It was great to see such a well-kept location. JR jumped at the opportunity to help us as we were checking out. He even doubled checked to make sure nothing was rung up twice or incorrectly. Great employee.

They notified me prior to reaching our house and was in and out quickly. The new tank looked great and they removed my old oil tank (had a small leak and needed to be replaced before the winter). This past month, we had to use the burner and needed to refill our oil tank. When I called the office to explain our situation, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He informed me that since they had never supplied us with oil before, they would need to inspect the tank before filling it. I expected a sales pitch, but he never tried to sell me anything--just straightforward, professional service. I called on Monday, and the delivery arrived as scheduled--actually a bit early, which was great--on Wednesday morning. Paul, the delivery tech, was fantastic. He's a very affable guy and we chatted as he did a very thorough job inspecting not only the tank but also all the connections, up to and including the burner. I was impressed. From the initial phone call to the inspection and delivery, the entire experience was seamless and positive.

Jessica from the company wanted photos and I sent it to them and they reached out again two days later asking for what exactly we needed done. However, that was the last I heard back from them. They all said I should reach out to them and Jessica directly but I never heard back from her or any of the other employees. I gave up on this company and went with Heritage. I would go out of my way to discourage others from using this company. My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...
