I always like to collect change around the house to fill up my containers. When you enter the building there is a wall of machines to get your water from. Even though I have been here countless times I never seem to get the alignment setup perfectly for my containers, so a little ends up spilling before I adjust it. There is a door to keep your containers clean from anything that may enter the bottle while filling up. I usually bring a small towel to wipe down my containers so I do not get anything in the car wet. The parking is right in front of the fill up center so carrying your heavy containers back won't take too long! Nothing beats saving the environment, plastic, money and getting fresh yummy local spring water. Check it out for yourself :D

They stopped coming and didn't bill us anymore so we thought they just didn't want our business and then we receive a collection notice for the system install from a year ago and all of the months for the service plan that we didn't even know we still had because we never received a bill, a call, salt, anyone checking our system or anything. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to refill the entire pool "to see if it drains again." I explained that I didn't want to waste money refilling thousands of gallons of water just to watch it leak out, and his response was, "it doesn't cost that much. You live in Barrington, not East Providence," implying that I should just be able to afford the cost. It was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. I also explained, as a business owner in the trades myself, that I understand callbacks can be frustrating, but we just needed help resolving the problem. Instead of working with us, he told me he would charge a service fee--despite the fact that the issue only began after they closed the pool. The owner took zero accountability and dismissed everything I said. The lack of customer service, respect, and responsibility is extremely disappointing. I stopped by the office and talked to the girl who helps people. She said she would go over it with her office manager. A week or more later, I had heard nothing so I stopped by again. This time, the office manager was there and we spoke. I'm sure you have all met people who are in customer service before who don't understand the words "customer" or "service". This woman's mission in life seemed to be to keep as much information to herself as possible. VERY unhelpful. I ended up having to repeat most of my questions twice in order to get her to understand. I am trying to get a sense of what they would charge for propane based on my total propane use for the three houses where I use it. Pretty soon I plan to make an appointment to meet with branch manager. With luck, he will be helpful. I hope never to have to deal with Nurse Ratched again. I currently have a half a dozen propane tanks scattered around three properties. One of them is buried and I am probably stuck with them for that. The others, I plan to shop around for a better price.
