any of that slop to my home! It's really weird how the appetizers were so good and the entrees were horrible. We will definitely go back because the appetizers were that good. But we'll just go for drinks and appetizers next time.

Another great experience at Anthony's! We came here to celebrate my 50th birthday. Made reservations online through Open Table. This time, we sat at a window table. Highly recommend requesting one when making a reservation. The window table has the best view, in my opinion. The elevated booths behind the window tables are nice as well, but there's nothing obstructing your view at the window. Love how the windows are slanted. Super cool effect! Love that they always offer a "fresh sheet" listing all their fresh seafood options for the day. It's offered at lunchtime as well, which is great for us. We ordered the blackened rockfish and sockeye salmon entrees. Both were spectacular! We also ordered the creme brulee cheesecake with fresh berries and berry sauce. So yummy! For my birthday, I was given a small chocolate sundae with a lit candle. So thoughtful and appreciated. Our server was Billy again. She is great, and I love dining in her section. I always feel special and well taken care of. Great food, service, and view! Highly recommend!

Made a reservation for lunch on our anniversary through Open Table. Requested to sit outdoors due to my auditory disability, and my request was granted. The outdoor seating offers lovely views of Gig Harbor and market umbrellas to keep you cool. The food was flavorful and delicious! A good variety of options are available, including starters, salads, entrees, and kids meals. We had Dungeness crab & artichoke dip, clam chowder, Northwest Salad, and fish & chips. All was delicious. The staff even had a card waiting on our table, wishing us a happy anniversary. Our server, Christian, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend Anthony's for the food, the staff, and the beautiful views!

The staff are all super attentive, professional and make you feel special. If there is a dirty/empty plate, someone will come by to pick it up. We were there during happy hour, took advantage of the awesome prices to try the olives (served warm, 3 different types with a small bowl for the pits), fresh baguette with olive oil, butter and seasoning - so good! We had meatballs (came with 2 pieces of toasted bread) delicious with melted cheese! Clams, so meaty and fresh - absolutely wonderful. Seafood chowder, filled with yummy seafood - great flavor! We had their signature dessert - yummy! Overall, the food, ambiance and staff were amazing! Check them out (make a reservation) when you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Our server and other wait staff were very kind and attentive. The food however was the disappointment. I was with someone who enjoyed their seafood soup and salad. I however ordered a burger & garlic fries. The fries were absent of garlic at all but that wasn't the worst part of them. They were over cooked, had a tough chew and were cold. The burger was thin, had a funky sauce that just had a weird taste. The bacon was tough and bun was overwhelming for the size of the burger. The burger didn't seem to be seasoned but was cooked well. Having been professionally trained by an executive chef, I know how flavors should be paired. This was a miss, in my opinion. I have had better burgers at the Hi Iu for less money. I was told that it was a popular item and perhaps I came on a day where the kitchen was experiencing some challenges . But based upon this meal, I doubt I'll go back.

Easy parking is always a huge plus, and there is plenty of seating both outside over the water and inside with beautiful views. We started with the calamari and French onion soup, and both were excellent. The appetizers were actually some of my favorite things we ordered! They had bay shrimp available as part of a salad, but my husband was really craving a shrimp cocktail. The chef was happy to accommodate the request, and my husband was so happy! The shrimp were incredibly fresh and delicious. We also tried the scallop special and the halibut, and both were very good. The bar is extensive, and they were happy to make us a few off-menu drinks, which we really appreciated. A wonderful experience with great food, beautiful waterfront views, excellent service, and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely a place we'll be back to!

However, for this month they brought back some of the favorites so I thought this was a perfect time to revisit. However, I was disappointed after the lobster quesadilla the other week and the lobster carbonara today. Both recipes had been changed/altered/were off. Even when I asked if anything was different with the carbonara, I was met with "no, same recipe" however, the photos attached in my review can show that's not entirely true. The older versions were rich with flavor and a thicker sauce while today's serving lacked flavor and had a sales price of $44. Disappointing is not the right word to use. I'll just stick to the memories of what use to be.
