The pizza is really good here. You can order practically any topping and it will be cooked to perfection. It's a mix of ingredients and love that makes it tastes so good. I'm a big fan of Anthony's Pizza. The owners are friendly, and kind. They make homemade pasta dishes, sandwiches, and of course very good pizza. We order Penne Vodka with Chicken cutlet from them at least once a week. The chicken parmagiana and meatbal parmagiana are delicious also. Check them out, youll be glad you did. read more

The staff was so nice. Very pleasant experience. The pizza was a large slice but it lacked taste. It tasted as if it was leftover and not fresh. They did add a few pieces of extra mozzarella which further made me believe it wasn't a fresh slice. The price is a little more than the other pizza shops in the area but based on the reviews they've been in business for a while. Small mom and pop shop about 3 tables for seating. Glad they finally reopened with some good pizza. They are just down the block at 208 gramatan ave I believe. The pizza is substantiative but not thick, the slices are generous along with the toppings and the sauce is well balanced. The owner, Dominic, is a great guy and will accommodate most reasonable requests. I ordered a large pie with a chicken Parmesan topping and it was spectacular with good crust, just a little bit of charring, and a good hearty amount of cheese to complement the rest of the flavors. 10/10 would go again. read more

I tried my first Sicilian slice here! So I guess I'm no expert... but I found the slice to be very tasty, with a good layer of cheese atop fluffy bread. The sauce was also very good; slightly sweet, with a strong tomato flavor. My favorite part was the nice owner. A little girl came in asking how much a slice of pizza cost, and he replied "$2.25". She lowered her head in disappointment, and turned to walk away. Before she left, the owner called out, "Wait. How much do you have?" and the girl replied "Only $1.75." He cut her a slice of pizza regardless. That reminded me that yes, there are nice people in this world, somehow. read more

We placed out order at 9:06 pm and figured an hour qould be good. At 10:45 pm with still no good delivered I called and all I got was attitude! Not food! The women that answered the phone says to me "I don't know what to tell you ". Umm I don't know how about sorry the food is an hour late??? i use to stop by anthony 's pizza in mt vernon when my buddy lived in the area but years have passed and my buddy now lives on the west coast but he's in town and gotta visit . they moved to this location over a year ago and it looks about the same with its traditional pizza shop look . pizza , squares , heroes , pasta dishes and more . we are here for the pizza and it's like they have not skipped a beat , same delicious pizza with its generous size , thickness and even cheese to sauce ratio . the owner still knows my buddy by name and both were happy to see each other .if you happen to be in the mount vernon area and looking for a quick bite i would suggest anthony 's pizza for some good pizza and more. read more

I ordered from this restaurant through Grubhub and the shrimp were sticky and not fresh!!!! I informed Martina and she told me she would issue me a refund, then when Grubhub contacted her she lied and said the order was fresh and she could not issue refund. Fresh my ass! She said she was going to prepare an order for herself so she could see, I hope she sees alright, then she will know not to play with people by selling bad seafood.
