I sent my wife and sister in law here with a couple of gift certificates and they had a wonderful experience! They both got manicures and pedicures and were very pleased with the quality and pricing. Their nail tech Nhi was very friendly and did exactly what they requested without pressuring them to buy their most expensive packages. The vibe was busy but not rushed, they have a lot of chairs and most were filled but it was still a comfortable environment. We will definitely be using this location for weddings, anniversary's and family photos!

And this is my friend Nails that came in with me and had her nails done too gel X nails don't break and hers are popping off. Also this place is disgusting. They're horrible. They're unprofessional and our liars and their cheaters.

Highly recommend Judy for a mani/pedi! She was patient and gentle... a lovely and much needed afternoon. Since I only get to treat myself once in a while, I am all cuticles and calluses-- a lot of work. She was very sweet and took her time. Call ahead and ask for her!

My mom and I treated ourselves to a manicure and deluxe pedicure on a busy Wednesday morning, July 8, 2025. From the moment we arrived, Jessica at the front desk made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. TK gave me a wonderful pedicure--the cucumber scrub was refreshing, and her massage and hot towel treatment were incredibly relaxing. My mom also loved her manicure with Lana. The entire experience was lovely, and we'll definitely be returning!

Been to this place a few times, let down by quality of service. For one I asked for gel x service on my nails and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about. She was pushing for me to get hard gel to put on top of the gel x extensions. Which you are not supposed to do, I have been getting my nails done for years. I feel she didn't want to do the work. Which doing a whole new set of gel x extensions. I was just done arguing for what I wanted. Secondly the shape and color are both uneven. Highly unsatisfied! Will not be back. Judy needs to work on quality on service and doing nails in general. Honestly I shouldn't have even tipped at all. Will be going to another salon to fix this mess

***June 12, 2020*** Friendly customer service. Under new leadership. Highly recommend! Safety changes: Mask is required, if you don't have one, it's $1 to get one here. Sanitizers at every station, required for every customer before they work on you so if you are sensitive to any chemicals, bring your preferred sanitizer. Every other station is used, acrylic divider between you and the nail technician. Waiting chairs are separated as well so plan to wait in your car or at Albertson's if you're not comfortable, but everyone is wearing masks so that's up to you. Walk-ins are welcome; however, appointments are highly recommended as they get pretty busy and take less clients due to less stations are being used. read more

I can't really speak to the nail salon itself. Diana is a gem and I just follow her wherever she goes. Although this location is pretty far from me, it's worth it to see an amazing mail tech. The shop is large with a lot of staff and full clientele. Staff is friendly and on time. The salon was buzzing right at 9am as soon as the doors opened. My nails look great, as always. I'm from Cali and remembered why I don't use this salon! First time, they butchered me and my moms eyebrows.. looked like a clean facility and nice people. What has happened to this place in the last couple of years? The schedule is completely unacceptable! I have been so patient after going for 5 years. Today I had an appt at 3pm...I showed up only to see 3 people waiting for pedicures. I was told it would be 20 minutes. At 3:25 I was put in a chair and told "someone was on their way and was 6 minutes out" they were not even in the salon. Finally at 3:40 I got up and left! I talked to the receptionist and it was very clear that they put the walk-ins ahead of appointments if they are there before an appointment arrives. they don't seem to be able to manage a "walk ins" and an appointment. It clearly seems to be a "first come first serve basis" From now on I will be going to Best nails in Anthem read more

This place is just awful... they charge you way to much for very little effort. I broke a nail and he wouldn't let me run my card because it was under $5. He told me I had to pay with cash only! Another lady posted what a acrylic ombré French tip and no joke, that's how they do theirs. With a freaking cosmetic sponge and gel polish... soooo ugly... Save your money and go somewhere else... seriously, their quality sucks... read more

Go anywhere else in Anthem....ANYWHERE. 3 hours and 45 minutes later my pedicure was finished after minimum massage, very painful gouging of toe after conveying to Nina to be gentle and my manicure was a nightmare. Without going in to all details, suffice it to say Nina became belligerent with me as she insisted she was applying same gel polish as before. I personally drove to the salon to make this appointment today and specifically requested DIP as previous visit. This was to be a fun morning with my dear friend who I scheduled a pedi for. An absolute NIGHTMARE. When I used the restroom there were 2 semi-dead cockroaches in the middle of the floor. Disgusting! I would have walked out and I should have. 1 star because you have to put at least that. Pitiful customer service, dirty salon and barely English speaking employees. Horrible. read more

Service is always great here. I am greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in by the receptionist. She has already remembered what I like and is very friendly. I usually walk in and they get to me right away. Lots of quality workers but my favorite is Frank. He took his time and my pedicure was perfect. I am a recurring customer. read more

The nail tech used the dremmel tool to smooth my cuticles, which hurt. Then while picking with the cutting tool, several of my cuticles started to bleed. One nail wouldn't stop bleeding, so the nail tech tried to patch over it using the gel nail polish. I didn't realize this until I got home and inspected my hands. 3 nails have "chips" on the tips from not being smoothed or set, so now the gel is already starting to pull away. The outer edge of my pinky nail didn't even get painted with color. It's sloppy, painful, and a complete waste of $37. read more

Lack of attention to detail!! Let me start by saying - I've never written a bad review before. I tried this spot out for the first time the other day and left with terrible nails. They were way too THICK, wrong shape, and the color wasn't a solid color (as intended). In effort to disguise the blotchiness, they placed sparkles over the color I selected (gross). After staring at these hideous nails for a few days I decided to give the place a chance to fix it. They redid my nails and they looked.. better. NOT GREAT by any means but somewhat better. Even still the lack of attention to detail is outrageous for having paid $60. Will not be returning. read more

I was a little hesitant to get my nails done here because of all the reviews, but I think it was worth taking the chance! I went as a walk in to get a full set of acrylics and it was less than 5 minutes of waiting(keep in mind that I was about to not go in because it looked busy). The lady who did my nails was a bit rough when filing, but other than that I was satisfied with the end result. I arrived around 3:00pm and left at about 3:33pm on a Sunday. It cost $45 for a full set of acrylics with gel polish and the service was pretty speedy. Hope this helps anybody else who needs their nails done here! read more

A bit overpriced, but only one nearby. Friendly staff with the exception of one time. The nail tech looked irritated because the matching gel and regular polish don't match exactly so I kept looking for one. Only place however (so far) that hasn't cut up my skin. My cuticles are thin and they are really gentle so that's important to me! read more

I explained to the technician that I have a toe where a callus is connected to the toe nail. She did not take care and cut it. I yelped in pain but stayed through the process. I have blood under the nail now. She just didn't care. read more

Skip if you can. Went here today to give it a try without looking at the Yelp reviews. Not only do they ask you so many times to do gel, the nail tech didn't fill the edges and didn't clean up any crooked lines. Overall, it's an overpriced nail salon that doesn't pay attention to details. If you need your nails done for a special occasion, skip! Save your time and money. Not every business is a good fit, this one was not for me. I will say the salon is clean and there were a lot of staff on hand incase they had walk-ins. The prices are good, they offer gel and regular polish, and other services besides manicures and pedicures. read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here 5 days ago. gel polish clumped and rippled and chipped same day. I spent $105 including tip and had to strip the polish off and do it myself. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. read more

I have given this nail salon more times to redeem themselves but after five times of getting poor care, I am no longer returning. My nails are not shaped well. The last three times, they have cut my cuticle with their drill and, each time, I don't get an acknowledgement they are sorry and the more I think about it, I don't like the idea my blood is on the drill and how many other people's blood was on this drill. read more

I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

I am a regular customer at Anthem Nails and I would have to disagree with the negative comment from Michelle. There are more than enough colors to choose from every visit I make, plenty of selections. My polish lasts as long as I'm careful. You must be in construction or biting your nails for it to chip quickly. My color usually lasts for sometime until I remove it myself with acetone. Sounds like you came in when they were closing. I know they sometimes stay open for clients even after business hours, that's why I love their service. If you're in the area I highly recommend Anthem Nails. I've been to other salons and the service and quality just doesn't compare to Anthem Nails. Price is fair too. read more

This place can advertise "new management " all they want. What a joke of an establishment. Worst nail technicians ever. Place is disgusting and not worth any money. The male manger is a joke, along with all of his employees. Probably should be shut down due to lack of following covid protocols, but i've already reported them. read more

Made me feel like because I didn't want gel that my service wasn't that important. She then walked off and never came back which was disappointing because the service is supposed to include a hand massage and she left nail polish on my fingers. I had to call the receptionist over and she cleaned off the nail polish for me. Needless to say this experience was very disappointing and I will not be coming back.

After reading some of the other reviews, I realized I wasn't the only one who has had a similar experience. I recently called to make an appointment, and as soon as Danny, the owner, heard my name, he immediately said, "No, nothing available for today." A few minutes later, my husband called the salon, and suddenly there was an appointment available within the hour. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I've been going here on and off for about five years--not regularly, but every few months. One time, I called and a woman answered the phone instead of Danny. She was incredibly kind and was able to get me an appointment with Luanne that same day. When I arrived, Danny wasn't there, and that experience really stood out to me. It made me feel like Danny may be more selective about who he chooses to accommodate, and unfortunately, I've felt that way more than once. What makes this situation especially disappointing is that I truly love the way Luanne does my nails. She is talented, professional, and I would much rather continue seeing her than have to find another salon. However, it's difficult to continue supporting a business when you repeatedly feel dismissed or unwelcome. I don't expect this review to change anything, but I hope it's taken as honest feedback. Every customer deserves to feel valued and respected, regardless of how often they come in. Good customer service and consistency go a long way.

She always asks me how my fam is doin, and then we'll just talk about whatever! When I first started coming 5 years ago, I was still an avid nail biter and I had been all my life. Since then, with Jackie (and her staff's) consistent support, I've stopped biting my nails and I am SO happy with them. I'm familiar with her whole staff fam, so they know about my nails and will always add a nail strengthener if I ask, before the gels, to help keep them from breaking. My natural nail shape has a mind of its own and Jackie and her staff are always super great at fixing them up to look perfect! I added a picture of my nails from my last appointment!! There's usually a Netflix show or movie playing in the background, which I love. I had one of my appointments the day that "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" came out (the Zac Efron movie about Ted Bundy) and we watched that. Last time I was in, we watched "P.S. I Love You", one of my FAV movies!! Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for great nail service and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere!!
