    Crème brûlée dessert!

We have looked forward to visiting Antebellum for quite a while and finally got to go for our anniversary - what a delightful experience! Our server was extremely attentive and made it feel life the special occasion it was. The food, from the appetizer to the entrees to dessert & coffee was delectable to say the least. The decor and ambiance of this fine dining restaurant sets the tone for any special occasion!

Came for a work Christmas party. Everything was great. The service was friendly and informative. 1 server handled our party of 11 and she made it look easy. She made recommendations based on questions people had about the menu. Food was cooked perfectly. We all shared the fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese and crab cakes. The crab cake is not like what you normally see, but it was good. A few of us ordered the salmon and I know I loved mine. I also had the creme brulee and it was good. There was a side item with it that I wasn't a fan of, so I just didn't use it. It was like an applesauce. It just didn't go, in my opinion. But I will definitely have to return for other visits and try new items.

We've been trying to go here for a while and when I found out one of my cousins lived down the street during my recent visit; this was a MUST. It's in a small & quaint town called Flowery Brand and it's an adorable lovcation in this old house. The service was awesome, we had great service, drinks and food were perfect. We had a lot of great food and we will absolutely be back. The meals were to die for. Thank you for having us.

Baked Brie app - soooo good

This was our first time and I was very pleased! The service is phenomenal and the food was fantastic. Pricey but it's a fun splurge. The stars were the baked Brie app, halibut entree, and the toffee pudding dessert. I'd go back for the dessert alone!

Wow, great service, food, very busy, and an anonymous person treated us to dinner. We have been going to Antebellum since they opened and spend a few holidays per year here plus other random visits. Apparently, someone bought a gift card for the restaurant to pass onto the next guest. If you are that person, thank you so much! I can honestly say, that has never happpened to me, ever. We will of course pay it forward at our next opportunity back in Mobile AL where we recently moved. Charity took great care of us as always, wonderful service. Tonight was our 16th wedding Anniversary. Tom playing that guitar was delightful as always and adds to the ambiance of this quaint special place to eat. We started with cornbread, we both ordered the local butter lettuce salad. So fresh and tasty and the strawberries had great taste. We then ordered the pan seared Halibut, I had the Steak Frites not on the menu, both these entrees were cooked to perfection and great flavors. What an awesome meal and service. Every time we are in town, we will be here. Thanks to everyone for a perfect evening.

We absolutely loved our date night at Antebellum. I was able to get a last minute reservation when I called, but we ended up sitting at the bar. The service was excellent. We started off with the barrel aged old fashioned and lavender lady. The old fashioned was great. I saw them making espresso martinis and those looked good too. They have an excellent wine list and we enjoyed our bottle of the Saldo. We decided to try all their classics since it was our first time in. We started off with the fried green tomatoes. Hubby loved the bacon jam and I also liked the mimosa ice palate cleanser. The egg with the fried green tomato was great. We got the shrimp & grits along with the salmon for our entree. The salmon was some of the best I've ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, can't wait to be back.

10/10 highly recommend!! We came in on a Friday evening around 7. We had a reservation but it wasn't necessary that night. I would make one on Open Table just to be safe! You have to get the pimento cheese appetizer. Probably the best pimento cheese & bread combination I've ever had! Definitely worth it. My fiancé ordered the salmon (they said this is a year round dish) and I ordered the beef Bolognese with goat cheese. Both of the dishes were so delicious!! We can't wait to come back and try more dishes! We did make room for some dessert, the banana pudding cake, and we were so glad we did! The place feels dressy enough for a fun date night out, but not stuffy where you feel like you can't even eat like a normal human. They also had a pretty great drink menu.

    Butter lettuce salad so good!!

This is what dreams are made of, every detail is just perfection! We used to save Antebellum for special occasions but recently have come to favor sitting at the bar having a cocktail and some appetizers. By then we are usually more than satisfied. Last night a wonderful addition was music by Tom, it was so soothing and light we did not have to shout over each other to talk. Steven the bartender is very attentive and helpful, we really enjoy our date nights here! PS- Parking is now much friendlier also

A lot of people recommend Antebellum Restaurant in downtown Flowery Branch, GA. Nothing compares to NJ restaurants, but this restaurant surprised both of us, as we recently moved from NJ and we are exploring the food scene here. This is a romantic cozy southern restaurant. This may be our place for special occasions. Shared a baked brie appetizer. We split a salad. Instead of bread, we were served baked corn bread with jam. My husband had shrimp & grits. I had bolaganese & gnocchi with goat cheese & sweet peppers. Pecan tart and red velvet for desert. We had red wine. We didn't try any cocktails, but there is an excellent selection of drinks if thats your things . The taste suites the high prices, for us. We enjoyed dinner a week before Christmas. The downtown decorated added to the holiday vibes. It was a great night out. Our waiter was extremely friendly and explained the menu and history of the restaurant well, since we were newbies. Pace of food was perfect. We will be regulars.

This place was amazing, we loved the food, service, and ambiance. It's in an old farm house. The food has fresh and local ingredients and the staff are familiar with the menu. Try the sticky toffee pudding, fried green tomato, and the shrimp and grits.

Stopped in at 5900 Spout Springs Rd for a casual lunch and left seriously impressed. These sandwiches aren't just thrown together; they're loaded and executed perfectly. The Cuban (marinated pork loin, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, spicy mustard, and pickles on a toasted hoagie roll) was a flavor bomb. Look at that cross-section--juicy, tender pork layered thick with ham, melty cheese, and that perfect pickle crunch cutting through the mustard kick. The bread toasted up golden and held everything together without getting soggy. Paired it with fries and a side of ketchup, and it felt like something straight out of a great Cuban spot. Huge portions that actually satisfy. The Classic Reuben on toasted marbled rye was equally stacked: thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and 1000 Island dressing. The bread had that ideal crisp exterior with a soft bite, and the fillings were generous and well-balanced--no dry bites here. Came with crispy fries and a side of creamy sauce that tied it all together beautifully. Service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere is that perfect relaxed neighborhood vibe (great for watching a game or just catching up), and the prices are fair for the quality and size you get. In a world full of average bar sandwiches, Crossroads delivers the real deal with fresh ingredients and obvious care. Whether you're craving the tangy, savory Reuben or the bright, porky Cuban, both hit the spot hard. I'll definitely be back. If you're in Flowery Branch, do not sleep on these sandwiches. Highly recommend--5 stars.

Despite our unexpectedly late start to the day, there was a steady flow of customers the entire time we ate breakfast. Customers ranged from young families, single guest and friends gathering in small groups, everyone we saw ordered a variety of breakfasts. There are options for all types of morning eaters. Small portions to big meals. You are bound to find something to fit your mood. While the options are typical choices you find in many breakfast diner type businesses, the quality of the food and the freshness was evident. Nothing was "greasy" or flavorless nor was anything "slammed " together to get diners in and out quickly. Care was taken to provide a good breakfast with warm southern hospitality. I ordered the short stack (2) of the blueberry crunchcakes. They were two large blueberry pancakes topped with granola. They were not overly sweet nor did the granola conflict with the pancake experience. It was actually my second favorite pancake I've ever had. They were large enough I only ate half the order. I requested a side of bacon and it came with three strips, cooked nicely. Not too crispy and not too floppy. My husband ordered the Western Omelette which had ham, peppers, onions and cheese. He also chose the oven roasted potatoes and the English muffin. He was pleased to see there was not a ton of cheese inside as he has experienced elsewhere, so you could easily taste the various flavors of each ingredient. The portion was hearty so he too only ate half. The potatoes were perfectly golden and tasted like potatoes. Nothing was greasy nor overly salted so it felt like a hearty breakfast.
