Its approach is comprehensive: 100 % supervised, full-body regimens with personalized modifications and progress tracking. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers. I feel amazed that I continue to learn something new about a workout, strategy, machine, muscle function, etc. at every single session. These three know their subject. They are kind, patient, and engaging with me and other members across gender identities, ages, and other demographics. I finished my rehabilitation in 2025. But, I continue my membership at Strength for Life and highly recommend them. Sure, I benefit from addressing issues that arise in other body parts. But more importantly, the program excels at meeting my weekly strength-training needs and giving me the other outcomes I detail above. P.S. ( attending a local gym ; having no idea how to use machines, or how to get in shape). I came here for a free consultation to figure out what needed to be done !! I had paid for a membership in full back in early 2025. That membership I had agreed to and paid in full was $9.99 a month and close to $125 for the year. I expected to have to pay in full again this year but no I'm seemingly back on a monthly and Three months in a row now I've been automatically charged $88.99, $18.99 and now $19.99. I never agreed to any membership at these rates, the large sum I assume is the yearly charge for gym upkeep and what not. Understandable although hardly ever reflected in the gyms quality. So I went in two weeks ago to cancel my membership the girl at the desk said cancellations can only be done through the app now. Which is ludicrous. My app however with my only email I have, says I have not been a member since 2022. She says okay she will submit some sort of request for it to be cancelled. Well, two weeks have gone by nothing confirming my cancellation and I'm now being charged another recurring $19.99 but this time instead of it being the normal withdraw date of the 19th it's now 5 days earlier on the 14th..!? I've tried calling the location 5 times this morning no answer. What an absolutely horrendous gym this has become.

Taura is the only one who makes a big stink out of that, and even though I come out without arguing, she still told on me and had her supervisor come in to scold me.
