I Love Anthem nails, a great neighborhood salon! Natalyn has been doing my nails for over a year now, and I'm extremely happy each and every time. It's a professionally run, smooth operation. It's BEST to make an appointment with the staff at least one day in advance! Sandi M read more

I've been a regular customer since we moved to the Inspirada community in mid-2018. I get frequent gel pedicures and gel manicures, along with eyebrow, lip and chin waxing. The nail technicians are efficient and friendly, and I am able to book appointments with the same technician who listens to my choices for scope of services. The facilities are clean and attractive, with health and safety protocols in place throughout the salon. I happily wear my masks because the management requires that customers and staff do so for everyone's protection. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

Unless you have a regular person here, & know their track record, stay away from this place! The woman we used damaged my daughter's nails using the Dremel & cutting her cuticles leaving her w/ bleeding cuticles. Plus I came to find out later that she put the tools she had just used on my daughter back into her drawer w/out sanitizing them. When she first came to bring my daughter back, I asked her not to cut her cuticles or use the Dremel, but she did both anyways! My daughter is quiet, but she spoke up to her as she was doing it & asked her to not use them, but the lady was rude & insisted that she has to do just a little. As it ended up, 3 of her cuticles areas were red & inflamed & 2 were bleeding. As you know, even though they are small, those sores around the nails can hurt so bad, so she had to live w/ that pain for a few days. My daughter later told me that the lady put the tools she had just used on my daughter back into her drawer w/ no sanitizing! Plus on top of this, the gel manicure was very poorly done & looked like a 10 yr old did it. I called the owner but he was unconcerned & said he can give 20% off our next service. This was ridiculous. I just gave his store over $200 for services for my daughter, mom, and myself. His employee damaged my daughter's nails, used unsanitized tools on her, (putting her at risk for infection especially since her fingers were left w/ open sores), & he thinks I should have to pay for it? Instead of standing by his customer & apologizing, he became defensive & rude. If he had said that it'll never happen again & he's sorry her fingers are sore & hurting & that using reused tools is never acceptable & he'll see to it that it doesn't happen again, etc, then I think I would have left it at that. Instead he had the gall to have an attitude & zero concern. I filed a complaint w/ the NV Board of Cosmetology & they fined them for being in violation of 2 state laws. read more

DO NOT go here!! This place is right by my house and I needed an acrylic take off.. so simple. So I went in wrote my name down, receptionist did not tell me how long it would be but there was quite a few people waiting. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and the lady that went before me needed an acrylic take off as well. The tech rolled her eyes and explained to the manager she didn't "know how" how do you not know how you're a nail tech? Anyways long story short the girl that needed an acrylic take off walked back up to the front 5 minutes later and said "she just walked away stating that someone else can do my nails because she doesn't now how" at that point I got my stuff and got up and left. This place just rubbed me the wrong way and they're RUDE!!! No thank you!! Do not go here, save your money and go elsewhere! read more

This nails salon is very hit or miss. Some days you have a good experience(not great) and some days it's horrible. They switched owners and that honestly hasn't helped any. The new owner Kobe is only worried about his bottom line. He'll double book appointments, and take walk ins minutes before one of the nail techs has a scheduled appointment and then the client with the appointment is stuck waiting. This has happened multiple times. I had an appointment scheduled with one of the techs and I show up and come to find out they are on vacation and don't bother to reschedule or tell any of her clients that day. On top of that the owner Kobe makes sexist comments to his receptionists and tries to laugh it off ( I guess he's not aware the people waiting can hear him). I would definitely take the time and drive to the next closest nail salon rather than stop here for a lousy experience! read more

Great service, first time here and so definitely return! The staff was friendly and I was so relaxed during my pedi that I almost dozed off.

Amazing business opportunity in the Anthem area! This Nail salon is absolutely garbage and has NO concept of customer service and business acumen. If you are looking to start a nail salon then this is the area for you and it's ripe for the picking. I made an appointment for 2:00 and by 2:35 I departed due to them having no concept of customer service and how to schedule their customers. My wife has had several negative experiences here as well and we are done. We would love to see a real nail salon open in this neighborhood. read more

Thought I would give this place a try as it's 2 mins from my house. I was really disappointed with my nails. The man painted gel over my cuticles and onto my skin. It looks so sloppy. After looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common trend. I was really hoping this would be my new go to spot, but I won't ever be going back. read more

Do NOT get the dip here. I cannot believe I was even charged a dime for it. I am a nail technician myself and the dip process is very hard to master and it was evident I was being practiced on. The whole process was done wrong with steps skipped, ect. It is not supposed to require a light but they used one to put the top coat on and now a day later it is peeling off.....anthem nails, here is how you do the dip and here is what you did wrong.. Step 1: prep (you skipped this important step) Step 2: base with the natural set (you did that) Step 3: base with powder color (you did that) Step 4: sealer ( this is the most important step as it drys and hardens the nails to prep for filing) you put a top coat on which by the way does not dry if you put it on at this step and you proceeded to dry it with a drying spray) that is absolutely awful. Step 5: file and buff (you did that) Step 6: sealer again ( you skipped that) Step 7: top coat ( this is the layer you chose to put on too soon. You need two coats of it and you need to apply it quick) instead, you decided to use a no chip top coat with a UV light which is now chipping) The worst part is that you were training your employees to perform the dip this way. That is unacceptable. You need to be properly trained in this technique before you start charging your customers for it. This was incredibly shocking and disappointing. You should not be taking advantage of your customers like that. I will not be returning. read more

They don't deserve not even 1 star. If I could have given them 0 stars I would. Kevin ( the owner) is the most unprofessional person there. He doesn't care about his customers at all. Okay so I just recently visited this place and the service was awful, they were absolutely so rude and complaining. I paid 48 dollars for the most horrendous nails I've had on my hands, they are crooked and thick and I have no clue who the guy was but he rushed my nails like crazy. I felt bad for being the last customer gave him a tip but I will never be going back. There is better nail salons. I mean my nails looked better at the salon in Walmart compared to this! read more

The establishment is very clean and all the staff is super friendly. Alice is amazing, she does amazing art work and is very nice.

I stopped by the other day for a French tip pedicure with regular polish. I asked for the Volcano package as I was treating myself extra. The person who did my nails was new and having a hard time understanding that I wanted a French tip. I showed a picture. The other techs jumped in and told her what I wanted. Simple style that has been done forever. Nothing special. As she proceeded to paint my nails she painted just the tips with the nail color. Once again I explained what I wanted and showed the picture again. Finally the mail tech next to me said it could not be done because I didn't get gel polish. I told her I specified non gel polish in the beginning and came in with the exact same look I wanted without gel polish. The tech next to us proceeded to tell me not everyone knows how to do that. I was very disappointed as that it what I requested when I came in. As I went to pay the manager (I assume as she was taking all the payments) looked over the counter and asked what happened to the French tips? I said she said she doesn't know how to do with regular polish. She stated You should of told me). Oh I will give you two stamps on your card. Really? What a waste. They should of provided a discount. I was there an 1 1/2 to not get what I wanted. I payed 55. I did tip as she did so the spa portion but I won't be back. read more

Nina does a great job waxing but it's nearly impossible to get her she always has a client. Attempted to make an appointment early this morning and was told to just come after 1pm. Maybe they don't do appointments for waxing? I went in around 1:15p and had to wait over 20 mins (quoted 5mins) and still didn't get her as she had another client. It's very close to my house and they do a great job so no real complaints. The environment is really clean. Price is good. Overall a great place to get your nails/waxing done! Check them out read more

This joint is ok but they take advantage of being the only option up the hill here. It's a very average experience for a high end price.

I will never go back to this place. This is the second time giving them a try( the first pedicure was awful and my polish came off within a week). Anyway tonight I wanted to get a quick polish change so I thought I would stop in quick while my son was at golf practice down the street. I walked in and a very unfriendly lady asked how she could help me.. I asked if I could get a quick polish change. She looked at me with a surprised look and replied," Umm it's gonna be a wait, like a 30 min wait!" I was a little taken back by her rudeness as was my 9yo daughter. I understand if they were busy and couldn't fit me in but please don't be so nasty! Don't waste your time with this place, so many salons around town with excellent customer service. read more

Updated one year later: Thought I would give them another try. I made an appointment for a gel pedi. They asked if I wanted to request someone special to do it, I didn't have a tech to request so I said no. That is probably where it went wrong. I watched people come in that were regulars, known by name etc. They seemed happy to be there and seem to come in often. I'm sure they have good techs, but mine unfortunately wasn't. She kept digging the corner of her nail in my skin, I finally had to tell her she was hurting me. Then as she was about to put the light on to dry the gel, I had pointed out on several toes that she didn't paint the corners. She then fixed it. I paid $50 and when I got home and took a better look at my toes, I realized that she still hadn't painted several corners and the job looked sloppy. I called the next day to come in and get them fixed. The owner took pictures of my toes probably to show the technician her mistakes. He did fix them, but seemed annoyed having to do so. To pay $50 you would expect to come out with a good experience. I once again came to the conclusion that I am better off driving 3 miles down the hill to any other location on Eastern. ALSO, I WORE A MASK WHICH I DO ANYWHERE I GO THESE DAYS. THEY HAVE A SIGN AT THE DOOR NO MASK, NO SERVICE. YET THE OWNER DOESN'T WEAR A MASK! HE WAS 3 FEET AWAY FROM ME FIXING MY TOES WITH NO MASK!!!! NOT OK read more

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service of this pedicure, but ended up fairly satisfied with the final polish job. I called ahead and made an appointment for 1pm. I was not greeted when I entered. I picked out a polish color and stood around for a bit until making eye contact with a woman in the middle of the salon who appeared to have an appointment clipboard. Told her I had called for a 1pm pedicure appointment. Stood around for a little longer, picked out a magazine, finally sat, then was told by a sweet school-aged girl that my water was ready. Here is what killed me: I sat with my feet in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. It started out hot, but they left me sitting there for so long that it got almost uncomfortably cold. Just as I was contemplating walking out, the nail tech finally approached me. There was no eye contact. Taking my foot in or out of the water was indicated by pushing my foot. On the positive side, the nail tech did massage my feet and calves very gently for a long time. So that felt good, though I was so worked up from earlier that it took me a little while to relax and enjoy it. I got a chip on my big toe 24 hours after my pedicure, but that may have been my nail splitting a bit. The rest of the toes have looked fine for two and half weeks. read more

Love this place! I live in southern highlands area and drive all the way to Anthem to see Linda. She's amazing! The place is really clean, which is a MUST. There are many color options and always have a really good experience with a mani/pedi/wax.
