My clothes are picked up and dropped back off when they are supposed to and are always clean and beautifully folded. I would highly recommend this service. The price for doing 60 pounds of laundry per week is a bit much for me. But if you can afford 2$ per pound, and are looking for a reliable service to pickup weekly and drop off the next day,I highly recommend. The customer service is responsive. I'm sure you could shop around for a better price though. read more

The first 2 pick ups and deliveries were good. Then on the next delivery they gave us some of someone else clothes to me with my order. On this last delivery i have been waiting for my as advertising clothes back in 24 hours and they haven't arrived after 5 days. I called multiple times and there answering service said they have multiple complaints and the company is answering no one. I am very scared that I am out well over $2000 in clothes. I should have read the fine print. I assumed this was like every other delivery service for dry cleaning. I received a $25 credit for being referred but learned that because I didn't accumulate $25 worth of dry cleaning it didn't roll over... uhh if I knew that up front I would have left out that much. Despite talking with someone to get set up they never mentioned it. Then I learn they charge you $25 every week minimum no matter how much you put out. Yup it's right there in their FAQs so I can't fault them. I do however blame them for not sharing this with me when i signed up as it's not the norm. I just called and canceled my service. The first pick up I was really impressed with how they kept in touch with me by text. They picked up and dropped off right on time within 24 hours. I realized after a couple of days however that I was missing a couple of pillow cases. On my second pickup my laundry didn't show up as promised this time. When I called customer service I realized I was calling a call center that has no idea what's going on! They simply stopped answering the phone. After a week and a half and it was clear my launder was "on the Fly" I left a voice mail demanding the cash value of my things. I did get a call from someone who said it would be delivered that day or she would drive it to me herself!! I finally got my stuff back missing two towels this time. While I was so happy to have my things back I was still down two towels on that delivery and two pillow cases from the previous pickup. Never did get them back! Figured I'd just cut my losses and the service. That's a wash! read more

I absolutely LOVE this service. We recently moved to an apartment that does not have laundry in our unit. I came across a flyer for LaundryFly and decided to give it a try. Boy!!! Am I glad that I did. You leave your laundry outside your door, they come to your house and pick it up, wash, dry, fold and hang your clothes all to your specifications and return it to your front door the next day. You can also choose, your detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets and bleach. Definitely worth the money!!! read more

I was so happy that this laundry service was recommended to me. For several months, I had 60-75 lbs. of laundry each week. At the time, I was a caretaker for an incontinent relative at home. It was too much laundry for me to handle myself. I loved the ease of using this service. It has a personal touch. From the beginning, I explained my needs, they gave me the costs up front. They asked about many options for special cleaning requests. They always left my laundry in a safe area if I was away. I received e-mails informing me whenever my laundry had been picked up or delivered. This service offered me great relief at a stressful time. I eventually placed my loved one in nursing care, so did not have the high use any longer. A weekly pickup minimum of $25. usually exceeded my laundry needs, even for 2 weeks of clothing.
