I have to revise this review cause they are definitely doing something different in a good way! I can't believe my last review was apparently NINE years ago(??) Anyway... I am totally obsessed with the pizza here now and have no complaints except that when I'm out of town for work I can't have it. So what I do is order the small (not "personal size" - that will be gone in seconds!) then freeze the other half so when I come back home at 2am after they eventually found my luggage at LGA, I'm back home and can have my Pizzq Bella!!! I found the place to be a bit messy, with boxes everywhere and too much stuff out in their tiny space. The pizza was mediocre and the cashier charged me for two slices, not the one I had. Marinara sauce - perfect consistency and flavor (just enough garlic and not too much sugar) House salad was simple iceberg with stuff, but on point Meatball lovers will thoroughly enjoy Pizza Bella's Only reason I'm giving them a 4.75 is that our fried calamari was just a touch over cooked. 1 minute less in the fryalator and they would have gotten a perfect score - though I did round up Great dinner - we'll definitely be back!!!! read more

Awful. Came in from out of town and wanted to try something different. Ordered an XL lasagna pizza and got a xl cheese. Ordered a minostrone and got the wrong soup. Wife didn't want to complain about the soup but it was wrong. Called them to try to get it situated and the service was awful. The guy made me feel like I was wrong and was calling the wrong place. Then said oh honest mistake. What do you want? I said I wanted to try something different. Instead of giving me the correct pizza he just said he would give me a credit for the difference between the price of the pizzas. Meaning a $6.00 credit for them giving me something I didn't want. The staff here is always friendly. Shoutout to the Mexican gentleman, who's been working there for years now since I was a kid... He's been pleasant since forever! Now onto the food, gf & I ordered a mini margherita pie. The sauce was good, the cheese was good, the crust was good. It could've been warmer. I believe it wasn't because it was waiting on our Spinach Roll: which was good, very hot in temperature BUT TOO MUCH SPINACH. And it was very very chewy(the spinach.) So we just took out most of the spinach and it was surely on point! Also, they have 2 sauces with the spinach roll which was much much needed. You can sit and dine in, it's a cozy area. This is my 1st time ordering from here. My usual spot was taking too long to get back to me about a deal, so I figured why not try this place? I ordered a large pie with pepperoni, and zeppoles to satisfy my sweet tooth. My order came really quick - much earlier than expected - so I was happy about that. The pizza is alright, and I especially like the crust - nice and chewy, didn't scrape the top of my mouth like most pizza crusts. And the zeppoles are also nice & chewy and perfectly sugared. I'll likely order from this spot again. But next time, I'll get extra cheese and if it passes the test, I'll be sure to keep this place on speed dial. read more

Disgusting customer service. The people who pick up the phone have no clue of what's going on. I tried to order a pizza online as It said they deliver online. After a while I realised that I have got the wrong street name in my order so I decided to call them directly. The person on the other end said they don't do delivery at all and they don't have any orders from any online portal.. I cancelled the order by calling eat24/grub hub. After a while I get another call saying, "I am the pizza delivery guy from Pizza Bella and I am waiting for you downstairs with your delivery." Excellent local pizza shop! I purchase their wings at the minimum of 1-2 times per week. They're sooooooooo good! My favorite pizza from them is their white slice; and the Margherita slice. I been a customer for years. Great service. But this one time I ordered a chicken salad from pizza Bella on gribhub. I was very hungry and waited for an hour and when the my food came. It had. A strange smell to it my olives in the salad was molded with fungi on it. I was so sick to my stomach. The sad part is I called and told them they said send pic , and I did. No response. Service is Great Hospitality is Too Price doesn't Match the website nor what I should be paying for on an order so simple. I'm not cheap but I'm no fool neither. A simple salad doesn't need to be charge on top of what it already costs a $1.00 extra for penny sized croutons, $2.00 extra for shredded cheese (which hello, is a common topping of salads) and additional $2.00 for what looks 4 slices of tomatoes. For half of the price of their salad that taste basic as hell. I could just go on a quick grocery run and have some bomb homemade salads for the next 3-4 days. They say they are a good, convenient spot. But not convenient enough for me. Some dishes are better than others, some should just removed as options and if you order a certain item regularly then you also know it can be a hit or miss. Delivery I mostly find on time depending on certain days (weekends) and even the delivery drivers are pleasant as well but all the extra-ness is unnecessary. read more

I just paid $15+ for a personal pizza and a few silver dollar sized garlic knots. The personal pizza started at around $8 for a Hawaiian (which only included ham and pineapple {CANNED pineapple}). But after I added the things that actually make a Hawaiian pizza in my eyes (onions and mushrooms) it came up to $13 (the mushrooms were canned as well). And on top of that, the driver called me from in front of my house to say he was there and I had to instruct him to bring the pizza to the door. And when I gave him a $20 dollar bill he gave me back $3 claiming he didn't have any coins. You're still a dollar short. So I was short changed, either accidentally or on purpose (the jury's still out) and I have a below average pizza. They'll never see another dime of my money. read more
