My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. I needed to move two chairs that were just a tiny bit too wide to get into the back of my Volvo SUV, so I started looking around. Enterprise wanted $129 for a pickup. Avis at the Norwood airport was $68 dollars, which I almost snagged, but then I thought "OK, I will scope out the U-Haul route, even though it may be a zoo considering it is moving season". Looked online, scheduled an actual pick-up time for today and apparently if your vehicle is not ready when you are, you get $50. Sounded good to me, so I clicked to reserve, entered my driver's license info for even SPEEDIER express pick-up, and even called two hours before the scheduled time to see if someone had returned a cargo van. They did, and Luis told me to come on down. Zoomed in, met Luis and he is a 5 star guy himself. Quickly moved my chairs, air conditioning in the van was great, and I was back in no time. $19.95 for the van plus .59 mile.... super. Go to U-Haul and see Luis; he's the man.

They all said I should reach out to them and Jessica directly but I never heard back from her or any of the other employees. I gave up on this company and went with Heritage. I would go out of my way to discourage others from using this company. I do not even know the prices but if they can't ever schedule an appointment for you, what is even the point of knowing the pricing?

He informed me that since they had never supplied us with oil before, they would need to inspect the tank before filling it. I expected a sales pitch, but he never tried to sell me anything--just straightforward, professional service. I called on Monday, and the delivery arrived as scheduled--actually a bit early, which was great--on Wednesday morning. Paul, the delivery tech, was fantastic. He's a very affable guy and we chatted as he did a very thorough job inspecting not only the tank but also all the connections, up to and including the burner. I was impressed. From the initial phone call to the inspection and delivery, the entire experience was seamless and positive.
