That's such a basic mistake, and it's not as if it was a delicate material either. Do not use this dry cleaners if you value your clothes. If I could have given negative stars I would have, and it's such a shame as they used to be exceptional.

I brought in three items (a scarf, a sweatshirt, and a pair of pajamas) to be embroidered for my honeymoon. I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

They have all size washers and plenty of dryers. I don't do many reviews unless I believe it's needed. With that said, I have pretty much the same amount of cloths as I normally do and it costs me about $19.50 with a few extra items like a blanket it has been $22-23 But it cost me $36.50 or a little more. It is true! The washer prices are higher than any laundry mat I've been to in West Warwick, Coventry, and North Kingstown. But here's the kicker, the dryers! They never really got hot, NO JOKE! After I had to put 4 quarters in the dryer that seemed to be the newer ones, and in order to use it you HAVE TO put in 4 quarters! When those dryers stopped it was like they never went in a dryer at all. So I took my cloths to the back where that was not a requirement to start the dryer and I began pouring more and more quarters in the dryers and it took forever for my cloths to dry and honestly all the dryers I used never got hot and I checked! It took so long and so many quarters to dry my cloths I was actully getting upset by it! I used five dryers and when I opened the door to check my cloths NONE of them were hot to the touch, none! They were warm kinda, damp absolutely. I asked the attendant about one of the dryers because it seemed like it was never on and she said " well we recommend drying cloths on medium heat but some people like to dry them on high heat" I said well my cloths are damp like the dryer didn't work at all. I feel like all the dryers must be set to medium heat and that is too bad, cause it will take a lot more time and money to dry the cloths. One star for being clean but that's not enough to come back :(
