I've been going to this gym since 2015 and it has gone so far down hill. After over a year ago…read morehaving to go through headaches with my billing and account. We're back to nonsensical charges. I had paid for a membership in full back in early 2025. That membership I had agreed to and paid in full was $9.99 a month and close to $125 for the year. I expected to have to pay in full again this year but no I'm seemingly back on a monthly and Three months in a row now I've been automatically charged $88.99, $18.99 and now $19.99. I never agreed to any membership at these rates, the large sum I assume is the yearly charge for gym upkeep and what not. Understandable although hardly ever reflected in the gyms quality. So I went in two weeks ago to cancel my membership the girl at the desk said cancellations can only be done through the app now. Which is ludicrous. My app however with my only email I have, says I have not been a member since 2022. She says okay she will submit some sort of request for it to be cancelled. Well, two weeks have gone by nothing confirming my cancellation and I'm now being charged another recurring $19.99 but this time instead of it being the normal withdraw date of the 19th it's now 5 days earlier on the 14th..!? I've tried calling the location 5 times this morning no answer. What an absolutely horrendous gym this has become.

Working with Sarah is everything I wanted from training…read more I have a movement background, and really enjoy feeling good in my body. But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). She is very clear on teaching me the skills and movements (weight lifting and strength training), and I am doing things that I have only seen in movies or on Youtube on Instagram. And it feels so good. The other really cool benefit of training with Sarah is that my mind feels clearer, I feel more resilience and its pretty fun. She teaches me how to breath, and I am totally loving it. Also my body is already getting toned really fast. I'm so loving working with her!

So I started seeing Sarah a few years ago - and I'm so glad I did. I don't think I have ever been this strong in my life! Sarah is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She keeps the exercises interesting and fun and she's endlessly coming up with new ways to keep you engaged (and sore). She's also a really good hang - important for when you are spending a lot of downtime between lifting heavy objects. Sarah is funny, smart, endlessly curious - just a lot of fun to spend an hour with every week.

Its approach is comprehensive: 100 % supervised, full-body regimens with personalized modifications and progress tracking. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers. I feel amazed that I continue to learn something new about a workout, strategy, machine, muscle function, etc. at every single session. These three know their subject. They are kind, patient, and engaging with me and other members across gender identities, ages, and other demographics. I finished my rehabilitation in 2025. But, I continue my membership at Strength for Life and highly recommend them. Sure, I benefit from addressing issues that arise in other body parts. But more importantly, the program excels at meeting my weekly strength-training needs and giving me the other outcomes I detail above. P.S. The organization doesn't market or post on social media much, and the website is no longer running. I contacted the team using the phone number provided.

No more wasted gym memberships. Money is saved by not fulfilling the membership fees and "conveniently" having a fee removed from your checking account every month. I wanted to have a longer training class, and if I chose to do that at the gym, member trained you, that is a separate class, and more money per hour than Connie. I am so happy to have one to one training session for 1 hour three times week. She knows when to encourage you to do a little bit more on the exercises,to help reaching your goal. She never leaves your side, she counts, and is likely to be more accurate than you. Adds exercises as improvement is seen. Will give diet tips, with a journal, if weight loss is part of your program.Rest periods as needed, but no slacking off. You get her attention for 60 mins, not 58, 59.. This is exactly what I needed, and the improvement is already being seen in 3 weeks. Connie is very nice, and very accommodating. She is the discipline I didn't have.
